Pengaruh Strategi Pembelajaran Kooperatif dan Motivasi Belajar terhadap Hasil Belajar Deteksi Dini Tumbuh Kembang Aud

The objective of this research is to study the effect of instructional strategy of cooperative and learning motivation on the learning outcome in the course of Early Detection of Early Aged Children's Development. The research conducted conducted at IAIN Raden Intan Lampung as from April through August 2013, selected 40 students randomly as samples. The research employed experimental research with treatment by level 2x2.The findings indicate (1) learning outcomes of the students with cooperative instructional strategy is higher than those who received expository instructional strategy,(2) there is interaction between instructional strategy and learning motivation of the students, (3) learning outcomes of the students with high learning motivation are higher when cooperative instructional strategy is used than when they learn with expository instructional strategy, and (4) learning outcomes of the students with low learning motivation are higher when cooperative instructional strategy is used than when they learn with expository instructional strategy. Result of the research shows that students' learning outcomes on early detection of development kindergarten could be improved by applying appropriate teaching instructional strategy considering their learning motivation level

Perkembangan Ekonomi Islam pada Masa Daulah Abbasiyah

Maju mundurnya peradaban Islam tergantung dari sejauh mana dinamika umat islam itu sendiri. Dalam sejarah islam tercatat, bahawa salah satu dinamika umat islam itu dicirikan oleh kehadiran kerajaan-kerajaan islam diantaranya Umayah dan Abbasiyah, Umayah dan Abbasiyah memiliki peradaban yang tinggi, diantaranya memunculkan ilmuwan-ilmuwan dan para pemikir muslim. Pesan presiden pertama kita : IR. Soekarno. Karena tidak mungkin kita bisa mengenal siapa diri kita dan bagaimana kita bisa seperti sekarang ini, tanpa menengok sejarah. Dengannya kita bisa bercermin untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan prestasi emas para pendahullu kita dan menghilangkan sekaligus memperbaiki kekurangan dan kegagalannya. Jika sebelum-sebelumnya kita sudah mengetahui perihal peradaban Islam di masa Nabi SAW, kemudian masa khulafaur Rasyidin dan masa daulah Bani Umayah, kini tibalah kita pada pembahasan peradaban Islam masa daulah Bani Abbasyiah. Namun sebelum kita memasuki detil-detil peradaban dimasa ini, ada baiknya jika kami paparkan sekilas sebab-sebab yang menjadikan peradaban Islam pada masa ini menjadi sedemikian cemerlang.   &nbsp

Otonomi Daerah Prespektif Asy Syaibani

Majunya suatu daerah harus ada campur tangan antara pemerintah dan lingkungan sekitar (baca : daerah) dari berbagai aspek. Tanpa keterlibatan keduanya sulit untuk mewujudkan kemajuan. Dengan keterlibatan keduanya, lebih mudah dalam mewujudkan daerah yang maju, aman dan makmur. Dalam upaya membangun suatu negara dan mencapai kemajuannya, akan lebih baik tanpa keterlibatan pihak eksternal yang ikut campur dalam penyelenggaraan negara. Hal ini diharapkan dapat menjadikan negara menjadi independen, tidak mudah didekte oleh pihak luar sehingga kuat dan berdaulat. Dalam upaya menuju pembangunan dan memajukan daerah-daerah di negara, perlu adanya otonomi daerah. Otonomi ini dapat menjadi oase yang baik dan berdampak positif. Jika ekonomi pada suatu daerah otonom berjalan dengan baik, maka akan berdampak pada kesejahteraan masyarakat di daerah tersebut, mislanya dengan terpenuhinya kebutuhan pokok. Sebaliknya, apabila otonomi tidak berjalan dengan baik, maka akan melahirkan kesenjangan ekonomi yang signifikan. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan munculnya golongan masyarakat yang tidak dapat memenuhi kebutuhannya. Akibat yang akan muncul adalah kriminalitas meningkat di daerah tersebut. Artinya, bahwa otonomi daerah akan dapat mempengaruhi tinggi rendahnya tingkat kriminalitas pada suatu daerah tersebut. Pelaksanaan otonomi daerah diletakkan pada daerah provinsi dalam kedudukannya sebagai wilayah administrasi untuk melaksanakan kewenangan pemerintahan tertentu yang dilimpahkan kepada gubernur sebagai wakil pemerintah

NIKAH MISYAR DAN TERPENUHINYA HAK DAN KEWAJIBAN SUAMI ISTRI

Misyar marriage is a marriage in which a wife is willing to give up part of her rights and live separately from her husband. The scholars' differed in their opinion regarding the law of performing misyar, but what is more important to discuss is how the concept of rights and obligations of husband and wife can be achieved. The purpose of this study is to analyze the couple’s rights concept and obligations in misyar. Through a qualitative literature review, this study examines the validity of misyar according to the scholars and the fulfillment of the rights and obligations of husband and wife using an interdisciplinary approach. Misyar is still said to be valid if the conditions and harmonious marriage are fulfilled, as for the cancellation of some of the rights required or permitted by one of the partners does not make this marriage haram, but some scholars call it makruh and even prohibit it, because it will bring harm to the wife and not fulfill the rights and obligations. Misyar seems as if the goal is only to fulfill lust and forget the main purpose of marriage which is essential to achieve a safe family.Keywords: Misyar Marriage, Rights and Obligations
