devanditos conflitos desempeña a CSCE/OSCE.
E, nunha segunda parte, as principais cuestións

The signing of the Final Act of the Conference on Security and Cooperation in
Europe (Helsinki 1975) started the process of building security and cooperation in
Europe. Since then there have been profound changes in the European scenario
generating tensions and territorial disputes. This research deals with the role
CSCE/OSCE has had in these conflicts by examining in the first chapter political and
legal foundations for the functioning of the CSCE/OSCE as an instrument of European
security. The second chapter discusses the main political and legal issues arising from
the participation of the CSCE/OSCE in the peaceful settlement of territorial conflicts in
Europe, examining in particular the field missions of the CSCE/OSCE
The modern history of Europe shows us that the execution of the right of self-
determination has led to the beginning of territorial conflicts. Because of its complexi-
ty and particularity, the case of Nagorno Karabakh is distinguished among these dis-
putes. In order to have a clear understanding of this issue, we will analyze the conflict
from historical, political and legal points of view as well as in the light of people’s right
to self determination

Research of the overall chemical and amino acid composition of meat from young animals of new sheep genotypes
The paper presents the results of the investigation of the overall chemical composition (mass fraction of moisture, fat, protein and ash) and the amino acid composition of mutton from the experimental animals of new genotypes: Sovetsky Merino x Dzhalginsky Merino and Sovetsky Merino x Stavropolsky breed. As a control, meat of purebred Sovetsky Merino was studied. The experimental and control rams were slaughtered at the age of 8 months by the conventional technology. Meat samples for laboratory examination were taken a day after slaughter. The results of the analysis of the overall chemical composition showed that lamb meat of new genotypes had lower moisture content and higher content of fat and protein compared to the control. Analysis of the amino acid composition of meat proteins of genotypes Sovetsky Merino x Dzhalginsky Merino and Sovetsky Merino x Stavropolsky breed revealed lower content of essential amino acids compared to the control. Comparison of amino acid scores showed that the amino acid composition of meat proteins from the experimental animals was limited by valine and lysine, respectively. It was concluded by the results of the investigations of the amino acid composition of proteins that the biological full value of proteins of mutton from new genotypes was 22.9% and 30.3% lower than that of the control

The history of ethical regulation of biomedical research in the CIS member states
The history of development the ethical and legislative tools for regulation the biomedical research in the states-members of Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) in the frame of the close collaboration the Forum for Ethics Committees in the Commonwealth of Independent States (FECCIS) and Inter-Parliamentary Assembly CIS (IPA CIS) is demonstrated in this article. The collaboration between FECCIS and IPA CIS stands on the unique experience of IPA CIS in the building of the new, humanistic legislation in the field of health care and on the initiatives of FECCIS to create a single legal space inside and outside of the CIS region. The necessity to promote the dignity, rights, and well-being of human participants in health research was the real reason for creation the Model Law «On the Protection of Human Rights and Dignity in Biomedical Research in the CIS». The process of the law creation, its direction, structure, compliance with international ethical standards and implementation in the local legislation of CIS states are analysed by the main authors of Model Law «On the Protection of Human Rights and Dignity in Biomedical Research in the CIS» and presented in this review
