The Effect of Compensation on Employees Performance of Imperial Club Golf Tangerang District

Compensation problems have become talks between employees, and the impact of motivation and employee performance decreases. To answer this problem, analysis and research are needed, so that a solution is found. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The total number of employees is 50 people, so the technical sample used is the census. Furthermore, the research was carried out by testing the stages of analysis which included descriptive analysis of the questionnaire, validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, linear regression test, correlation coefficient test and test coefficient of determination. The results of the regression analysis show that the compensation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Imperial Club Golf employees with a regression coefficient of 0,618 and Tcount of 7,156

Urban Legend Locations of Bandung City Photobook Design

The city of Bandung has night attractions related to urban legend. The object that has become an urban legend in the city of Bandung comes from famous myths and has meaning. Most urban legend objects are found in buildings that are cultural heritage buildings and historical heritage sites. The lack of detailed information and documentation that already exists has not been able to highlight the visual side and the absence of media specifically explaining urban legend objects in Bandung. From the formulation of the problem resulted in the purpose of the research is to design a media that aims to provide detailed information about urban legend objects in the city of Bandung by highlighting the visual side as well as documenting the buildings and historic sites in the city of Bandung using observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature study, as well as comparison matrix analysis and design theory such as book theory, DKV, photography, and printing. After getting the required data, the author designed as the initial goal so as to produce a medium of information in the form of a book as a photography-based reference on urban legend locations in the city of Bandung. Strategy of Nannochloropsis Against Environment Starvation: Population Density and Crude Lipid Contents

Nannochloropsis sp., an unicellular marine microalgae, has potential function as a food source for fish larvae and in chemical industry. Microenvironmental conditions, especially nitrogen and salinity stress in marine ecosystems, became major factor affecting the growth of Nannochloropsis sp.The aim of the experiment was to study effect of different salinities and nitrogen dosages to the growth and lipid contents of Nannochloropsis sp. cells.The experiment was arranged in factorial with three replicates. The first factor was salinity (28 ppt and 38 ppt), and the second factor was nitrogen dosage (100% and 50%). Results of the experiments indicated that nitrogen starvation and high saline concentration affected cell density of Nannochloropsis sp. in different level. The results showed that combination treatments of nitrogen starvation and salinity reduced cell density (treatmant A, B, and D), except in treatment C. Combination of high salinity and high N dosages resulted ini steady growth of Nannochloropsis sp. These results suggest that Nannochloropsis sp. are able to overcome salinity stress (38 ppt) in the presence of optimum concentration of nitrogen in the growth cultures.The results also shows that there were no significant differences of crude lipid content between treatments and no correlation between population density and crude lipid content. These results suggest that no simple correlation between population density and crude lipid concentration. On the other hand, population density was not the only factor affected crude lipid concentration in the microalgae cell

Pola hubungan antara Gubernur dengan Bupati/Walikota dalam kaitannya dengan pelaksanaan tata pemerintahan yang baik dalam pelaksanaan peran Gubernur sebagai wakil pemerintah pusat, maka hubungan antara Gubernur dengan Bupati/Walikota bersifat bertingkat di mana Gubernur dapat melakukan peran pembinaan dan pengawasan terhadap penyelenggaraan pemerintahan daerah. Sebaliknya Bupati/Walikota harus senantiasa berkoordinasi dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan di daerah, termasuk dalam hubungan antar kabupaten/kota dengan provinsi.This Article are trying to find the relationship pattern between the governor and regent/majors, in the field of government management, also to find out managing form that may show a sinergical inter relationship between province and regency government. Based on the research, we found that the relation pattern between governor and regents related to the implementation of good governance in governor enforcement as the representative of the central government is that inter relation between governor and regents/majors are in the gradual level, which governors can do a form of mentoring and supervising. In other hands, regents should always perform coordination in region governance enforcement, including the relationship between regency and province government

The non-formal education policy in responding to the life skills needs of learners has been anticipated by the issuance of some products of legal regulations concerning the non-formal education. Life skills education was explicitly mentioned in legislation, but its implementation has not been in line with the expectations. In practice, many training institutions were only responsible for the output without even trying to channel or hire the students after graduation. The curriculum developed referred to the national standard curriculum by adding local content. Welfare could be easily obtained because the alumni got jobs after completing their skill training.
