    The sustainability of an organization relies on its financial stability and its ability to demonstrate considerable transparency and accountability. Records management has a significant role in providing evidence for decision-making as well as for demonstrating transparency and accountability. Implementing records management would be costly in the absence of risk management. Unfortunately, the role of records management is hardly recognized. This research attempts to investigate the essence of records management in underpinning good governance and accountability processes as well as to identify the relationship between risk management and records management. This research adopts case study method, using interviews, observation and document analysis for data gathering. It is discovered that an integrated records management system is essential in underpinning critical governance and accountability processes such as internal and external audit, compliance, risk management and decision making

    Exhibition engagementis a burgeoning yet still under-examined concept.Due to this fact, many small and medium enterprises in arts gallery are struggling especially during this ongoing pandemic of coronavirus disease (COVID-19).This study attempts to measure the outcome of exhibitionengagement in the case ofdigital visual arts. The research, involved110respondents, employed hierarchical regression as the main method of data analysis. Exhibitionengagement were measured through cognitive, affective, behavioral and social whereas the outcomes were measured through loyaltytowardsthe exhibition. The results of this study revealed that only affective and behavioral engagement effect loyalty while cognitiveand social engagement found to be not significant. This finding provides art galleries owner an insight into entrepreneurial strategy focusing on customer relationship. The relationship is through managing engagement by forming a strategy that focusing on increasing customerengagement

The review from this paper will expose to the audience about the rare and personal collections in Malaysia as a whole. Other than that, the several issues and challenges on maintaining and managing on rare materials will discuss in detailed.     Knowledge sharing behaviour in libraries: a case study of Raja Tun Uda Library Selangor, Malaysia

    Knowledge management is adopted by many organizations in order to improve their performance and gain competitive advantage. Knowledge sharing has become a crucial activity in knowledge management.Being at the core of information management, librarians should demonstrate considerable level of knowledge management practice.This study investigates factors affecting knowledge sharing behavior in a state library namely, Raja Tun Uda Library, Selangor.It aims to identify relationships between individual, organizational and technological factors with knowledge sharing behavior in the organization.Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Science version 16.The findings show that individual and technological factors have significant relationships with knowledge sharing behavior.However, there is no significant relationship between organizational factors and knowledge sharing behavior

Currently, there is a lack of existing collection on ICH in Malaysia, especially of the performing art heritage at the national information agencies.     The Importance Of Non-Musical Elements And Level Of Satisfaction In A Live Musical Show

    This study examines the importance of non-musical elements in a live musical performance focusing primarily on musical environment, musician, physical setting and audience interaction. It also analyses audience levels of satisfaction on each one of the variables involve. The construct was developed based on present literature and was put to the test on Malaysian grounds. A set of 200 self-administered questionnaires were randomly distributed to audiences at several musical performance venues. The data was analysed quantitatively using descriptive statistics. Due to the experiential nature of performing arts, it is to the best interest of production crew as well as the artists involved to know what is it that audiences look for in a live musical performance and serve them. The evidence from this study suggested that audience response to musical as well as non-musical elements. In order to ensure delightful experience, arts event managers are advice to give if not equal, considerable attention to the factors involved

    Harmonious Co-Existence between Nature and Mankind: An Investigation of a Satoyama Development – Like Mechanism at Imbak Canyon Conservation Area (ICCA), Sabah

    This research is a preliminary survey of Satoyama development-like mechanism in Kg. Imbak, Tongod, Sabah. The objectives of this research are to determine the utilization of forest source among the local community in Kg. Imbak and their community-based conservation efforts. Face to face interviews were conducted to access primary data besides observation surveys. The data gathered are from published materials such as reports and articles. Kg. Imbak consists of Dusun Sungai People with a total population of 796 people. Collected data were analyzed using Descriptive Analysis and SWOT analysis. Kg Imbak is approximately 19.12 km drive from Tongod District and the local community still consumes forest source for their medicinal needs, bush meat, handicraft and construction materials such as using Ironwood tree to make coffins. Based on data collected, the Internal Factor Estimate Matrix (IFEM) is 2.59 while the External Factor Estimate Matrix (EFEM) shows a total of 2.58 indicating that Kg. Imbak, Tongod has a great potential and opportunities in terms of practicing the Satoyama model. There are 52 strategies determined in this research by using pair wise matching SO, WO, ST and WT
