    ABSTRAK Kepimpinan organisasi pendidikan yang cemerlang adalah unsur yang paling penting dalam organisasi sekolah. Organisasi sekolah harus dipimpin oleh pemimpin yang berakhlak kerana orang-orang ini mempunyai kemampuan untuk menjalankan organisasi dengan semangat akuntabilitas untuk memenuhi harapan warganya. Islam mempunyai cara yang sempurna dalam memperkenalkan dan menghasilkan pemimpin yang cemerlang. Islam percaya bahawa amalan qudwah hasanah seorang pemimpin yang berakhlak mulia didapati mampu mencorakkan misi dan visi yang jelas serta matlamat yang terarah dalam menguruskan organisasi dengan jayanya. Falsafah kepimpinan dalam Islam bermakna seseorang itu bukan sahaja harus menjadi cemerlang dalam organisasi tetapi juga mesti mempamerkan qudwaah hasanah untuk cemerlang di 'akhirat' seterusnya menjaadi role model kepada seluruh warganya. Amalan qudwah hasanah dalam kepimpinan organisasi pendidikan berupaya menjadikan kecemerlangan organisasinya sebagai asas kepada dorongan motivasi kerja yang kompeten dalam kalangan seluruh warganya. Kata Kunci: Islam, Organisasi, Kepimpinan Pendidikan , Qudwah Hasanah, Motivasi kerja  ABSTRACT Excellent educational leadership is the most important element in a school organization. School organization should be led by moral leaders because these people have the ability to run the organization  with the spirit of accountability to meet the expectations of its citizens. Islam has the perfect way of introducing and producing excellent leaders. Islam believes that the practice of qudwah hasanah of a leader with noble morals is found to able to formulate a clear mission and vision as well as goals aimed at managing the organization successfully. The philosophy of leadership in Islam means that  one shlold not only excell in the organization but also must display the qudwah hasanah to excel in the ‘hereafter’ and then become a role model to all its citizens.     The recovery methods effect on blood lactates following 100 meters male sprinter training in SMK Putera, Kelantan / Fariza Syafiqah Mohamad

    The aims of this study is to determine the recovery methods effect on blood lactates following 100 meters (100 m) male sprinter training in SMK PUTERA, Kelantan. The recovery methods tested consist of 10 minutes (min) of active cool down, 10 min of cold bath (10 to 15°C), and also 10 min of contrast bath (cold: 7.22 to 22 °C; hot: 26.67 to 45°C) recovery method. For every recovery session, blood lactates level will be taken pre and post to recovery session in order to gain the rate of reduction that occurs. Nine (n=9) 100 m male sprinters from SMK PUTERA, Kelantan were recruited by using purposive sampling technique. It is hypothesized that there is no different between blood lactates rate of reduction between all three recovery methods used. The result meanwhile showed that there was a significant different between the recovery methods effect on male SMK PUTERA sprinters in Kelantan. In conclusion, contrast bath have the highest rate of reduction of blood lactates compared to cold bath while active cool down shows a rate of addition in blood lactates level

    The Effect of Annealing Treatment on n-Cu2O Thin Film Fabrication

    This experiment is about fabrication of homojunction n-type cuprous oxide (Cu2O) thin film by using electrodeposition method. The Cu2O thin films were deposited on fluorine doped tin oxide (FTO) substrates by using copper acetate based solution through potentiostatic electrodeposition method. The n-type Cu2O was fabricated at pH 6.3 with a fixed potential of -0.125V vs. Ag/AgCl and time deposition of 30 minutes. Annealing treatment was introduced to enhance the properties of the thin films.  The quality of Cu2O thin films were studied in varied the annealing duration. Morphological, structural, optical and electrical properties were characterized using X-Ray Diffractometer, Field Emission-Scanning Electron Microscopy, Ultraviolet-visible Spectroscopy and Four Point Probe, respectively

    The Effect of pH Solution on Electrodeposit-N-Cu2O Thin Film

    n-type semiconducting Cu2O thin film was successfully prepared on FTO coated glass substrate using electrodeposition method. The effect of pH solution was studied in order to optimize the deposition parameters of n-Cu2O. The solution was prepared using copper acetate and acid lactic. The pH solution was accurately adjusted using potassium hydroxide and varied from 3.5 until 6.5. The n-Cu2O was successfully deposited at higher pH solution from 5.5 until 6.5. Moreover, it showed excellent structural characteristic and good morphology properties. The Cu2O was adsorbed light at approximately 600 nm corresponding to the bandgap of 2.0 eV. The successful fabrication of n-Cu2O was confirmed and the significant effect of pH solution was observed

