The aim of this Master’s thesis is to develop a theoretical introduction to the issue of the image flow time sampling, taking into account the various factors that affect sampling. Furthermore, there is proposed idea diagram of the model, which will simulate the events described, and created the model in the programming environment Matlab. Finally, there are defined the labs that will support teaching dealing with the imaging systems.

Tato práce popisuje vznik desktopové aplikace, která slouží pro automatickégenerování reportů ve Škoda Auto a.s., kde jsou v současné době tyto reporty vytvářeny ručně. Práce popisuje metodiku měření automobilových pojistek a chybypři měření. Práce obsahuje specifikace měřicích zařízení, konkrétně DEWETRONDS NET a imc CRONOSflex. Vzniklá aplikace je psaná v jazyce C#. V práci naleznete základní informace o jazyce C# a použitých komponentách a implementacích (.NET, COM, Interop, EPPlus), výhody a nevýhody využití jednotlivých komponent a jednotlivé postupy řešení a členění kódu do jednotlivých tříd a metod. Velikosti zpracovávaných dat bylo nutno přizpůsobit celý proces práce s daty. Vzniklý report obsahuje tabulky porovnání pojistek s normou WV a konkrétnější informace o měření pojistek ve formě grafů a tabulek. Výsledný report naleznete v příloze práce.This thesis describes the creation of a desktop application, which is used forautomated reports generation in Škoda Auto a.s., where these reports are currently created manually. The thesis describes the methodology of measure-ment of automotive fuses and measurement errors. The thesis contains specifications of measuring devices, namely DEWETRON DS NET and imc CRONOSflex. The resulting application is written in C# language. In the work, you will find basic of C# and components and implementations (.NET, COM, Interop, EPPlus), the adva-ntages and disadvantages of using each component, and the individual proce-dures for resolving and classifying the code into individual classes and methods. The amount of data processed had to be adapted to the whole process of working with the data. The resulting report includes the WV comparator tables and more specific fuse measurement information in the form of graphs and tables. The re-sulting report can be found in the appendix

Dynamic analysis of viscous material models

    Get PDF
summary:The article deals with the analysis of the dynamic behavior of a~concrete structural element during fast dynamic processes. The constitutive material model must be chosen appropriately so that it takes material viscosity into account when describing the behavior of material. In this analysis, it is necessary to use fairly complex viscous material models which can affect, for example, vibration damping and the dependence of strength or even of the entire stress-strain curve on the strain rate. These relatively complex models are often formed via the combination of viscoelastic models with viscoplastic models or viscous damage models. Numerical simulations are performed for these models. The numerical analysis is validated by experimental measurements

On the Nonlinear Transient Analysis of Structures

This chapter consists of four sub-chapters the first of them is the introduction. The second sub-chapter discusses the suitability of the explicit and implicit methods for seismic analysis of buildings exposed to a substantially nonlinear response. Taking into account a duration typical for earthquakes from several seconds to about twenty seconds, it seems that the implicit method is more suitable. Because of the shape of accelerograms, it is needed to use quite short time steps. Both methods were compared for a heavily nonlinear response, typical for seismicity. The third subchapter discusses the analysis of the time-dependent behavior of concrete using nonlinear time-dependent material models during fast dynamic actions. Huge plastic yielding or damage of the material is reached. The fourth sub-chapter discusses sources of dynamical damping that are needed in earthquake analysis. This subchapter aims to take into account the influence of different kinds of damping in the dynamic analysis of structures. More advanced analysis taking into account the various sources of damping, i.e., material viscosity, plasticity/damage, and friction in connections and supports is strongly recommended in the earthquake analysis

Characterization of Technologically Utilized Saccharomyces Yeast

    Get PDF
Saccharomyces yeasts have been used for several thousand years in production of various fermented beverages and foods. Many of the technological strains have a hybrid origin and their identification is often complicated. This article is based on a diploma thesis that focused on the characterization of 40 selected commercially available technological (brewer’s, wine, baker’s, distillery) and type yeast strains using molecular biological and phenotypic methods. The aim of this study was to select a method for species-specific identification of yeast and discrimination of yeast strains according to their technological classification. Two of the methods enabled the identification of yeast on the species-level. One sample of dried yeast intended for lager beer production was identified as top-fermenting yeast. All strains were further tested for the ability of grow at various temperatures and utilization of selected saccharides under aerobic and anaerobic conditions. The ability to grow on selected sugars confirmed the considerable variability among species of the genus Saccharomyces. None of the methods under study enabled us to discriminate the yeast strains on the basis of their technological group
