317 páginasThis project analyzes the success characteristics of the entrepreneurs benefited from the projects financed by the Fondo Emprender, which determine the stability and permanence of the department of Arauca in the market. This goal is set due to the problem oflow profitability of the enterprises, which is manifested in the low competitive capacity, poor quality standards of the goods and services offered and short development and economic growth rates. In that sense, the question that guided this research was: Which are the characteristics of success ofthe entrepreneurs benefiting from the projects financed by the Fondo Emprender that define their stability and permanence in the market of the department of Arauca? Thus, through the qualitative approach, the research focused on the systematic analysis of in-depth interviews applied to successful entrepreneurs in the department of Arauca, who had been trained and funded by the Fondo Emprender. Likewise, the theory of planned action proposed by Gartner was taken as a basis for structuring the study, which identifies four key dimensions in this type of business: individual, environment, organization and process.El presente proyecto presenta los resultados del análisis sobre las características de éxito de los emprendedores beneficiados con los proyectos financiados por el fondo emprender, que determinan la estabilidad y permanencia en el mercado del departamento de Arauca. Este fin se enmarca en la problemática de poca rentabilidad de los emprendimientos, que se manifiesta en la baja capacidad competitiva, escasos estándares de calidad de los bienes y servicios ofertados y cortos índices de desarrollo y crecimiento económico. De ahí que la pregunta de investigación que orientó esta investigación fue ¿Cuáles son las características de éxito de los emprendedores beneficiados con los proyectos financiados por el Fondo Emprender, que definen su estabilidad y permanencia en el mercado del departamento de Arauca? Así, bajo un enfoque cualitativo, la investigación se centró en el análisis sistemático de entrevistas a profundidad aplicadas a emprendedores exitosos en el departamento de Arauca, quienes habían sido formados y financiados por el Fondo Emprender. Igualmente, para la estructuración del estudio, se tomó como fundamento la teoría de la acción planeada propuesta por Gartner, quien identifica cuatro dimensiones fundamentales en este tipo de negocios: individuo, entorno, organización y proceso.Magíster en Gestión y Evaluación de Proyectos de InversiónMaestrí