    Perilaku seksual bermula apabila berlaku perubahan organ biologi akibat kematangan organ pembiakan. Mereka mempamerkan perilaku seksual di khayalak ramai kerana tidak memahami situasi berikut berlawanan dengan norma masyarakat. Merujuk kepada permasalahan, sehingga kini bentuk pendekatan yang sesuai dan boleh diikuti oleh ibu bapa dalam mengawal tindakan remaja autisme mengikut ketetapan Islam masih terhad. Kebanyakan pada hari ini bersumberkan Barat. Oleh itu, kajian ini bertujuan membina garis panduan syariah untuk ibu bapa menangani perilaku seksual remaja autisme. Kajian ini menggunakan temu bual sebagai kaedah utama untuk mendapatkan maklumat berkaitan perilaku seksual remaja autisme. Temu bual dijalankan bersama ibu bapa yang mempunyai anak remaja autisme. Kajian ini turut mendapat maklumat melalui perbincangan meja bulat yang diadakan sebanyak 5 kali dalam usaha mengemaskan lagi pembinaan garis panduan syariah untuk ibu bapa menangani perilaku seksual remaja autisme. Hasil kajian mendapati ibu bapa amat memerlukan satu garis panduan syariah yang memuatkan tatacara untuk diajarkan kepada anak remaja autisme mereka. Oleh itu, dalam kajian ini turut memuatkan tatacara didikan ibu bapa kepada remaja autisme dan larangan keagamaan untuk mengurangkan kecenderungan perilaku seksual agar dapat digunapakai dalam memberi pendidikan kepada anak remaja autisme. Sumbangan kajian membuktikan pendidikan agama berupaya mendidik perilaku seksual remaja autisme. Implikasi kajian mencadangkan agar garis panduan syariah ini dapat digunapakai oleh ibu bapa, guru, masyarakat dan pihak yang berkaitan seperti JAKIM, KPWKM, JKM dan NGO dalam usaha menangani perilaku seksual dalam kalangan remaja autisme

    A case of a 21 year old gentleman is described, with no history of preceding trauma, presenting with intermittent dysphagia to solids and fluids for 4 years. Neck examination at rest was normal. However on deep inspiration, the right thyroid lamina protrudes or becomes more prominent. The patient is able to return the larynx to its normal position with manual manipulation. Laryngeal examination with fibreoptic scope during rest and deep breath shows gross rotation of the laryngeal structures for more than 60° on deep breath, with the vocal cords axis rotated to the left side.     Annealing Treatment on Homogenous n-TiO2/ZnO Bilayer Thin Film Deposition as Window Layer for p-Cu2O-Based Heterostructure Thin Film

    Metal oxide semiconductor material has great potential to act as window layer in p–n heterojunction solar cell thin film owing to low production cost and significant properties in photo-voltaic mechanism. In this work, n-TiO2/ZnO bilayer thin film was effectively constructed by means of sol-gel spin coating technique in an effort to diminish the electron-hole recombination rate from single-layered thin film. Annealing time is one of the important parameters in the fabrication process and was varied to study the impact of annealing treatment towards the thin film characteristics as window layer. It was found that the optimum parameter for the n-TiO2/ZnO bilayer was 500 °C with an annealing time of 2 h. High crystallinity of the n-(101)-TiO2/(002)-ZnO bilayer thin film was obtained, which consists of anatase and a hexagonal wurtzite structure, respectively. Orientation of (002)-ZnO is essential for deposition with the (111) Cu2O-absorbing layer due to a low different lattice mismatch between these two interfaces. The homogenous morphology of n-TiO2/ZnO bilayer was observed with a compact and dense layer. The improvement of transmittance has also been achieved in a range of 60%–80%, which indicated that the incident light can penetrate throughout the thin film directly. In addition, a p-Cu2O absorbing layer was successfully fabricated on top of n-TiO2/ZnO bilayer thin film to form a p-n junction in order to visualize significant electrical rectification properties. The existence of p-Cu2O was confirmed by a (111)-peak orientation and triangular shape in structural and morphological properties, respectively

During the initial stage of designing a product, designers usually will design according to their sketching without considering guidelines for mass production manufacturing. This will consume soo much time on re-designing for to suit manufacturing requirement. There-fore this paper purpose to consider industrial guideline specifically on designing product directly for injection moulding. The most basic requirement on design for direct manufacturing that designers need to consider while designing are wall thick-ness, rib, boss and cored holes, suggested design for corners and materials selection. The guideline was applied to a jaun-dice meter prototype design as a case study
