    The Kano Model: How the Pandemic Influences Customer Satisfaction with Digital Wallet Services in Indonesia

    Introduction/Main Objectives: This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of digital wallets service qualities using Kano Model. Understanding customer needs and satisfaction is crucial in developing products. Background Problems: In the “new normal” era, payment method is predicted to shift to digital wallets. For quality improvement, digital wallet companies should understand customer needs and satisfaction. This study used the Kano model to analyze customer needs and satisfaction in OVO and ShopeePay, two digital wallets widely used for online shopping transactions during COVID19. Novelty: Although studies into the Kano model implementation towards e-commerce exist, there are no specific studies on the model implementation concerning digital wallet payments amid COVID-19. The Kano model is significant in understanding which software products generate high customer satisfaction, which will give a greater influence, as well as necessary attributes for the customers. Research Methods: This study employed the Kano model as one of the most relevant method to measure customer satisfaction by measured of each attribute’s quality. Finding/Results: Most features of OVO and ShopeePay are categorized into the “must be” and “one dimensional” category. The satisfaction map results indicate that most items placed in the “indifferent” quadrant denote the unfulfilled customer expectations. Conclusion: OVO and ShopeePay should improve the items placed in the “indifferent” quadrant first. This study contributes empirically and theoretically by emphasizing the Kano model’s utility for digital wallet services and providing new insights for digital wallet companies and the government on Indonesians’ usage of digital wallets in the “new normal”.

    Kuliah Kerja Nyata yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa UAD adalah bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat dari berbagai bidang yaitu keagamaan, keilmuan, kesenian dan olahraga serta tematik/non tematik. Kegiatan KKN Reguler Periode 101 dari Divisi XXIV.D.2 dilakukan di salah satu dusun yang ada di Kalurahan Giring yaitu Dusun Pulebener. Letak Kalurahan Giring berada di ujung selatan Kapanewon Paliyan. Kalurahan Giring terdiri dari 37 Rukun Tetangga (RT). Secara umum Kalurahan Giring termasuk kedalam Kapanewon Paliyan Gunung Kidul. Diterjunkan pada hari Rabu, 1 Februari 2023 sampai dengan Sabtu, 4 Maret 2023. Masyarakat Padukuhan Pulebener paling banyak menekuni sektor pertanian sehingga rata-rata masyarakat Pulebener bekerja di sektor tersebut. Secara keseluruhan program yang tertulis pada bab 1-4 dapat disimpulkan bahwa program KKN Universitas Ahmad Dahlan Unit XXIV.D.2 terdiri dari program tematik dan individu

    Musik Tingkilan BSBI memiliki ciri khas tersendiri yang menjadikan salah satu sanggar yang berpengaruh dalam perkembangan musik Tingkilan saat ini. Ciri khas ini dipengaruhi oleh kreativitas penata musik dalam sanggar BSBI yang memiliki keterampilan yang baik. Fungsi musik Tingkilan BSBI hanya sebagai hiburan dan identitas budaya lokal. Keberadaan musik Tingkilan BSBI mampu mempengaruhi masyarakat Kota Samarinda yang memiliki beragam suku, untuk mencoba merespon terhadap musik Tingkilan BSBI yang dihadirkan dalam suatu kegiatan budaya, yaitu dengan cara mengenal, mempelajari kemudian memperoleh makna emosional diri terhadap musik yang di dengar. Proses kreatif musik Tingkilan BSBI terbagi dalam dua faktor yang mendorong kreativitas tersebut, yaitu faktor internal meliputi faktor keturunan dan lingkungan, kemudian faktor eksternal meliputi faktor ekonomi dan teknologi informasi. Lagu yang biasa di tampilkan dalam setiap kegiatan budaya ialah lagu yang berjudul Tajong Samarinda yang merupakan lagu daerah Kalimantan Timur ciptaan Abdul Sjukur Isa dengan menggunakan gaya musik Electone, kemudian lagu ini kembali di sajikan serta di kemas dalam bentuk musik Tingkilan oleh sanggar BSBI. Lagu Tajong Samarinda sangat di istimewakan oleh musik Tingkilan BSBI karena Tajong Samarinda merupakan salah satu kerajinan yang menjadi identitas budaya Kalimantan Timur dengan tujuan memperkenalkan sarung Samarinda melalui alunan musik Tingkilan khas sanggar BSBI, serta lirik lagu yang mengangungkan sarung Samarinda. Segala pencapaian yang dilakukan grup musik Tingkilan BSBI merupakan perwujudan dalam melestarikan identitas budaya di Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur

    THE INFLUENCE OF TILT ANGLE ON THE PERFORMANCE OF SOLAR PANELS AS A SMART HELMET POWER SUPPLY IN A MOTORCYCLE SAFETY SYSTEM

    The performance of a solar panel module is strongly influenced by its orientation and tilt angle. Tests have been carried out to track variations in the performance of the solar panel module and electrical parameters at various angles of inclination in the conditions of Karawang and Bogor. There are two experimental modes: 1) a varying slope module under a constant irradiance level, 2) a varying irradiation intensity at the optimal tilt setting. For the former schematic, the irradiation levels were carried out at 2 different locations, and for the later setup, the angle of inclination of the module was varied from 90° and 180° by using a single axis tracer At 90° tilted angle in Karawang test place at rest condition, morning experiment give the result of 5,69V on average while in Bogor the experiment gives 5,46V on average. At 180° tilted angle in Karawang test place at rest condition, morning experiment give the result of 5,49V on average while in afternoon experiment afternoon 3.026V on average. In Bogor test place morning experiment give solar panel 5,2V on average and 3,33V at afternoon experiment. In the electrical parameters of the module, the open circuit voltage, short circuit current, maximum power point voltage and maximum power point current decrease substantially with increasing slope angle, while the charge factor decreases somewhat gradually. Tests in both Karawang and Bogor in the afternoon and afternoon confirmed that the optimal tilt angle on cloudy on  with UV index between 1-2 in the morning and 3-4 in the afternoon on average is 180° tilted and directing the solar panel module at this angle will maximize the captured solar energy and thereby improve its performance

    The Increase in Kaffir Lime Leaf Production Due to Gibberellin Is Diminished by Pruning

    Gibberellin regulates the flowering and fruiting response of fruit-oriented citrus, but there are a lack of studies on the methods for boosting the production of leaf-oriented citrus. This study aimed to analyze the effects of exogenous gibberellins and pruning on the leaf production of kaffir lime. Kaffir lime seedlings, grafted into rangpur lime, were arranged in a split-plot design under an open field condition. Four gibberellin concentrations (control, 0.005%, 0.01%, and 0.02%) and two pruning levels (no pruning and pruning at 30 cm main stem) were subjected to selected seedlings. The result showed a contrasting effect between gibberellin and pruning on the plant height and shoot number. Pruning significantly reduced the flush number, flush length, leaf length, leaf area, and leaf weight by 38%, 44%, 17%, 26%, and 28%, respectively. Without pruning, applying 0.02% gibberellin could produce the longest flush, with an increase in the number and weight of leaves by about 77% and 64%, compared with the control, respectively. Multivariate analysis also confirmed the positive effect of gibberellin on leaf production. However, these positive results are diminished by pruning due to limited source capacity, as indicated by the fewer leaves. Future research is required to analyze whether increasing gibberellin concentrations can speed up the recovery of post-pruned kaffir lime
