The Efektivitas Pelayanan Jemput Bola Cetak Akta Duduk Langsung Jadi (Cak Duladi)

The ownership of birth and death certificates is important for realizing an orderly population administration. The low ownership of birth and death certificates made the Population and Civil Registration Office of Jombang Regency create a service innovation with a ball pick-up model, namely the effectiveness the service of making a certificate instantly  (Cak Duladi). This service is conducted to facilitate and bring the service closer to the community. This research aims to describe the effectiveness the service of making a certificate instantly (Cak Duladi) service. The research method used was qualitative with a descriptive approach using data analysis techniques and interactive data analysis techniques. The results showed that the effectiveness the service of making a certificate instantly (Cak Duladi) service at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Jombang Regency was effective but not optimal. 1) The resources are effective, but there are still obstacles, such as a network that is disconnected so that the service cannot be completed on the same day and the lack of waiting room facilities in certain sub-districts with a large number of applicants. 2) The amount and quality produced were effective because the community was satisfied with the services provided. 3) The time limit is effective because it is in accordance with service time standards. 4) The procedure is effective because the service model can facilitate the community.The ownership of birth and death certificates is important for realizing an orderly population administration. SOSIALISASI BAHAYA PERNIKAHAN DINI SEBAGAI UPAYA KONVERGENSI PENCEGAHAN STUNTING DI SMA NEGERI 1 NGORO

Stunting adalah keadaan dimana tinggi badan manusia yang kurang dari normal menurut jenis kelamin dan usianya. Pengaruh dari stunting ini terjadi seumur hidup bahkan berdampak pada generasi berikutnya dan perkembangan yang terhambat dari sisi motorik verbal dan kognitif. Untuk mencegah terjadinya stunting dapat dilakukan dengan pelaksanaan sosialisasi bahaya pernikahan dini. Sasaran dari kegiatan ini adalah siswa/i yang duduk di bangku SMA. Tujuan diadakannya kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa/i terhadap resiko bahaya pernikahan dini yang menjadi salah satu faktor penyebab stunting. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah penyuluhan atau sosialisasi dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi dan pre-test dengan tujuan untuk menentukan perlu atau tidaknya kegiatan sosialisasi. Analisis data dilakukan pada hasil pre-test dan post-test untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya perubahan pemahaman bahaya pernikahan dini dan stunting. Selain itu data tersebut juga dianalisis untuk mengetahui minat siswa dalam melakukan pernikahan dini. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan sosialisasi bahaya pernikahan dini di SMA Negeri 1 Ngoro berpengaruh pada peningkatan pemahaman siswa/i mengenai bahaya pernikahan dini dan resiko berdampak stuntin
