The purpose of this study was to determine what factors are causing the decline in revenue (PAD) from the hotel tax in the city of Pekanbaru and to find out how the policies Regional Revenue Office Pekanbaru in increasing tax revenue through hotel in the city of Pekanbaru. This research uses descriptive research using qualitative approach. The results based on interviews and field observations note that the factors causing a decline in revenue (PAD) from the hotel tax in the city of Pekanbaru include a lack of enforcement of sanctions against taxpayers who do not pay kewajibnya, mental attitude, discipline, motivation is still low of Revenue employee Pekanbaru, Pekanbaru political situation is not conducive so that taxpayers tend to be cautious in paying his taxes, crisis of public confidence in the local government of Pekanbaru in managing local taxes and Awareness taxpayer in paying hotel taxes are still low. In order to increase the hotel tax receipts that the target can be achieved then the local government, especially the Department of Revenue has made an effort Pekanbaru expansion and intensification in the field of taxation. Strategi Komunikasi Badan Meteorologi Klimatologi dan Geofisika (Bmkg) Aceh dalam Mengantisipasi Berita Hoax Gempa Aceh di Online Media

This research examines how to Anticipate News of the Aceh Earthquake Hoax in Online Media. The rise of hoax news, especially regarding the earthquake that will occur on the coastal beaches of Pidie Jaya, Sigli, and Banda Aceh through social media and online media that mentions sources from BMKG. The theory of planning (theory of planning) is used as a reference by researchers as a theoretical foundation in this study to describe the planning process by the Aceh BMKG in planning communication strategies to anticipate news of the Aceh earthquake hoax through online media so as not to cause problems in the future. This theory states that the more knowledge one has, the more complex the plan will be made. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods and data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are the communication strategies of BMKG Aceh that have been implemented well by agencies, one of which is in anticipation of hoax news in the name of BMKG Aceh and this strategy has met the criteria of a form of communication strategy of an organization that has been summarized

PERBANDINGAN METODE HOLT WINTERS EXPONENTIAL SMOOTHING DAN HOLT WEIGHT EXPONENTIAL MOVING AVERAGE DALAM PERAMALAN HARGA CABAI RAWIT DI KABUPATEN PURBALINGGA KABUPATEN PURBALINGGA

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan metode terbaik untuk menghasilkan prediksi harga cabai rawit Kabupaten Purbalingga. Hasil analisis tersebut dapat digunakan dalam menetapkan kebijakan yang tepat. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Metode Holt Winters Exponential. Smoothing dan Holt Weight Exponential Moving Average, karena kedua metode tersebut merupakan metode yang dapat digunakan untuk peramalan data yang memiliki unsur tren dan musiman. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah rata-rata harga cabai rawit Kabupaten Purbalingga per bulan dari bulan Januari 2019 sampai dengan bulan Desember 2022 yang diperoleh dari Pusat Informasi Harga Pangan Strategis Nasional. Setelah dilakukan pengujian terhadap harga cabai rawit Kabupaten Purbalingga didapatkan plot data ramalan yang cenderung mengikuti data aktualnya. Lalu tingkat kesalahannya diukur dengan menggunakan MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error). Hasil akurasi peramalan harga cabai rawit Kabupaten Purbalingga dengan metode Holt Winter Exponential Smoothing dan Holt Weight Exponential Moving Average dilihat dari hasil MAPE menunjukkan bahwa metode Holt Winter Exponential Smoothing dengan parameter α sebesar 0,16, β sebesar 0,01 dan γ sebesar 1,00 memiliki nilai MAPE terkecil yaitu 2% dibandingkan dengan metode Holt Weight Exponential Moving Average dengan nilai α = 0, 37, nilai β = 0, 11 menghasilkan nilai MAPE sebesar 4%. Sehingga metode Holt Winter Exponential Smoothing merupakan metode lebih baik baik yang tepat untuk melakukan peramalan harga cabai rawit Kabupaten Purbalingga. **** The aim of this research is to find the best method for predicting the prices of cayenne pepper in Purbalingga Regency. The results of the analysis can be used to determine the right policy. The methods used in this research are Holt Winters Exponential Smoothing and Holt Weight Exponential Moving Average, as both methods can be used for forecasting data with trend and seasonal elements. The data used in this study is the average price of cayenne pepper in Purbalingga Regency per month from January 2019 to December 2022, obtained from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center. After testing the cayenne pepper prices in Purbalingga Regency, forecast data that tends to follow the actual data was obtained. The level of accuracy is measured using MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error). The results of the accuracy of forecasting the prices of cayenne pepper in Purbalingga Regency using the Holt Winter Exponential Smoothing method with parameters α of 0.16, β of 0.01, and γ of 1.00 show the smallest MAPE value of 2%, compared to the Holt Weight Exponential Moving Average method with α value of 0.37 and β value of 0.11, resulting in a MAPE value of 4%. Therefore, the Holt Winter Exponential Smoothing method is better and appropriate method for forecasting the prices of cayenne pepper in Purbalingga Regency

Penghitung Jumlah Mobil Menggunakan Pengolahan Citra Digital Dengan Input Video Digital

Perkembangan teknologi transportasi meningkat dengan cepat menyebabkan total kendaraan di jalan padat dan sering hambatan pengalaman. Pada pembangunan jalan raya seperti kendaraan bermotor. Salah satu penyebab kemacetan adalah perhitungan mobil masih menggunakan proses manual. Selain cara manual, pihak terkait juga menggunakan sensor. Namun, dengan menggunakan sensor, proses perhitungan kurang efektif karena mereka tidak bisa menghitung mobil yang berjalan berdampingan atau arah yang berlawanan, serta mahal. Berdasarkan uraian di atas, maka diperlukan sebuah aplikasi perangkat lunak yang dapat menghitung total mobil yang lewat di jalan raya dengan menggunakan webcam yang akan bekerja pada masukan dalam bentuk video digital diolah dengan menggunakan pengolahan citra digital. Aplikasi ini dapat melakukan perhitungan kedua mobil berjalan berdampingan dari arah yang berlawanan

Gou-Kart (Go UMKM Kart), E-Commerce berbasis Marketplace Untuk Meningkatkan Penjualan dan Pencatatan Keuangan pada UMKM Batik di Bangkalan

Pada saat pandemi banyak UMKM di Indonesia yang mengalami keterbatasan ruang untuk melakukan kegiatan penjualan dikarenakan keterbatasan akan pemahaman mengenai teknologi saat ini. UMKM batik Bangkalan juga terdampak pandemi ini, dimana masih banyak masyarakat yang masih kesulitan untuk memasarkan hasil kerajinan batiknya. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya Gou-Kart (Go UMKM Kart), e-commerce berbasis marketplace untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan pencatatan keuangan pada UMKM batik di Bangkalan. Gou-Kart ini dibangun menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD). Metode RAD merupakan metode yang singkat, pendek dan cepat. Gou-Kart ini sangat dibutuhkan oleh penjual batik tulis Madura karena dapat meningkatkan penjualan dan dapat melakukan pencatatan keuangan serta memberikan laporan keuangan laba-rugi
