Tendencies of Change of Socio-Political Lexicon in Persian and Azerbaijani Languages
Socio-political terms exist in all world languages and are directly related to the socio-political structure of each country. The words related to statehood, religion and political system were mentioned in sources associated with the ancient period of Persian and Azerbaijani languages. In the article, among such sources, "The Book of Dede-Gorgud", Orkhon-Yenisei" on Turkic languages, and the samples selected from the work "Shahnameh" on Persian are analyzed by the historical-comparative method. When studying terms related to religion, it should be investigated in more detail whether these terms correctly reflect events in the socio-political life of the country they belong to, as they are subject to purposeful interventions in several cases. Considering Manichaean, Islam, Sufism and other religious directions, which are thought to be related to Zoroastrianism and Zoroastrianism in Iran, this picture is further complicated. In the article, medieval Persian dictionaries were also reviewed among the sources related to the Middle Ages. It was noted that words related to almost all areas of social life are included in them. The social and political situation after the Iranian Islamic Revolution and the terms that were created in connection with this situation is considered in the history of Iran. The article also contains information about using borrowed words in both languages' social and political fields. Then the place of the terms in the form of abbreviations in the speech was analyzed. In the article, the data gives grounds to say that as a result of any historical event, the most profitable sphere is linguistics. So, although the changes in other areas cause stagnation and decline in some instances, linguistics is enriched with new words. Political linguistics is also included, and the rising line of political discourse during World War I can serve as an example

Issuing Fatwa during Covid-19 Pandemic: An Analysis
Talking about fatwas in contemporary situations is both crucial and accurate. Crucial because it is a slander to the people in the religion of God and accurate because it needs an accurate methodology that no one can do unless they qualify and train for it. Thus, this study attempts to address a sound legal theory of issuing fatwa under Islamic law during the covid-19 pandemic based on qualitative methods by adopting content data analysis. The findings reveal that the expertise for issuing the fatwa, its unification, the proper understanding of the nature of the calamity, consideration of Maqāṣid al-Shari’ah, and considering Ma’alat are the major concerns that have a significant amount of impact in this regard. Hence, the study would provide a clear guideline on the role of fatwa and Mufti in contemporary Muslim society, especially in the covid-19 pandemic.

THE IMPACT OF MODERNIZATION AND DEVELOPMENT ON MUSLIM WOMEN IN EGYPT: A LEGAL PERSPECTIVE
This study examines the effectiveness of the modernization theory in Egypt, a developing Muslim society. As in the case of other developing societies, Egypt\u27s modernization is uneven. Therefore, I will examine modernization as it relates to Muslim women in Egypt in as far as they vary in their exposure to the modernizing influences of advanced technology. Egypt has experienced a variety of social, judicial, economic, demographic, and political modifications. These changes have greatly affected Muslim women in Egypt and their family life. Not all of the issues underlying modernization will be addressed in this research. Type of family structure and family modernization beliefs in Egypt will be central to the analysis. Four dimensions of individual modernization will be examined: beliefs about family obligations, beliefs about ideal family size, attitudes toward the economic role of women, and attitudes toward sources of security for women. These dimensions will be analyzed with certain individual background variables: age, education, income, sex, marital status, community type, family structure, time in the labor force, and exposure to technology. My research will predict the influence Islam may or may not have on the process. Whether tradition, culture, or religious thought hampers or advances the development of women in Egypt. State policies and position will also be viewed in this regard
