    Patterns of shape-phase transition in the proton-neutron coupled systems are studied within the SDSD-pair shell model. The results show that some transitional patterns in the SDSD-pair shell model are similar to the U(5)SU(3)U(5)-SU(3), U(5)SO(6)U(5)-SO(6) transitions with signatures of the critical point symmetry of the interacting boson model.Comment: 13 pages, 7 figure

    This study focuses on analyzing the internationalization of higher education in a specific university in China during the 13th Five Year Plan Period (2016-2020). The purpose of the research is to collect, classify, and sort literature related to the topic and discuss the development context and implementation status of higher education internationalization. The study uses document analysis and case interviews to conduct a case study of the university. In the document analysis, university affairs materials, subordinate school data statistics, and other relevant documents are examined to understand the current practice of education internationalization of the university. The study then proposes a development path for the university's internationalization, which includes talent training, faculty members, scientific research, and people-to-people exchange. Overall, the study provides insights into the internationalization of higher education in a specific university in China and presents a potential pathway for the university to enhance its global engagement

    The title salt, 2C16H15F3N3OS+·C6Cl2O4 2−, is composed of two independent cations of a lansoprazole {systematic name 2-([3-methyl-4-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)pyridin-2-yl]methylsulfinyl)-1H-benzo[d]imidazole} inter­mediate and a dianion of chloranilic acid. In the cations of the lansoprazole inter­mediate, the dihedral angles between the least-squares planes of the pyridine and benzimidazole rings are 11.1 (6) and 13.1 (5)°, respectively. The dihedral angles between the mean plane of the benzene ring in the chloranilic acid dianion and the pryidine and benzimidazole rings of the two lansoprazole inter­mediate groups are 71.8 (1)/80.5 (7) and 74.2 (4)/74.8 (6)°. In addition to ionic bond inter­actions, the lansoprazole inter­mediate and chloranilic ions are connected by strong N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, which produce a set of extended O—H⋯O—H⋯O—H chains along the b axis in the (011) plane. In addition, weak C—H⋯O, C—H⋯F, N—H⋯Cl and π–π [centroid–centroid distances = 3.5631 (15), 3.8187 (13), 3.7434 (17) and 3.842 (2) Å] inter­molecular inter­actions are observed, which contribute to crystal packing stability

    Microbial exposure during early human development primes fetal immune cells

    Human fetal immune system begins to develop early during gestation, however factors responsible for fetal immune-priming remain elusive. We explored potential exposure to microbial agents in-utero and their contribution towards activation of memory T cells in fetal tissues. We profiled microbes across fetal organs using 16S-rRNA gene sequencing and detected low but consistent microbial signal in fetal gut, skin, placenta and lungs, in 2nd trimester of gestation. We identified several live bacterial strains including Staphylococcus and Lactobacillus in fetal tissues, which induced in vitro activation of memory T cells in fetal mesenteric lymph-node, supporting the role of microbial exposure in fetal immune-priming. Finally, using SEM and RNA-ISH, we visualised discrete localisation of bacteria-like structures and eubacterial-RNA within 14th week fetal gut lumen. These findings indicate selective presence of live-microbes in fetal organs during 2nd trimester of gestation and have broader implications towards establishment of immune competency and priming before birt
