    Fremdsprachenunterricht mit Zeichentrickserien am Beispiel von "Peppa Wutz"

    Der Beitrag stellt Einsatzmöglichkeiten von Zeichentrickserien für den Fremdsprachenunterricht dar. Einleitend erfolgt zunächst eine kurze Beschreibung jener audiovisuellen Medien, denen heutzutage eine umso größere Bedeutung zugeschrieben wird, wenn man nicht nur ihre Etablierung, sondern auch ihren Wandel in der Mediengesellschaft in jüngster Zeit berücksichtigt. Des Weiteren werden Zeichentrickserien typologisiert, ihre Bedeutung für den Fremdsprachenerwerb dargelegt und schließlich erfolgt eine Analyse von Peppa Wutz hinsichtlich des Fremdsprachenunterrichts für Kinder und Jugendliche auf den Sprachniveaus A2 und B1. Im Anschluss werden mögliche Aufgaben mit zwei ausgewählten Folgen von Peppa Wutz (Die Zahnfee und Im Büro von Papa Wutz) präsentiert und abschließend Stärken und Schwächen von Zeichentrick- bzw. Animationsserien für den Fremdsprachenunterricht erörtert.The article presents the potential application of animated television series for children and teenagers in the process of foreign language-learning. The introduction presents a short description of those audiovisual media, which today gain more and more significance, due not only to their widespread expansion, but also their evolution in media society. Subsequently, the classification of animated series for children and teenagers is presented, as well as the relevance of animated films for the foreign language classroom. The conclusion presents an analysis of the Peppa Pig animated series for use in the foreign language classroom at level A2-B1, as well as a variety of practical activities based on two chosen episodes (Tooth Fairy and Daddy Pig’s Office). Finally, the article considers both the advantages and disadvantages of language-learning based on animated series for children and teenagers.  Artykuł prezentuje możliwości zastosowania seriali animowanych dla dzieci i młodzieży w nauce języków obcych. Na wstępie opisano krótko media audiowizualne, które, nie tylko ze względu na swą ekspansję, lecz także ich ewolucję w dobie społeczeństwa medialnego, zyskują coraz większe znaczenie. Dalej zaprezentowana jest typologia seriali animowanych dla dzieci i młodzieży i ich znaczenie w nauce języków obcych. W kolejnych rozdziałach przeprowadzona jest analiza serialu Świnka Peppa na potrzeby nauki języka obcego na poziomie A2-B1, jak również wachlarz możliwych zadań w oparciu o dwa wybrane odcinki (Zębowa wróżka i Biuro taty). Na końcu zebrane są mocne i słabe strony nauki języków obcych bazującej na serialach animowanych dla dzieci i młodzieży

    The following article aims to analyse the visual perception and the process of seeing, as presented in the poem Schliere im Auge (Ger. schlieren in the eye − optical inhomogenities in the transparent material of the eye). In his poem, Paul Celan articulates the Bewahrung function of poetry and transcendence, using terminology typical of metaphysics, medicine or phonetics. The poem features several of the many indicators of Celan’s hermetic poetry, which include: lexical conciseness, precise syntax, semantic variety, the dynamics of motion, the state of mind, cognitive ability, disturbed communication, the perception of the moment

    Endovascular management of carotid artery dissections with the use of new generation stents and protection systems

    Dissection of the internal carotid artery (ICA) is a rare disease, but in young patients is responsible for about 20% of cerebral events. We presented three different cases of ICA dissection, including one iatrogenic and two spontaneous ones, which were successfully managed endovascularly, with the use of different techniques, different protection devices and stents.
