The special piston engines on the general aviation aircraft

Tématem této bakalářské práce jsou speciální pístové pohonné jednotky v letectví. V první části je nastíněna historie vývoje pístových pohonných jednotek a princip činnosti pístových pohonných jednotek. Dále je prostor věnován už konkrétním speciálním pístovým pohonným jednotkám, jejich přínosům pro letectví, nevýhodám, principu a rozšíření v oblasti všeobecného letectví. Jsou zde zohledněny požadavky předpisů JAR-FCL 1 při certifikaci pohonných jednotek. Dále je práce věnována provozním podmínkám letounů. V závěru je provedeno srovnání speciálních pístových pohonných jednotek s jednotkami, které jsou běžně používány.Topic of this bachelors thesis are Special piston engines on the general aviation aircraft. In the first part, the historical development is adumbrate and their operating principle. Next part deals with particular special piston engines, expansion, advantages and disadvantages, principles and their impact for general aviation. There are impeaching demands of JAR-FCL 1 rules in certification of engines. Next part is being paid to operating conditions of aeroplanes. At last the confrontation between special piston engines and most used engines of general aviation is made.

Flight Standards - Part ORA- training organisation requirements

The main goal of the submitted thesis is evaluation of the Part-ORA regulations and requirements which are puts on the training organisations. In the first part, the discussion about the organisation responsible for issuing of the Part-ORA regulations is made. There are described particular parts of the regulation. The second part deals with problems which are connected with acceptation of regulations requirements. There is a description of the most significant differences between the JAR-FCL regulations and Part-ORA regulations. Next part describes the scope of the requirements in particular. In the third part there is made a guidance material to creation safety management system of the organisation

Hlavním cílem této práce je zhodnocení předpisu Part-ORA a jeho požadavků, které klade na výcvikové organizace. V první části je pojednáno o organizaci, která odpovídá za vydání předpisu Part-ORA, dále jsou popsány jednotlivé části předpisu. Ve druhé části je popsána problematika související s přijetím požadavků předpisu, dále jsou popsány největší rozdíly oproti dříve platnému předpisu JAR-FCL a nakonec je popsáno, jaké klade předpis požadavky na výcvikové organizace.
