    Kawasan Pantai Slopeng adalah daerah tujuan wisata yang berprospek cerah. Akan tetapi hingga saat ini potensi wisata ini masih belum optimal pemanfaatannya. pengembangan kawasan ini sebagai kawasan pariwisata terkendala kondisi sosial budaya masyarakat setempat yang kurang bisa menerima kebudayaan yang berbeda dengan kebudayaan atau tata cara kehidupan masyarakat setempat. Sejak tahun 2011 Desa Slopeng mulai dilirik untuk dikembangkan menjadi kawasan desa wisata. Pada penelitian ini dihasilkan kriteria pengembangan Desa Slopeng sebagai desa wisata berdasarkan karakteristik dan faktor pengembangannya. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Teknik analisisnya yaitu analisa deskriptif untuk menghasilkan karakteristik Desa Slopeng sebagai desa wisata kemudian analisa Delphi untuk menentukan faktor pengembangan serta analisa deskriptif untuk menghasilkan kriteria pengembangan Desa Slopeng sebagai desa wisata. Hasil akhir penelitian berupa kriteria prioritas yang berupa kriteria mengenai atraksi, akomodasi dan proses integrasi pengembangan desa wisata dengan masyarakat setempat serta kriteria pendukung pengembangan Desa Slopeng sebagai desa wisata berupa kriteria mengenai sarana dan prasarana dasar, fasilitas pendukung desa wisata, pengelola desa wisata dan hubungan Desa Slopeng sebagai desa wisata pengembangan pariwisata lain di Kabupaten Sumene

    Ikan Depik (Rasbora tawarensis) merupakan salah satu spesies endemik yang terdapat di Danau Laut Tawar Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Ikan Depik diketahui populasinya terus mengalami penurunan, hal ini dijelaskan dari hasil tangkapan yang kian menurun pada beberapa tahun terakhir. Terjadinya penurunan populasi pada spesies endemik ini diduga akibat kondisi perairan yang telah mengalami berbagai pencemaran di Danau Laut Tawar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor fisik-kimia perairan terhadap kehadiran Ikan Depik di Danau Laut Tawar. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 7 stasiun pengamatan  yang terletak di 6 Desa dan 2 Kecamatan di kawasan perairan Danau Laut Tawar dengan menggunakan metode Survey Eksploratif. Analisis data dilakukakn secara deskriptif kuantitatif dan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa banyak sedikitnya jumlah kehadiran ikan Depik dipengaruhi oleh kondisi lingkungannya seperti faktor fisik-kimiawi perairan yaitu suhu, pH, kadar oksigen terlarut dalam perairan, salinitas, tingkat kecerahan atau transparansi peraira

    U ovom radu predstavljena je ekspresija rekombinantne atipične aspartatne proteinaze heljde (Fagopyrum esculentum) bogate cisteinom, gde su testirana različita ekspresiona svojstva pet sojeva E. coli. Takođe je analiziran i uticaj fuzionih partnera (His6 i MBP) na efikasnost ekspresije. U slučaju His6-FeAPL1, dobijena je velika količina nerastvornog proteina, smeštenog u inkluzionim telima. S druge strane, MBP-FeAPL1 je bio lokalizovan i u citoplazmi i u inkluzionim telima u oba upotrebljena soja E. coli (BL21 i Rosetta-gami). Međutim, samo za rekombinantni protein proizveden u soju Rosetta-gami, dokazana je proteolitička aktivnost na supstratu BSA, pri pH 3,0. Rezultati su takođe ukazali da FeAPL1 sadrži PRO segment, čije je odstranjivanje neophodno za njegovu proteolitičku aktivnost. Aktivnost FeAPL1, pokazana samo u soju Rosetta-gami, gde je moguće formiranje disulfidnih veza, ukazuje na značaj 12 cisteina u uspostavljanju pravilne strukture koja omogućava funkcionalnost enzima.Herein, the expression of recombinant cysteine-rich atypical buckwheat (Fagopyrum esculentum) aspartic protease (FeAPL1) in five Escherichia coli strains differing in their expression capabilities is presented. It was shown that the expression success depended highly on the choice of FeAPL1 fusion partner. His6-FeAPL1 was produced in large quantities as an insoluble protein localized in inclusion bodies. On the other hand, MBP-FeAPL1 was localized in both the cytoplasm and inclusion bodies in BL21 and Rosetta-gami strains. Only purified soluble MBP-FeAPL1 from Rosetta-gami cells showed proteolytic activity at pH 3.0 with BSA as the substrate. The results also indicated that FeAPL1 contained a PRO segment that had to be removed for the enzyme activity to appear. The activity of FeAPL1 produced in the Rosetta-gami strain, which enables disulfide bond formation, indicated the importance of the twelve cysteine residues for correct folding and functionality

    The critical success factors of GDPR implementation - a systematic literature review

