    Law Number 3 of 1971 concerning the Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption is no longer in accordance with the development of legal needs in society, therefore it needs to be replaced with a new Law on the Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption so that it is expected to be more effective in preventing and eradicating criminal acts of corruption. On the basis of such considerations, it is necessary to establish a new Law on the Eradication of Corruption Crimes; The legal basis for this law is: Article 5 paragraph (1) and Article 20 paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution; and Decree of the People's Consultative Assembly of the Republic of Indonesia Number XI/MPR/1998 concerning State Organizers that are Clean and Free of Corruption, Collusion and Nepotism. This Law regulates: Corruption Crimes; Other Crimes Related to Corruption; Investigation, Prosecution, and Examination in Court Sessions; And Community Participation. This Law also mandates the establishment of a Corruption Eradication Commission which will be regulated in a separate Law within a period of no later than 2 (two) years from the promulgation of this Law.     Analysis of Information and Communication Technology Literacy Capabilities to the High School Physics Teacher in Merauke

    A physics teacher needs information and Communication Technology (ICT) literacy skills in teaching and learning in the classroom. This study aims to analyze the ICT literacy skills of high school physics teachers in Merauke city. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. Respondents involved in this study were 19 high school physics teachers in Merauke City (Merauke District). The instrument used to collect data was an ICT literacy ability questionnaire developed by researchers totaling 40 statements. The research data were processed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques by determining the percentage of respondents' responses. The analysis showed that the average rate of ICT literacy skills in high school physics teachers was 87%. This means that in general, the ICT literacy skills of high school physics teachers in Merauke City are in the "excellent" category

    Merta Kusuma, Tm. Said:The purpose of this research is to know the influence of motivation, work environment, selection, and training toward employee's performance in PT BIO Nusantara Teknologi. Population of this research was 550 permanent employees in PT BIO Nusantara Teknologi. Sampling techniques that used in this research were Nonprobability and Insidental sampling. To determined the sample used Solvin formula, so there was 84 people as samples. Data collection techniques were observation questionnaire, and interview. Data analysis techniques used by researcher were qualitative and quantitative analysis which consists of a multiple regression model and coefficient of determination. The result of this research used regression test Y= 6.003 + 0.230 X1 + 0.134 X2 + 0.188 X3 + 0.232 X4. While the result of determination R = 0.472 and R2 = 0223. T test significant level < 0,05 so, there was significant influence, if significant level > 0,05 so, there was not significant influence, the result of each t sig was 0,021 for motivation variable, 0,034 for work environment variable, 0,045 for selection, and 0,049 for training variable. The four variables were < 0,05 so there was significant influence. Next, F test, if F sig < 0,05 and (Fanova > F table) so, Ho was rejected ad H1 was accepted, the result of F sig=(0,000) < 0,05 and (5,673>2,337)so, the regression model can be used to predict employee's performance variable or it can be said that the motivation variable (X1), work environment(X2), selection(X3), and training(X4) were influenced employee's performance(Y) together in PT BIO Nusantara Teknologi

    Pengaruh Pendekatan Pembelajaran Kontekstual Berbantuan Media Visual Terhadap Motivasi Berprestasi Dan Hasil Belajar IPA Pada Siswa Kelas IV Gugus II Kecamatan Abang Kabupaten Karangasem

