Islamic Value is the highest ethical manner of mankind on the earth, concerning man’s behaviours and actions- orally and verbally, it is because of originality and authentication. Value in Arabic term refers to akhlaq and adab. These Islamic Values comprising certain essential moral, ethical, cultural, social, and spiritual values. Such values are important and necessary for children through their all-round development and prepares them as a complete man. The aim of this paper is to overlook the current various ethical issue existing in Muslim communities around the world, the importance of teachers’ rule in inculcating moral values in their students, and to suggest a framework for Islamic Values education to be embedded in the curriculum of Higher Learning Institutions catered for pre-service teachers as part of ethical/moral training before they start their career. To achieve its aim, the paper is based on a descriptive method to describe the Ethical/moral Values from Islamic and non- Islamic perspectives based on current research available on line or/and offline. The focus is on the Quranic approach, specifically stated in surah al-Isra’, verses 22-39 and surah al-An’am, verses 151-153. The finding is expected be used as a guideline for Ethical values course/topics that embedded in Teachers’ training programs

The main objective of the proposed study is to develop an e-learning system using augmented reality technology one of the main problems faces using AR in education is the huge computational power needed to transfer 2D animation to enrich learning facilities. Such problem increases when using smart mobile devices that suffer from hardware limitation. A promising framework is used to utilize cloud services to support augmented reality applications on the cloud. Such method significantly reduces consumption of memory and processing units when dealing with large size videos or images. Hence the augmented reality processing is speeded up to meet the requirements of E-learning systems. The proposed work was conducted on 100 students from different academic levels in the first semester of the year 2022. Three experiments were conducted for different fields of education including two-dimensional images using Unity Program (3D Software) to draw 3D objects and Vufoira software development kit. The experimental results showed promising results as the application has the flexibility to work on different platforms. Moreover the consumed memory to run the application is reduced significantly. The results also showed high performance for the application when drawing complex 3D images and when dealing with different animations. The study supported with a detailed questioner that proofs the importance of AR in the field of E-learning

Foxp3 has been studied as a biomarker of Treg cells in many solid malignant diseases, although its role as an immunomodulator in B-NHL remain poorly understood and the effect of traditional chemotherapy on its expression remains unclear. In this study the role of circulating and intra-tumoral Treg and TGF-b in patients with B-NHL before and after chemotherapy was evaluated. Enumeration of Treg cells was carried out by flow cytometric staining of their cell surface markers CD4 and CD25 as well as by molecular analysis of its signature transcription factor FoxP3. Expression of FoxP3 was done using quantitative real-time PCR while TGF-b mRNA expression was semi-quantitatively assayed by the conventional reverse transcription-PCR. In addition, spontaneous versus mitogen-induced release of TGF-b by PBMCs was assessed by a short term cell culture followed by ELISA. This was done before and after six cycles of CHOP chemotherapy. The results were evaluated in relation to the clinicopathological data.A significant increase in mRNA transcripts of both Fox P3 and TGF-b as well as the percentage of CD4+/CD25+ in B-NHL patients before receiving the chemotherapy were recorded, when compared either to healthy controls or to patients after completion the treatment regimen. Interestingly 6 cycles of CHOP treatment caused significant reduction in all parameters under study, relative to the situation before treatment. A significant enhancement in spontaneous TGF-b release in B-NHL patient either before or after chemotherapy was obtained. These results strongly confirm the possible involvement of Treg cells and TGF-b in orienting the clinical course of the disease as well as the ability of targeting them in immunotherapeutic approaches. KEYWORDS FOXP3; TGF; Non Hodgkin’s lymphoma; NH