    Purpose: The digital paradigm people live in today, which drastically increased the consumption of data, is a threat to their privacy. To create a high level of privacy protection for its citizens, the European Union proposed the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which introduces obligations for organizations regarding the storing, processing, collecting and disclosing of data. This paper aims to identify the critical success factors of GDPR implementation. Design/methodology/approach: A systematic literature review was conducted by following a strict review protocol, where 32 documents were found relevant to perform the review and to answer to the proposed research questions. Findings: The critical success factors of GDPR implementation were identified, including barriers and enablers. Furthermore, benefits of complying with GDPR were identified. Research limitations/implications: As GDPR is a relatively recent subject, there are still few scientific papers about it. Therefore, the authors were unable to neither identify nor present a robust conclusion regarding specific topics, such as practical outcomes. Originality/value: On the basis of the literature, the identified critical success factors may be useful for organizations as these can be better prepared to achieve compliance by prioritizing the enablers and avoiding the barriers.info:eu-repo/semantics/acceptedVersio

    The Fission Yeast S-Phase Cyclin Cig2 Can Drive Mitosis [preprint]

    Commitment to mitosis is regulated by cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK) activity. In the fission yeast Schizosaccharomyces pombe, the major B-type cyclin, Cdc13, is necessary and sufficient to drive mitotic entry. Furthermore, Cdc13 is also sufficient to drive S phase, demonstrating that a single cyclin can regulate alternating rounds of replication and mitosis and providing the foundation of the quantitative model of CDK function. It has been assumed that Cig2, a B-type cyclin expressed only during S-phase and incapable of driving mitosis in wild-type cells, was specialized for S-phase regulation. Here, we show that Cig2 is capable of driving mitosis. Cig2/CDK activity drives mitotic catastrophe -- lethal mitosis in inviably small cells -- in cells that lack CDK inhibition by tyrosine-phosphorylation. Moreover, Cig2/CDK can drive mitosis in the absence of Cdc13/CDK activity. These results demonstrate that in fission yeast, not only can the presumptive M-phase cyclin drive S phase, but the presumptive S-phase cyclin can drive M phase, further supporting the quantitative model of CDK function. Furthermore, these results provide an explanation, previously proposed on the basis of computation analyses, for the surprising observation that cells expressing a single-chain Cdc13-Cdc2 CDK do not require Y15 phosphorylation for viability. Their viability is due to the fact that in such cells, which lack Cig2/CDK complexes, Cdc13/CDK activity is unable to drive mitotic catastrophe

    Field-induced magnetic anisotropy in La0.7Sr0.3CoO3

    Magnetic anisotropy has been measured for the ferromagnetic La0.7Sr0.3CoO3 perovskite from an analysis of the high-field part of the magnetization vs. field curves, i.e., the magnetic saturation regime. These measurements give a magnetic anistropy one order of magnitude higher than that of reference manganites. Surprisingly, the values of the magnetic anisotropy calculated in this way do not coincide with those estimated from measurements of coercive fields which are one order of magnitude smaller. It is proposed that the reason of this anomalous behaviour is a transition of the trivalent Co ions under the external magnetic field from a low-spin to an intermediate-spin state. Such a transition converts the Co3+ ions into Jahn-Teller ions having an only partially quenched orbital angular momentum, which enhances the intra-atomic spin-orbit coupling and magnetic anisotropy.Comment: Accepted of publication in Europhysics Letters, 11 pages, 5 figure

    Bagasse is a by-product from pressing liquid sugar. One of the efforts to control the bagasse is processed into activated carbon. This study aims to activated carbon from bagasse, study the effect of Fe (II) concentration on activated carbon from bagasse and adsorption equilibrium model. Processing bagasse into actived carbon carbonization process is carriedout at a temperature of 320 °C for 2 (two) hours. After that activated with KOH ratio 3:1. 2 grams of activated carbon was added to the beaker containing the solution of Fe (II) atvarious concentration (20; 30; and 40 ppm), and the reaction temperature (40; 50; and 60 °C). The results showed that activated carbon adsorption for 20 ppm and 40 °C is 90,80%,followed equilibrium Freundlich and Langmuir isotherm models (with regretion 0,986 and0,985) and the heat of reaction of 2,24 kcal/mol°K

    Radiotherapy for cervical cancer has side effects which cause the vagina become smaller and drier so that it could reduce the flexibility and lubrication of the vagina. These side effects could change the sexual functions, which is pain during sexual intercourse. This study proves the effectiveness of Kegel exercises to overcome pain during sexual intercourse (dyspareunia) for the women after a cervical cancer therapy. Method The Quasi-experimental was conducted to 26 intervention group and 26 control group. The sampling technique used consecutive sampling method. FSFI (Female Sexual Function Index) were obtained in order to measure dyspareunia. A t-test was used to examine differences between two groups. Result findings The Kegel exercises gave a significant changing of dyspareunia level with p value=0,002. There was significance difference of dyspareunia level between intervention and control groups. Kegel exercises provided opportunies to decrease dyspareunia as much as 3,897 times (OR=3,897). Conclusion The Kegel exercises are proved to reduce effectively to solve dyspareunia for women after a cervical cancer therapy. Nursing role are to promote, prevent and rehabilitate (health education, Kegel exercises sosialization, and health care training) the complaint of women after cervical cancer therapy as an effort to improve health status of women with cervical cancer
