Abstract. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of targeted organizational forgetting on job performance in Arvand Petrochemical Company. The current research, in terms of purpose, is in the applied research group and, in terms of research type, is in the category of descriptive-causal research. Considering the data collection tools, which their aim is to describe the conditions or the phenomenon examined, this research is of a descriptive study type and since data collection in thisstudy is supported by library studies and a questionnaire, it can be put into the field research group. The reliability of the questionnaire and its dimensions in this research was estimated using SPSS software and Cronbach's alpha. According to the result, which is above the minimum of 0.7, the reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed. The questionnaire consisted of three sections related to the considered variables and was ranked by Likert scale and the statistical population was measured. Thecoefficient between the variable of targeted organizational forgetting and the job performance is equal to 0.590 and the corresponding t value is 9.649>1.96, so according to the t test, with a critical value of 0.05 at 95% confidence level, the null hypothesis can be rejected. As a result, with a 95% confidence, it can be said that targeted organizational forgetting has a significant effect on job performance. The results of the analysis of the first hypothesis of the research showed that "targeted organizational forgetting has a significant effect on job performance in Arvand Petrochemical Company". The coefficientbetween the targeted organizational forgetting and organizational learning equals 0.766 and the corresponding t value is 9.775>1.96, which according to t test with a critical value of 0.05 at a 95% confidence level, the null hypothesis can be rejected. As a result, with a 95% confidence, it can be said that targeted organizational forgetting has a significant effect on organizational learning.Key words: targeted organizational forgetting, organizational learning, job performance, knowledge managemen

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of targeted organizational forgetting on job performance through organizational learning mediating variable in Arvand Petrochemical Company. The current research, in terms of purpose, is in the applied research group and, in terms of research type, is in the category of descriptive-causal research. Given the data collection tools that aim to describe the circumstances or the phenomenon examined, this research is a descriptive study and since data collection in this study is supported by library studies and a questionnaire, it can be put into the field research group. The reliability of the questionnaire and its dimensions in this research was estimated using SPSS software and Cronbach's alpha. According to the result, which is above the minimum of 0.7, the reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed. Also, for the sake ofoptimization, the valuable comments of the professors were considered. The questionnaire consisted of three sections related to the considered variables and was ranked by Likert scale and the statistical population was measured. The coefficient between the variable of targeted organizational forgetting and the job performance equals to 0.590 and the corresponding t value is 9.649>1.96, so according to the t test, with a critical value of 0.05 at 95% confidence level, the null hypothesis can be rejected. As a result, with a 95% confidence, it can be said that targeted organizational forgetting has a significant effect on job performance. The results of the analysis of the first hypothesis of the research showed that "targeted organizational forgetting has a significant effect on job performance in Arvand Petrochemical Company".The coefficient between the targeted organizational forgetting and organizational learning equals 0.766 and the corresponding t value is 9.775>1.96, which according to t test with acritical value of 0.05 at a confidence level of 95%, the null hypothesis can be rejected. As a result, with a 95% confidence can be said that targeted organizational forgetting has a significant effect on organizational learning. The results of the analysis of the second hypothesis of the research showed that "targeted organizational forgetting has a significant effect on organizational learning in Arvand Petrochemical Company".The coefficient between organizational learning and job performance is 0.091 and the corresponding t value is 0.817<1.96, which according to t test with a critical value of 0.05 at 95% confidence level, the research hypothesis can be rejected. As a result, with 95% confidence, organizational learning cannot have a significant effect on job performance. The results of the analysis of the third hypothesis of the research showed that "organizational learning does not have a significant effect on job performance in Arvand Petrochemical Company".Key words: targeted organizational forgetting, organizational learning, job performance, knowledgemanagement

Distribution of diffuse plexiform neurofibroma on the body surface in patients with neurofibromatosis 1

Neurofibromatosis 1 (NF1) is a genetic disease characterized by cutaneous, neurological and osseous abnormalities. Approximately 20% of patients develop plexiform neurofibroma (PN), resulting in impaired quality of life. To evaluate distribution of diffuse PN on the body surface, a retrospective study was conducted for 354 patients with NF1 from 2007 to 2018 in Japan. We investigated a total of 40 patients with clinically apparent superficial diffuse PN. In the cases evaluated, 57.4% of the diffuse PN were located on the trunk, 19.2% the head and neck, 12.8% the lower limbs and 10.6% the upper limbs. Remarkably, 75.0% of the diffuse PN were located on the dorsal side. The frequency was significantly higher on the trunk than on the head and neck (P = 0.026). Our findings provide useful information for giving attention to the high possibility of diffuse PN on the dorsal side before progression in childhood and for future treatment in NF1

When newspapers were the dominant form of conventional media, fake news was widespread. Due to the vast influence of such false news and the growing user reach of technical media sources (TV, Internet, social media, blogs). Humans have become more dependent on the news as they make daily decisions for ensuring the safety of their loved ones and themselves in the wake of COVID-19 becoming a pandemic which has impacted humans all over the world. Fake news, on the other hand, is on the verge of becoming a "second pandemic" or "infodemic," endangering the health of individuals all over the world. Previous research hasn't used fake news detection to coronavirus in Arabic due to the fact that fake news connected to coronavirus is such a recent occurrence. A total of 4 versions of the datasets used in this study have been produced (D0, D1, D2, and D3). To understand the effects of deep learning (DL) and machine learning (ML) techniques on any dataset, a total of 4 datasets were created. Also, the research analyzes them with regard to ML and DL to determine the efficacy of preprocessing (D1), raw dataset (D0), light stemming (D3), and root stemming (D2). Dataset version zero (D0) is finished when creating an excel file. From the first version (D0), three more versions (D2, D1, and D3) were created. This study examines the detection of fake news articles concerning COVID-19 on Facebook with the use of DL approaches, like the Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory Networks (Bi-LSTM), Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT) and AraBert of Arabic text and ML techniques Linear Support Vector Machines (SVM) and Random Forest (RF). On testing data-set (D0), BERT yields the greatest accuracy of 97.32

Neurofibromatosis 1 has various complications. To elucidate the frequency of neurofibromatosis 1-related major complications requiring medical intervention, a nationwide retrospective study was conducted of 3,530 patients with neurofibromatosis 1 registered from 2001 to 2014 in Japan. The ratio of certified patients requiring medical intervention (>stage 3) was 82%. Patients classified in the most severe grade experienced dermatological complications (71.8% of patients), neurological complications (38.1%) and bone complications (33.3%). In patients with dermatological manifestations, medical treatment was needed for cutaneous neurofibromas (58%), diffuse plexiform neurofibromas (31%) and malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumours (10%). Patients with neurological manifestations needed medical treatment mainly for brain tumours (53%) and intellectual disability (26%). Patients with bone manifestations needed medical treatment for pseudoarthrosis (9%), scoliosis (55%) and bone defects (16%). It is necessary for physicians to be aware of neurofibromatosis 1-related complications requiring medical intervention in order to provide appropriate care for patients with neurofibromatosis 1