The effects of a single strain lactic acid producing bacteria (LAB) (Lactobacillus farciminis 5x109 CFU/kg) and a single strain butyric acid producing bacteria (BAB) (Clostridium butyricum 2.5x109 CFU/kg) with or without wheat bran supplementation (WB), were investigated on the production traits and on several gut characteristics of broiler chickens. In total, 576 male Ross 308 day-old chickens were divided into 24 floor pens and fed a corn-soybean based control diet (C) and five other probiotic or wheat bran supplemented diets (LAB, BAB, LAB+WB, BAB+WB, C+WB) in 4 replicates. The wheat bran content of the starter, grower and finisher diets were 3, 6 and 6%, respectively. During the 37 day long fattening period, growth rate, feed intake were recorded and feed conversion was calculated. At the end of the trial, 8 chickens per treatment were slaughtered and the following parameters investigated: trypsin, lipase and amylase activity of the jejunal chyme, ileal histomorphology and Lactobacillus load. None of the treatments resulted significant differences in the production traits (P>0.1). BAB supplementation tended to decrease digestive enzyme activity. Feeding WB in all combination increased crypt depth (P=0.002), ileal muscle layer thickness (P=0.001) and decreased the villi: crypt ratio (P=0.037) in the ileum. Egyik kezelés sem eredményezett szignifikáns különbségeket a termelési paraméterekben (P>0.1).

Twenty extracted sunflower meal (SFM) samples were collected and analysed with classical laboratory methods and near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS). From the results, the variance of the nutrients, the accuracy of NIRS prediction and the interaction of the different nutrients have been evaluated. The results showed that NIRS provides high accuracy for crude protein, amino acids, fibre fractions and total phosphorus. The reliability for crude fat, crude ash and sugar predictions was however lower. The relationship between the measured and estimated amino acid contents was significant in all cases with high correlation coefficients. The crude protein content of the SFM samples showed a positive correlation with the crude ash, phosphorous and sugar contents, and a negative correlation with all fibre fractions. According to our results, the amino acid composition of the sunflower meal protein is not constant. The ratio of methionine and histidine HIS is higher, while that of cysteine, tyrosine, arginine, isoleucine, leucine, valine and phenylalanine is lower when the protein content of SFM increase

Modular Estimation Strategy of Vehicle Dynamic Parameters for Motion Control Applications

    No full text
The presence of motion control or active safety systems in vehicles have become increasingly important for improving vehicle performance and handling and negotiating dangerous driving situations. The performance of such systems would be improved if combined with knowledge of vehicle dynamic parameters. Since some of these parameters are difficult to measure, due to technical or economic reasons, estimation of those parameters might be the only practical alternative. In this paper, an estimation strategy of important vehicle dynamic parameters, pertaining to motion control applications, is presented. The estimation strategy is of a modular structure such that each module is concerned with estimating a single vehicle parameter. Parameters estimated include: longitudinal, lateral, and vertical tire forces – longitudinal velocity – vehicle mass. The advantage of this strategy is its independence of tire parameters or wear, road surface condition, and vehicle mass variation. Also, because of its modular structure, each module could be later updated or exchanged for a more effective one. Results from simulations on a 14-DOF vehicle model are provided here to validate the strategy and show its robustness and accuracy

Al-Qiyam is an Arabic term, means Values. The term: Qiyam is a plural of Qimah which means value. It addresses every aspect of a Muslim’s life, from greetings to international relations. It is universal in its scope and in its applicability. The distinction between human beings and other creatures is that human behaviours are controlled or limited by some ethical values (qiyam) which purify his soul. These qiyam are reliable benchmarks for the individual and societies’ behaviours, especially those who are practice Islamic ethics. Thus, the authorities handling educational institution and training centers are bound to teach the Islamic Qiyam to motivate tolerance, justice and equity among the Muslims. Thus,The objective of this paper is to explore the role of Islamic qiyam in guarding human behaviours, its implications on consolidation of unity among Muslim societies with diverse culture, and participation of educational institutions in instilling these qiyam among individuals, which eventually leads to the development of Muslim Nations; educationally, culturally, scientifically, economically and politically. The paper is based on a descriptive and analytical method, since it describes the qiyam suggested by the Holy Qur’an and the Sunnah, and to analyse the prevailing ethical problems among the Muslims, and how it could be resolved. The paper is intended to identify the most important values (qiyam) to be taught by various educational or training institutions in Islamic countries to serve as a comprehensive unifying framework for the Muslim Ummah
