    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelaksanaan program layanan bimbingan konseling ditinjau dari komponen konteks, input, proses dan produk. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian evaluasi dengan melihat efektivitas masing-masing faktor sesuai model CIPP (konteks, input, proses dan produk). Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa, guru, kepala sekolah, tata USAha, komite, orang tua siswa SMP Negeri 3 Abiansemal. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan lembar observasi. Data dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif.Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program layanan bimbingan konseling di SMP Negeri 3 Abiansemal tergolong kurang efektif dilihat dari komponen konteks, input, proses, dan produk dengan hasil (+ + - -). Artinya; pada komponen konteks efektif, pada komponen input efektif, pada komponen proses tidak efektif, dan pada komponen produk tidak efektif. Pelaksanaan program layanan bimbingan konseling perlu mendapat perhatian khususnya pada komponen proses dan produk sehingga berdampak positif terhadap produk, yakni kualitas ketaqwaan terhadap Tuhan Yang Mahaesa dan akhlak siswa, kualitas pemahaman, penerimaan dan pengarahan diri siswa, sikap dan kebiasaan belajar siswa, sikap siswa terhadap program bimbingan dan konseling, prestasi belajar, kualitas disiplin siswa, kualitas sikap sosial siswa (empati, kooperatif dan toleransi), pemahaman dan persiapan siswa. Kata Kunci : studi evaluasi, CIPP, program layanan bimbingan konseling, SMP Negeri 3 Abiansemal This research was conducted to find out the effectiveness of the implementation of counseling service program considered from the components of contexts, input, process and product. This research was an evaluative research. The effectiveness of each factors were analyzed conformed to CIPP (Context Input Process and Product) model. The subjects of this research were students, teachers, school principal, staffs, committees and students' parents of SMP Negeri 3 Abiansemal. Data were collected through questionnaires and observation sheets. Data were analyzed by descriptive analysis. The results of data analysis showed that the implementation of counseling service program in SMP Negeri 3 Abiansemal was categorized less effective considered to the components of context, input, process and product with result (+ + - -). Which meant: it was effective in the component of context, effective in the component of input, ineffective in the component of process and ineffective the component of product. The implementation of counseling service program needed full attention especially components of process and product therefore affect effectively toward the product that were the devotion quality toward God the Almighty and the students' moral comprehension quality, students' self acceptance and direction, students' attitude and learning behavior, students' attitude toward the counseling program, learning achievement, students' discipline quality, students' social attitude quality (empathy cooperative and tolerance), students' preparations and understanding

    Preliminary Design Of Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) Using Unipol Process Capacity Of 400,000 Tons/Year

    Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) factory with a capacity of 400,000 tons/year is planned to operate for 330 days per year. The manufacturing process of LLDPE utilise solid catalyst TiCl4-MgCl2. The reaction takes place in a fluidized bed reactor in the gas-solid phase. It is exothermic, adiabatic and non-isothermal at inlet and outlet temperature of 75C and 80C and pressure of 25 atm. Products exit the reactor in the form of a solid resin with a conversion per pass of 5%. Factory is classified as a high risk due to plant operating conditions with high pressure. Polymerization formation reaction of LLDPE of ethylene takes place through three stages, namely the initiation stage in which the reaction occurs between ethylene gas with free radicals from the activation of the catalyst with a co-catalyst. The second stage is the propagation reaction and the last is the termination stage. Raw material of ethylene required for the plant is 50,596.785kg per hour, butene-1 is 3.400 kg per hour, hydrogen is 0.8162 kg per hour, catalyst TiCl4-MgCl2 as much as 2.5252 kg per hour and co-catalyst TEAL (Al(C2H5)3) totals is 37.9959 kg per hour. The products of LLDPE is 50505.0505 kg per hour. Supporting utilities include water supply of 367,003.12 kg per hour were obtained from Grogol river water, the provision is 5,255.325 kg per hour of saturated steam were obtained from the fuel boiler with fuel oil amounted to 621.371 liters per hour, the need for compressed air of 100 m3 per hour, the demand for electricity is obtained from the PLN and a generator set of 500 kW in reserve. The factory was established in Cilegon, Banten with a land area of 15,779 m2 and the number of employees 202 people. LLDPE factory requires a fixed capital of IDR 598,874,667,292 and working capital of IDR 478,453,884,401. The economic analysis of this plant show a profit before tax of IDR 429,859,745,392 per year after taxes 30%, The profit reached IDR 300,901,828,074 per year. Percent Return On Investment (ROI) before tax and after tax are 71.81% and 50.27%. Respectably Pay Out Time (POT) before tax and after tax for 5 years are 1.25 and 1.72. Respectably Break Even Point (BEP) is 49.35%, and Shut Down Point (SDP) amounted to 41.34%. Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) accounted for 31.01%. From the above data of feasibility analysis, it can be concluded that the plant is profitable and feasible to be established

Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program pembelajaran berbasis tematik pada pada TK Shanti Kumara II Kelurahan Sading Mengwi Badung tergolong efektif dilihat dari komponen konteks, input, proses, dan produk dengan hasil (+ + + +). Artinya; pada komponen konteks efektif, pada komponen input efektif, pada komponen proses efektif, dan pada komponen produk efektif. Pelaksanaan program pembelajaran berbasis tematik perlu mendapat perhatian penuh sehingga berdampak positif terhadap produk, yakni perilaku dan kemampuan dasar siswa terus meningkat. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan program pembelajaran berbasis tematik pada TK Shanti Kumara II Kelurahan Sading Mengwi Badung tergolong dalam kategori efektif. Untuk itu perbaikan-perbaikan, baik dari konteks, input, maupun proses sehingga selalu dapat menghasilkan produk yang sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran berbasis tematik. The implementation of thematic based learning program needed full attention therefore affect effectively toward the product that was the improvement of students' behavior and basic competence. Based on the above findings, it can be concluded that the implementation of thematic based learning program in Shanti Kumara II Kindergarten Sading Village, Mengwi, Badung regency was categorized effective.     ABSTRACT Bekangan village is a village located in the Village Sembungan Nogosari District of Boyolali. The village is an area of central region wooden furniture industry, which nearly every local residents are craftsmen of wooden furniture and home owners of the furniture industry. But that is a problem in the village is the place of production of furniture craftsmen who becomes one with the residence. Unwittingly residents in the long term will be disrupted health. This is a result of the furniture production process that produces very disturbing pollutants such as dust amplasan health wood, the noise of the means of production, particle remnants spraying furniture finishing processes. Seeing the condition and state of furniture craftsmen in the village Bekangan today. It would require an arrangement of furniture craftsmen settlement to become a center for the furniture industry that serves as a shelter, a place of production, where sales are arranged in such a way so as to improve the quality of health, income, and production.     In some areas, many people use water from wells, rivers and reservoirs, and much of the water used or consumed by the people is of low quality which can cause a lot of losses. The water around the Kendeng mountains, for example, has a high lime content or hardness. Based on these factors, a tool is needed to overcome water problems in the area. In this study the authors designed a filtration system combined with the application of technology that could monitor the system using Blynk IoT Android. The main objective of this research is of course to be able to overcome the problem of water hardness in that area by using a tool that has been made by the author. The filtration system uses tools and materials that are affordable and easy to find, for the control system using Arduino and nodeMCU as microcontrollers and smartphones as monitoring and control using the Blynk IoT application which will display water data read by sensors such as water level, TDS, and temperature. The length of time the filtration process takes is directly proportional to the TDS level in the water, the greater the TDS level, the longer it takes to perform the filtration until we get clean water fit for consumption. The average reduction in TDS content from this study was 16.5 PPM per hour. And what needs to be addressed again is the filter media, because the filter media used in this experiment is considered less effective
