Get PDF
A characteristic analytical method for the rubbing of aero-engine rotor blade-casing based on Hilbert Transform is proposed. The rotor experiment rig of aero-engine was used to simulate rubbing faults including single-point rub and local rub in the conditions of different casing thickness, different rubbing intensities, different rotational speeds and different rubbing positions. The casing acceleration signal was collected and subjected to the analysis by Hilbert envelope spectrum, and the result was compared with traditional spectrum analysis. The result indicates that the Hilbert envelope spectrum can effectively monitor the aero-engine running state in low frequency, and the method is more insensitive in sensor position, rotational speed, casing thickness and rubbing position. But the spectrum cannot efficiently monitor the aero-engine running state in low frequency

Limited to the current industry, the personnel, knowledge, and technology reserves of prefabricated buildings are not sufficient, which directly affects the engineering quality of prefabricated buildings. In particular, the quality control of the prefabricated building site construction stage is the most critical. In view of the on-site construction stage of prefabricated buildings, this paper sorts out the influencing factors of project quality from three aspects of personnel, technology and management, and from the three aspects of personnel quality, construction technology and whole process management, the coping strategies of engineering quality problems are put forward. It can effectively improve the detailed management and control of quality problems in the construction stage of the prefabricated building, and help the rapid development of the prefabricated building industry

A rotor-stator rubbing position identification method based on casing velocity signal is proposed. Considering that velocity is an ideal parameter to reflect vibration, and its effective value is a standard to the measuring of vibration fault diagnosis in the world, firstly, the rotor experiment rig of aero-engine was used to simulate rubbing faults in different rubbing positions, and casing vibration acceleration signal was collected and changed to velocity signal through integral and polynomial least square fitting method. Secondly, low-frequency normalized energy characteristics of velocity signal and normalized mean-square value characteristics of acceleration signal were extracted; finally, normalized characteristic parameters including energy and mean-square value were input to nearest neighbor classifier and support vector machine(SVM) to identify the different rubbing positions. The results show that low-frequency energy characteristics of velocity signal can effectively identify the rotor-stator rubbing positions of aero-engine, and reach to 93 % of recognition rate based on nearest neighbor classification method and 98 % based on SVM, while mean-square value characteristics of acceleration signal recognition rate can only reach 81 % based on nearest neighbor algorithm and 85 % based on SVM

Characteristic extraction of rolling bearing compound faults of aero-engine

Get PDF
Rolling bearing’s fault mode usually shows compound faults in aero-engine. The compound faults characteristics are more complex than single one, and many signal analysis methods have rather great limitation for compound fault characteristic extraction which leads to the difficulty to monitor the running state of rolling bearing in aero-engine. Based on above analysis, a method of combining wavelet transform with cyclostationary theory, autocorrelation function and Hilbert transform is proposed and applied to extract characteristic frequency of rolling bearing from compound faults mode only according to single-channel vibration acceleration signal of aero-engine. Meanwhile, a consideration is given to the influence of sensor installation position, compound fault types in the extraction of compound faults characteristics. The result indicates that the proposed new method can effectively monitor rolling bearing running state in four different compound fault modes just according to single-channel vibration acceleration signal no matter sensors are installed in horizontal or vertical direction

A method to diagnose compound fault of rolling bearing with ITD-AF

Get PDF
In an engineering practice, the faults of rolling bearing are mostly represented as being compound and hard to diagnose. For that, intrinsic time-scale decomposition (ITD) algorithm was combined with Auto-correlation Function (AF) to extract the characteristics of compound faults of rolling bearing in aviation engine. Firstly, ITD algorithm was used to decompose acceleration signal into multiple rotational and residual trend component; secondly, rotational components were reconstructed to figure out their AF; finally, characteristic frequency of rolling bearing under compound faults mode was extracted by Hilbert spectrum envelope. To validate the effectiveness of the method, a comparative study on sensor installation positions and vibration acceleration signal of different compound faults has been carried out. The result of study shows that the proposed ITD-AF method is capable to extract compound fault characteristics of rolling bearing in an effective and precise manner and the installation positions of sensors, rotation speed and fault type shows insensitivity to extraction

We experimentally demonstrate the interference mitigation in direct-detection of optical SSB signals with Nyquist-PAM-4. At 25 Gb/s, we achieve over 300-km and 500-km SSMF with an average BER of 2.7×10-3 (<HD-FEC) and 9.4×10-3 (<SD-FEC), respectively

Associations of sarcopenia, sarcopenia parameters and motoric cognitive risk syndrome in Chinese older adults

BackgroundMotoric cognitive risk syndrome (MCR) is a pre-dementia symptom strongly predicting cognitive decline and dementia. Although advancements in elucidating the epidemiology of MCR, the evidence about the association between sarcopenia, sarcopenia parameters, and MCR remains scarce.ObjectivesThe purpose of this study was to determine the associations between sarcopenia, sarcopenia parameters, and MCR among community-dwelling Chinese older adults.MethodsA total of 4,184 community-dwelling older adults from the China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study (CHARLS) in the 2011 waves were included. Sarcopenia was diagnosed according to the Asian Working Group for Sarcopenia criteria. Sarcopenia parameters included handgrip strength (HGS), height-adjusted appendicular skeletal muscle mass (ASM/Ht2), and five-times sit-to-stand test time (FTSSTT). MCR was defined as subjective cognitive complaints and slow gait speed without dementia or impaired mobility. The associations between sarcopenia, sarcopenia parameters, and MCR were conducted using the logistic regression model. The restricted cubic spline with four knots were performed to determine the nonlinear and linear relationships between HGS, ASM/Ht2, FTSSTT, and MCR.ResultsThe prevalence of MCR in wave 2011 of CHARLS was 11.2%. After adjustment for potential confounders, we found sarcopenia [odd ratio (OR) (95% CI): 1.70 (1.13 ~ 2.54), p = 0.011], lower HGS [0.97 (0.96 ~ 0.99), p = 0.001], and more FTSSTT [1.12 (1.10 ~ 1.15), p < 0.001] were significantly associated with a higher risk of MCR. There was an inverse linear dose–response between HGS and MCR (p for overall = 0.008, p for nonlinearity =0.776). The nonlinear relationship between FTSSTT and MCR was found (p for overall <0.001, p for nonlinearity = 0.025) with FTSSTT ≥29 s being associated with a higher risk of MCR. A dose–response relationship was not found between ASM/Ht2 and MCR (p for overall =0.589).ConclusionSarcopenia, lower HGS, and higher FTSSTT are associated with MCR among older adults in China, while the latter two exhibit a dose–response relationship with MCR. It is suggested that timely identification and management of sarcopenia and its parameters may help delay the progression of cognitive impairment and promote healthy aging

An all-optical multilevel amplitude regenerator is optimized based on the transmission response of a nonlinear optical loop mirror (NOLM). Three regenerative regions defined by the power-transfer-function (PTF) slope of less than 1 are obtained, and noise suppression is shown for a PAM4 signal. Using amplitude dithering we were able to experimentally characterize the transfer function slope and confirm the theoretical predictions