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh model pembelajaran kontekstual berbantuan media visual terhadap motivasi berprestasi dan hasil belajar IPA siswa. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu dengan rancangan The Posttest-Only Control-Group Disaign.. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV SD di Gugus II Kecamatan Abang, Kabupaten Karangasem tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Berdasarkan dari karakteristik populasi dan tidak bisa dilakukan pengacakan individu, maka pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini dengan teknik random sampling terhadap kelas-kelas yang ada. Data motivasi berprestasi siswa dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan hasil belajar IPA menggunakan tes pilihan ganda. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan MANOVA (multivariat Analysis of Variance) berbantuan SPSS 17.00 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan berikut: Pertama, terdapat perbedaan secara signifikan motivasi berprestasi antara siswa yang belajar dengan pembelajaran kontekstual berbantuan media visual dan siswa yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran konvensional pada siswa kelas IV SD di Gugus II Kecamatan Abang (F = 101,386;p < 0,05). Kedua, terdapat perbedaan secara signifikan hasil belajar IPA antara siswa yang belajar dengan pembelajaran kontekstual berbantuan media visual dan siswa yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran konvensional pada siswa kelas IV SD di Gugus II Kecamatan Abang ( F = 53,685; p < 0,05). Ketiga, Secara simultan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap motivasi berprestasi dan hasil belajar IPA antara siswa yang belajar dengan pembelajaran kontekstual berbantuan media visual dan siswa yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran konvensional pada siswa kelas IV SD di Gugus II Kecamatan Abang(F = 77,887; p < 0,05). Kata Kunci : hasil belajar, motivasi berprestasi, dan pembelajaran kontekstual berbantuan media visual. This research aims to investigate the effect of contextual learning model assisted by visual media towards improvement of student\u27s achievement motivation and science learning result. This is a quasi-experimental research using Posttest-Only Control-Group Design. Population in this research was the entire fourth grade elementary school students in cluster II sub-district Abang, Karangasem Regency in the academic year 2013/2014. Samples were 45 students taken through random sampling technique. Achievement motivation data were collected using questionnaire and science learning result data were obtained using multiple choice test. Data were analyzed using MANOVA (Multivariate Analysis of Variance) assisted by SPSS 17.00 for windows. Research results show that; First, there was a difference in achievement motivation between students who learned using contextual learning assisted by visual media with students who learned using conventional learning (F = 101.386, p < 0.05). Second, there was a difference in science learning result between students who learned using contextual learning assisted by visual media with students who learned using conventional learning model( F = 53.685, p < 0.05).     Perbandingan Hasil Belajar IPA Siswa Antara Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah Dengan Model Pembelajaran Inkuiri Terbimbing

    The objective of this research is to find out the comparison of students’ natural science learning results in heat material using problem based learning and inquiry based learning, and to find out the highest learning results amongst problem based learning and inquiry based learning.This is a quasi experiment research with one-group pretest-post test design. Samples were 61 students in grade VII of classroom VIIA and VIIB in State Junior High School 22 in Bandar Lampung. Samples were taken using purposive sampling technique. Data were obtained from learning results of student’s post test. Data were analyzed using data normality test, estimating score N-gain, and dependent sample t-test.The results conclude that there is an improvement of average of students’ learning results by using problem based learning and inquiry based learning. The students learning results in problem based learning is higher than in inquiry based learning. The abilities of students having problem based learning are better than those who have inquiry based learning

    Pengaruh Sikap Ilmiah Terhadap Hasil Belajar Dan Kemandirian Belajar Melalui Strategi Scaffolding-kooperatif

    The purposes of this study to find out: (1) the influence of the student’s scientific attitude to the learning achievement of students through scaffolding-cooperative strategy; (2) the influence of the student’s scientific attitude to the learning independence of students through scaffolding-cooperative strategy. The population and the sample of this study are all students of XI IPA classroom of Tunas Harapan Bandar Lampung Senior High School in the second semester, and there are 20 students. Sample class is selected by purposive sampling. Design of this study is one-shot case study design. The results of this study are: (1) there is influence of the student’s scientific attitude to the learning achievement of students through scaffolding-cooperative strategy; (2) there is influence of the student’s scientific attitude to the learning independence of students through scaffolding-cooperative strategy. The average percentage of the student’s scientific attitude is 67% with the high category. The average value of the student learning is 66 with the high category. While, the average percentage of the student’s independence is 66% with the high category. Thus, the high of scientific attitude can affect the student’s learning achievement and student’s learning independence
