This research study elaborates the gender portrayal and sex relevance of Advertising which makes it more valuable, attractive and effective. Observation of perceptional differences on gender process information was gathered from literature review. The portrayals of gender role in advertising and the outlook to the use of sex application strategies in advertising vary in dissimilar traditions. Men have a tendency to be appreciated by what they do and think, where as women are appreciated by what they physically appear and give the impression of being look like. To become the advertising more attractive and effective, it is very imperative to consider the combination of male and female role and to welcome the factors acknowledged even though they are by no resources meticulous. Furthermore, this paper perceives sex in advertising of businesses as an attempt by businesses to enhance sales in the most simplistic way, probably because they are running out of advertising ideas. This study was aimed to assess the severity of heavy metal contamination in eastern coastal area of Pakistan. Agriculture lands near district Badin coastal area found contaminated due to mega surface canal drain network, carrying untreated industrial and municipal effluents along with pumped saline water. Thirty-two random soil samples were collected from different coastal areas. Arc Geographic Information System was used for spatial mapping. Soil samples from coastal areas of Badin contain average concentrations of heavy metals (mg/kg) as Hg 0.247±0.207, Ni 2.622±1.107,Zn 3.121±0.929, Cu 0.059±0.066, Fe 70.447±1.163, Mn7.062±1.251, Co 0.0167±0.033,Cr0.799±0.718

A note on Hermite matrix based Narumi polynomials

    Get PDF
In this article, the 2-index 2-variable Hermite matrix based Narumi polynomials are introduced by means of generating function. Some important properties including operational representation and quasi-monomiality of these polynomials are established. For suitable values of indices and variables, the 2-index 2-variable Hermite matrix polynomials yield several special matrix polynomials. Consequently, the results for the corresponding new special polynomials related to Narumi polynomials are presented.Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI)MathScinetScopu

Some Summation Theorems for Clausen’s Hypergeometric Functions with Unit Argument

    Get PDF
Motivated by the work on hypergeometric summation theorems, we establish new summation formula for Clausen’s hypergeometric function with unit argument in terms of pi and natural logarithms of some rational and irrational numbers. For the application purpose, we derive some new and modified summation theorems for Clausen’s hypergeometric functions using our new formula

Family Types, Authority Structure and Women Workers in Sindh Labor Force: Problems and Prospects

    Get PDF
The development of a society is virtually dependent upon the quality of human resources both male and female, the changing pattern of economic and social development of world societies irrespective of their level of development, necessitates and equal advancement of both the social segments. The numerical reality that women constitute about nearly half of the total population of Sindh ideally assigns to them equal participating role in the economic life of the province. However, like other developing countries, women’s role in Sindh as an active worker-producer of goods and services has not been duly recognized by this male dominated society. With the objective of ensuring increased participation of women, clear-cut guidelines about integrating women in the development process and defining their roles are still lacking in Sindh. The present study is a step in the direction of bridging the gap of information about female labor force participation of Sindh in different, activity rates, industry group, occupation group and employment status in 1981 and 1998 population census. The most important conclusion that emerges from this study is that though percentage of women labor force in different, activities, industry group, occupation group and employment status has mostly increased in 1998 as compared to 1981, but being nearly half of the population this increase is still very low.Family, Authority, Problems, Female, Labor Force, Sindh

Employees’ attitude is very important to management because they settle on the actions of workers in the organization. The repeatedly held finding is that “A contented worker is a productive worker”. A contented work force may engender delightful mood within the organization to perform well. Employees perform differently in the scenario of their different demographics. The specific problem addressed in present study was to examine the impact of academicians’ (working in higher education institutions (Universities) of Peshawar) gender along with their designation, length of service, qualifications, marital status, age and sector on their job performance. Data were gathered through structured questionnaire from 218 randomly selected academicians’ strata of public universities and private universities at Peshawar. Regression analysis exposed that there exists collectively as well as individually positive highly correlation and positive significant impact of o Male, younger, highly educated, married academicians on their job performance. Neurologic paraneoplastic syndromes (NPS) are remote neurologic effects, except metastasis, of systemic cancers. These are a rare group of disorders, commonly associated with small cell lung carcinoma (SCLC).1 Various NPS have been described, including motor neuronopathy. The motor neuronopathy has commonly been described with small cell carcinoma of lung, breast cancer and lymphoproliferative disorders.2,3 We report a case of motor neuronopathy in association with large cell adenocarcinoma of esophagus. To our knowledge this is the first reported case of motor neuronopathy associated with adenocarcinoma of the esophagus

Evaluation of some explicit summation formulae for truncated Gauss function and applications

In this paper, some explicit expressions for truncated Gauss’ hypergeometric series ₂F₁ with argument 2, when one numerator and one denominator parameters are negative integers such as ₂F₁ [−m, a; −2m + j; 2]m ; m > j and ₂F₁ [−m, a; −2m − j; 2]m ; m, j ∈ N are obtained with the help of Whipple and Vidunas identities respectively. Further, we derive some results as applications of these summation theorems.Publisher's Versio
