Сравнительный анализ показателей заболеваемости и активности функциональных систем населения экологически контрастных городов Московской области

In clause three independent groups of parameters on ecologically contrast regions are compared: a level of environmental contamination, desease of various age groups of the population and results of measurements of average elektricskinconductivity biologically active point (BAP) at representative sample of inhabitants of regions. It is estimated advantages and complicating factors of practical use of a parameter of average elektricskinconductivity BAP as integrated parameter human and ecological well-being of region.В статье сравниваются три независимые группы показателей по экологически контрастным городам: уровень загрязнения окружающей среды, заболеваемость различных возрастных групп населения и результаты измерений средней электропроводности биологически активных точек (БАТ). Оценивается преимущества и затрудняющие факторы практического использования показателя средней электропроводности БАТ как интегрального показателя антропоэкологического благополучия региона

Анализ функциональных параметров детей дошкольного возраста, проживающих в экологически контрастных городах Московской области

The method electric skinpoints computer diagnostics (EPD) are examined two groups, living in towns of the Moscow region with disadvantage and favourable ecological background (g. Lyubercy, Pavlovskiy Posad accordingly). It is considered possibility of the use the integral factors EPD (the average current, the general discord) for estimation adaptation's potential of the children's population of the region. Data children's EPD, being indicator to ecological situation of the region, can be used as objective criterion when realization physician-ecological monitoring. Perspective using EPD by comparing ecological situation in different region (district), so and in estimation her modification for one region.Методом электропунктурной компьютерной диагностики (ЭПД) обследованы две группы детей 4-7 лет, проживающих в городах Московской области с неблагоприятным (г. Люберцы) и благоприятным (г. Павловский Посад) экологическим фоном. Рассматривается возможность использования интегральных показателей ЭПД (средний ток, общий дисбаланс) для оценки адаптационного потенциала детского населения региона. Данные ЭПД детей, являющиеся индикатором экологической ситуации региона, могут быть использованы в качестве объективного критерия при проведении медико-экологического мониторинга. Перспективно применение ЭПД при сравнении экологической обстановки в различных районах, так и в оценке ее динамики для одного региона

The article analyzes the difficulties in integration and development of modern information and communication technologies in the educational sphere in the university system. This is primarily due to the fact that when using information technologies for each subject area of the educational process may coincide or differ significantly in individual components. For successful integration of information and communication technologies it is necessary to maximize the free access of open educational resources. The solution to this problem is associated with the solution of several problems. The first objective is to develop tools to support the essential needs of the learning process. The second task is the development and creation of educational and methodological material, in which in addition to information content (lecture material) it is important to provide students with laboratory works and tasks for teaching students practical skills.В статье анализируются сложности в интеграции и развитии современных информационно-коммуникационных технологий в образовательной сфере в системе высшей школы. Это в первую очередь связано с тем, что при использовании информационных технологий для каждой предметной области образовательного процесса может в отдельных компонентах совпадать или существенно отличаться. Для успешной интеграции информационно-коммуникационных технологий необходимо максимальное расширение в свободном доступе открытых образовательных ресурсов. Решение этой проблемы связано с постановкой нескольких задач. Первая задача связана с созданием инструментария для поддержки насущных потребностей учебного процесса. Вторая задача - разработка и создание учебно-методического материала, в которой помимо информационного наполнения (лекционный материал) важно обеспечить студентов лабораторными работами и задачами для обучения учащихся практическим навыкам

The article presents an analysis of the development of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the educational sphere. The article shows the urgent need for the development of network resources in education and the use of ICT in multicultural education. The analysis of the regulatory and advisory base in the field of information technology development is given. Special attention is paid to the wide representation of open educational resources on the Internet, which will significantly expand the audience and opportunities for training of the general population of the country. The article presents educational directions in the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, where ICT is actively used in educational programs for bachelors and masters in such areas as management (38.03.02) of enterprises of science-intensive industries; management (27.03.04) in technical systems and physical and mathematical methods and models in the management of complex technical systems of rocket and space technology.В статье представлен анализ развития информационно-коммуникационных технологий (ИКТ) в образовательной сфере. Показана острая необходимость развития сетевых ресурсов в образовании и использования ИКТ в условиях поликультурного образования. Приведён анализ нормативной и рекомендательной базы в области развития информационных технологий. Особое внимание уделяется широкому представлению в интернете открытых образовательных ресурсов, которые позволят значительно расширить аудиторию и возможности обучения широких слоев населения страны.
