    Determinants of job seekers to select recruitment agency for new job vacancies

    The most important determinant of organizational effectiveness is the ability to attract, hire, and develop capable talent. The ability to attract and retain superior employees can lead to sustained competitive advantage for organizations. This is difficult due to the shrinking availability of qualified labor. The use of recruitment agency (RA) or employment agency allows human resource departments to target and identify quality candidates with more efficiency. RA, kind of consultancy, is normally understood as third party recruiter that finds jobs for people seeking them and finds people to fill particular jobs3 . Some RA focus their efforts on executive, managerial, and professional positions (white and yellow collar workers). These firms are split into two groups: (1) contingency firms that charge a fee only after a candidate has been hired by a client company and (2) retainer firms that charge a client a set fee whether or not the contracted search is successful. Most of RA in Vietnam apply contingency basis. Majority of foreign and big local companies use RA as one of the key recruitment sources to attract middle to senior level employees despite there is maybe higher expenses of this source than using other recruitment sources in some extents below: • The job vacancy is top confidential and recruiter cannot launch the public recruitment • The vacancy requires very short time to fill • The limited staffing resources of recruiting department or • The limited candidate pool in some industries or function which may cause very long time to fill the vacancy or to find out the right candidate

    التعلم التقليد هو طريقة فعالة لتدريب وكيل مستقل لإنجاز المهمة عن طريق تقليد سلوكيات الخبراء في مظاهراتهم. ومع ذلك، تتطلب طرق التعلم التقليدية التقليدية عددا كبيرا من مظاهرات الخبراء من أجل تعلم سلوك معقد. حدد هذا العيب محدودا إمكانية التعلم التقليد في المهام المعقدة حيث لا تكون مظاهرات الخبراء كافية. من أجل معالجة المشكلة، يقترح النموذج المستند إلى الشبكة المصنوعة من الشبكة المصممة على تصميم سياسات مثالية باستخدام مظاهرة واحدة فقط. يتم تقييم النموذج المقترح على مهمتين محاكاة مقارنة بطرق أخرى. تظهر النتائج أن نموذجنا المقترح قادر على إكمال المهام المدروسة على الرغم من القيد في عدد مظاهرات الخبراء، والذي يشير بوضوح إلى إمكانات نموذجنا.Imitation learning is an effective method for training an autonomous agent to accomplish a task by imitating expert behaviors in their demonstrations. However, traditional imitation learning methods require a large number of expert demonstrations in order to learn a complex behavior. Such a disadvantage has limited the potential of imitation learning in complex tasks where the expert demonstrations are not sufficient. In order to address the problem, we propose a Generative Adversarial Network-based model which is designed to learn optimal policies using only a single demonstration. The proposed model is evaluated on two simulated tasks in comparison with other methods. The results show that our proposed model is capable of completing considered tasks despite the limitation in the number of expert demonstrations, which clearly indicate the potential of our model

    An Experimental Study of the Server-based Unfairness Solutions for the Cross-Protocol Scenario of Adaptive Streaming over HTTP/3 and HTTP/2

Among these research, due to irrelevant transport protocols, the cross-protocol unfairness between the HAS over HTTP/3 (HAS/3) and HAS over HTTP/2 (HAS/2) has caught considerable attention. It has been found that the HAS/3 clients tend to request higher bitrates than the HAS/2 clients because the transport QUIC obtains higher bandwidth for its HAS/3 clients than the TCP for its HAS/2 clients. As the problem originates from the transport layer, it is likely that the server-based unfairness solutions can help the clients overcome such a problem. Therefore, in this paper, an experimental study of the server-based unfairness solutions for the cross-protocol scenario of the HAS/3 and HAS/2 is conducted. The results show that, while the bitrate guidance solution fails to help the clients achieve fairness, the bandwidth allocation solution provides superior performance

    Benefits of triple-layer remote phosphor structure in improving color quality and luminous flux of white LED

    Remote phosphor structure has higher luminous efficiency comparing to that of both conformal phosphor and in-cup phosphor structures. However, it is hard to control the color quality of remote phosphor structure, and this issue has become one of the most researchable objectives to many researchers in recent years. Up to now, there are two remote phosphor structures applied to improve the color quality, including dual-layer phosphor configuration and triple-layer phosphor configuration. The purpose of this research is to select one of those configurations to have multi-chip white LEDs (WLEDs) achieved the highest color rendering index (CRI), color quality scale (CQS), luminous efficacy (LE), and color uniformity. In this research, WLEDs with two correlated color temperatures (CCT) of 6600K and 7700K were applied. The obtained results showed that triple-layer phosphor configuration is more outstanding in CRI, CQS, and LE. Moreover, the color deviation has been significantly reduced, which means the color uniformity has been enhanced with the application of triple-layer phosphor configuration. These results can be proven by scattering properties of phosphor layers based on Mie theory. Thus, the researched results have become a reliable and valuable reference for manufacturing higher-quality WLEDs

    Application of Regional Ocean Modeling System for hydrodynamics in Binh Cang-Nha Trang Bay, Vietnam

    Based on the data collected at the Cau Da station, the Regional Ocean Modeling System (ROMS) is applied for hydrodynamics (e.g. circulation and temperature-salinity) in Binh Cang - Nha Trang Bay, Vietnam. The results present the several cases of hydrodynamic regimes in the Bay during two mainly monsoon seasons (northeast and southwest monsoons). The clearly hydrodynamic regime occurs in the bay due to the impacts of rivers and monsoon conditions. These changes could be contributed to the hydrodynamic systems and water exchanges, that support basic scientific information for sustainable development of Binh Cang - Nha Trang bay
