    Lifelong learning and the need of designing and implementing an educational subsystem in Macedonian companies

    The education of the employees in each instance of company comes wiith the purpose to gain competences and experience in order to realize every business process in accordance with the requests of the products/ services, legal obligation and competitiveness criteria, as well as with the appointing of the employees requests, and all that with the intention to achieve quality where it is necessary to involve everyone in their own field.In this paper the following inputs are being given in order to get a clear picture if Macedonian companies are keen on to learning and stimulating the individual and collective learning as to improve the results in general.According to the given results in the research, it is stated that Macedonian companies do not care about the quality, insufficiently pay attention to the continuous education, make small investments in the innovations and over all, the quality system is built in a very small number of companies.In this paper the following model for a successful designing and implementing of the educational system as a subsystem of the house of quality is suggested. This methodology is integral and universal meaning it is applicable to all companies and institutions.Without a given training about TQM (Total Quality Management) philosophy and a continued education provided firstly to the managers and further on to all the employees, the TQM strategy could not be implemented as well as the benefits that come with the quality system.All the above is imposing a stronger systematic effort where the bases lay in: strong leadership (new style of the top management, realistically grounded market vision, politics and strategy and systematic orientation and business moral that will gain back the confidence between the management and the employees), staff participation (efficiency and cooperativeness in the teamwork that will not stifle the creativity and the individualism)

    Statement of problem: From the middle of the XX century, new achievements in the realm of the management, as well as new modern sciences marked as in vogue references have been applied within the business processes. All these given different directions which aim to improve the business processes in the educational institutions along with the quality of services are certain to result in enormous successes. Among the new achievements and directions of improvement which have appeared as a result of the improving process, a scientific philosophy known as TQM (Total Quality Management) philosophy has emerged. The research has been done in a form of attempt to face the current condition within Macedonian institutions in the domain of designing and implementation an educational subsystem. Methods: The data received from the research are processed with adequate mathematical-statistical methods. Pareto analysis was used for frequency as well as for analysis in order to calculate the involvement of certain answers in percentages. Results: Although the philosophy of Total Quality Management (TQM) is deeply involved in many institutions and business spheres in Europe and other countries, it is still insufficiently familiar to the institutions functioning within our country, as well as other developing countries. Conclusions: This paper suggests a new methodology for building management teams in designing and implementing the TQM system in the Macedonian educational institutions with all the advantages and disadvantages as well as its application in the practice. What is actually needed to create the top management in the Macedonian educational institutions is establishing management teams in order to embrace the changes that are about to entwine the flow of market operations in which quality education is a major prerequisite of winning clients and all interested parties. The rules of teamwork concerning the respect of a person, character, experience and knowledge will lead to a relaxed atmosphere, constructive conflict, creative tension and enthusiasm. This will provide a new access to a quality primary education and will also become embedded in each segment of the operation within the institutions, thus becoming able to introduce many new approaches that have not been reached so far.     A key component of the initiative is Process transformation, which put a focus on optimisation of fleet of Global Organisation’s (GO) including processes in specific functional areas through re-engineering, realignment and standardization. In this paper we will try to determine the functional areas and processes that would benefit from this re-engineering. The spotlight will be given on process transformation in plant and property equipment (PPE) that will define the specific processes for improvement, with an indepth analysis of performance, bottlenecks, and the root causes of any performance gaps. This will facilitate the development of potential improvement mechanisms and proposed recommendations, in addition to guiding the establishment of a comprehensive monitoring plan to track progress for functional area planning and strategy. While understanding that key processes which are mainly carried out in GO headquarters, we will try to expand the efforts beyond and seek possibilities for further improvements on efficiency and effectiveness in the country offices. This will ultimately remove much of the transactional burden from field offices globally and certainly will help increase the effectiveness and efficiency in reaching the beneficiaries which is the ultimate goal of this research

    Додека ги создавав овие мои уметнички дела под скопското КАЛЕ и охридското поднебје, а посветени на децата во услови на светска пандемија јас ја барав светлината на животот, за да ја отсликам НИВНАТА душа. Нивната душа со саканите и среќни мигови, како и со тажните и солзни денови постепено ги пресликав на платно, за да ги овековечам. Спознавањето на детската мисла и спознавањето на детската душа е неоткриен миг до кој никогаш нема да стигнам. Преку моите слики се обидов да ја насликам вистината за детскиот свет, но и нивната тага и самотија во услови на изолација. Преку моите слики ќе му ја подарам на светот целата моја скриена вистина. Детскиот живот е мистична приказна што ретко може да се чуе. Приказната поседува незавршено време што може да се огледа низ моите платна. Низ овие дела може да се види состојбата во услови на пандемија, во време кога дуваа некои други ветришта, кога луѓето беа поинакви, уплашени, загрижени, но топли и чувствителни.     Истражувањето во овој труд има за цел да понуди нов модел во организацијата на деловните процеси преку проактивното работење кое започнува со анализа на деловната организираност, потоа се продолжува низ анализата на барањата на интерните и екстерните купувачи, а се завршува со детално дефинирање на процесот. Управувањето со процесите како клучен фактор за освојување на купувачите, значи континуирана потрага по најдобри технички, технолошки, маркетиншки и други унапредувања и подобрувања кои ќе ги произведат саканите резултати, а тоа е задоволството на потрошувачите и профитот. Стремежот на македонските компании треба да биде во правец на создавање услови за пласман на македонските производи/ услуги со повисок квалитет на светските пазари. Во многу компании нема јасна слика и идеја што треба да се усоврши. Политиката е јасна, но стратегијата како да се дојде до целта, за многу менаџери е голем проблем.     Approaches for the Advancement of Business Processes in a Company that Deals with Graphic Production

    The aim of the research in this paper is the determination of the existing business processes in a company that deals with graphic activity with the possibility of their improvement by applying the TQM (Total Quality Management) methodology, which is closely linked to the financial performance of the company and the satisfaction of all interested sides. In the survey we did there are several main reasons that cause problems in the printing facility and the request of the top management for improving the processes and involvement of competent persons in them is of great importance for the printing company to become world-class. During the research, which was an integral part of the TQM methodology several management methods were applied: check list, Pareto diagram, Ishikawa access and benchmarking strategy. Analysis of the current state allowed making of suggestions for improvement through the application of TQM methodology. The methodology of the TQM philosophy is continuous improvement of all processes in the organization through small changes in short periods of time including all organizational members regardless of their hierarchical level without making large capital investments

    The current situation in the Textile - logistic center analyzed through the four pillars of the house of quality: internal standardization, methods and techniques for providing quality, education and motivation and cost analysis of quality. The current situation is analyzed through the criteria for the European Quality Award: leadership, policy and strategy, management of staff, resources, processes, customer satisfaction / users, employee satisfaction, impact on society, business results. Through these criteria the current standing was evaluated, presuming that the company was competing for the European Quality Award (European Foundation for Quality Management – EFQM).The introduction of the TQM strategy in an enterprise requires a proper methodology for each function. Starting from this basis, we analyzed the system established in the textile center with corrections and amendments to it through the QC-CE-Pyramid model approach, improving its efficiency and effectiveness. The design of the quality system has applied the QC-CE-Pyramid model, according to which the system should be processed through the Deming’s circle (PDCA) and the Ishikava approach: whom, what, where, who is responsible in the pyramid hierarchy of the company
