Multi-criteria Evaluation of the Functioning of Professional Theatres in the Czech Republic

Práce se zabývá vícekriteriálním zhodnocením profesionálních divadel. Cílem bylo vícekriteriální zhodnocení profesionálních divadel v letech 2011-2019. Zhodnocení probíhalo pomocí technických, výkonových a finančních ukazatelů, které byly aplikovány na profesionální divadla Asociace profesionálních divadel České republiky. Asociace sdružuje 39 profesionálních divadel z celkového počtu 205 divadel bez stagion. Těchto 39 divadel bylo rozděleno do tří skupin podle toho, kolika se věnují žánrům a v jaké míře. Divadla České republiky mají celkem 178 stálých scén, z tohoto počtu spravují profesionální divadla celkem 88 scén. Celková návštěvnost všech divadel České republiky je relativně stabilní i přesto, že některá divadla zaznamenala pokles návštěvníků. V roce 2019 navštívilo všechna divadla cca 6,8 mil. návštěvníků, a z toho více než 3 mil. navštívilo právě profesionální divadla v APD ČR. Nejvyšší průměrnou finanční soběstačnost za období 2011-2019 měla mezioborová divadla, a to necelých 38 %. Z hlediska subjektivního hodnocení nejlépe dopadla mezioborová divadla s průměrnou známkou 2,16. V závěru jsou zaznamenány všechny zjištěné výsledky vybraných ukazatelů formulovány jako celek.This thesis deals with multicriteria evaluation of professional theaters. The aim was a multi-criteria evaluation of professional theaters between the years 2011-2019. The evaluation was carried out using technical, performance and financial indicators, which were applied to professional theaters of the Association of Professional Theaters of the Czech Republic. The association unites 39 professional theaters out of a total of 205 theaters without seasons. These 39 theaters were divided into three groups according to how many genres they deal with and to what extent. Theaters of the Czech Republic have a total of 178 permanent stages, of which professional theaters manage a total of 88 stages. The total attendance of all theaters in the Czech Republic is relatively stable, despite the fact that some theaters recorded a decrease in visitors. In 2019, all theaters were visited by approximately 6.8 million visitors, of which more than 3 million visited professional theaters of the Association of Professional Theaters of the Czech Republic. Interdisciplinary theaters had the highest average financial self-sufficiency for the period 2011-2019, at less than 38 %. In terms of subjective evaluation, interdisciplinary theaters performed best with an average mark of 2,16. Evaluation of the Selected Social Enterprise´s Activities in Employment of Disabled People

Tato práce se zabývá zhodnocením zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením ve vybraném sociálním podniku. Práce je rozdělena do 5 kapitol. Teoretická část je věnovaná vzniku sociálních podniků a zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením. Také obsahuje vymezení sociální inkluze a exkluze. Praktická část je především zaměřena na vybraný sociální podnik, počet sociálních podniků v ČR a přístup krajů k těmto podnikům. V České republice máme evidováno 241 sociálních podniků, které jsou různě rozmístěny po krajích. Nejvíce sociálních podniků je evidováno v hlavním městě Praha. Firma GERLICH ODRY s.r.o. se dá označit podle zjištěných výsledků za sociální podnik s dobrou reputací, který zaměstnává osoby se zdravotním postižením.This thesis deals with the evaluation of employment of people with disabilities in selected social enterprise. The thesis is divided into 5 chapters. The theoretical part is devoted to the creation of social enterprises and employment of people with disabilities. It also includes a definition of social inclusion and exclusion. The practical part is mainly focused on selected social enterprise, number of social enterprises in the Czech Republic and access of regions to these enterprises. There are 241 registered social enterprises in the Czech Republic located in different regions. Most social enterprises are registered in the capital city of Prague. Gaps in the dynamics and performance of the psychiatric care deinstitutionalization

This study objective to verify the existence of gaps in the dynamics and performance of fulfillment of the deinstitutionalization of psychiatric care in the Czech Republic (CZ) and the Slovak Republic (SR) in the period between 2010 and 2020. The introduction of this the study is a search for expert knowledge in the field of deinstitutionalization of psychiatric care. The study uses the method of multi-criteria comparison of TOPSIS variants and a cluster analysis. The results 22 variants range from (ci 0.6716-0.2571) and confirm that there are large differences between CZ and SR in performance gaps (fulfillment) of deinstitutionalization goals. The SR variants are clearly better than the CZ variants, although during the years studied, the CZ variants are improving, and the size of the gap compared to the SR variants is decreasing. In the first year of the evaluated period (2010), the performance gap was 56% and in the last year (2020), the performance gap was only 31%. The conclusion of the study confirms that the measures associated with the deinstitutionalization of psychiatric care are linked to the time they were introduced and the overall implementation period of the reform.Web of Science60art. no. 0046958023117072
