A child is a trust given by God, therefore, he should have full attention and good care. But the birth of a baby in a family doesn\u27t always bring happiness, an illegitimate child will be a complex problem and cause alarm for the woman who delivers him, his biological father, and the community who live in the vicinity of the house. The rulling of the constitutional court of the Republic of Indonesia no. 46/PUU_VII/2010 has caused the problem for an illegitimated child to become apparent by the acceptance of the request for judicial review of the provision in article 43 pragraph 1 of law on marriage, related to the recognition of the illegitimate child. The consideration of the Constitutional Court in enacting the rulling is merely for the sake of the righteousness for the rights of an illegitimate child to be treated humanly and to guarantee his equal rights to the other children

The Correlation of Buzz Marketing Exposure of Eventsmgid and Educational Level of Follower with Follower Decision to Come to Eventsmgid Media Partner

Holding an event is one of marketing communication tool that conducted by a company, institution, or organization to achieve certain goals. In the implementation, to reach the desired targets of visitors, event organizer can invite buzzer media partner as third party to promote their event, including in Semarang city. One of buzzer media partner form that exist in Semarang is EVENTSMGID. EVENTSMGID have done media buzzing well to attract consumers. However, in reality there are some events which are cooperate and trusting marketing strategy through social media to EVENTSMGID could not reach the visitors that they want so they loss.Therefore, this research aim to know whether buzz marketing of EVENTSMGID is correlated with follower decision to come to EVENTSMGID Media Partner. Beside buzz marketing exposure, this research also examining the correlation of Educational Level of Follower with follower decision to come to EVENTSMGID Media Partner. The theory used in this research is Elaboration Likelihood Theory. This is explanatory research that will explaining cause and effect among variables. Sample of this research are active followers of EVENTSMGID during one last year. The amount of respondents are 96 peoples took based on purposive sampling. Data analysis used in this research is Kendall Tau-B analysis. The results of this research showed that the exposure of buzz marketing has positively correlated with follower decision to come to EVENTSMGID Media Partner and the educational level of follower has negatively correlated with follower decision to come to EVENTSMGID Media Partner

Analisis Kualitas Pelayanan Administrasi Kependudukan Di Kecamatan Klari Kabupaten Karawang

This research was compiled to find out and analyze the services quality of population administration at Klari Subdistrict Karawang Regency. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. It means researcher collected the data through interviews, observation, and literature. The data information was taken from the Secretary and staff of Klari Subdistrict In this study, researcher used the dimensions of transparency, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and direct evidence to see the Services Quality of population administration at Klari Subdistrict Karawang Regency. Based on observations and interview , the services quality of population administration at Klari Subdistrict is considered to be good enough .Based on ten indicator of five dimension: tangible , reability , responsiviness , assurance , emphaty, only some indicators are still considered low. disadvantages include , the absence of air conditioning like fan and ac, whos affecting the comfortable of community , and then lack of physical facilities like a bench around the counters and waiting room and lacking discipline of some employees .Overall public services in klari is considered to be good, although there are still some things that needs to be repaired and optimized

Kinetika Reaksi Demineralisasi Isolasi Kitin dari Cangkang Ebi

Chitin is a naturally abundant polymer and most of it was used as a surfactan and cosmetic raw material. Chitin be able to derive from natural source like shrimp shell waste. The aims of this research were to study the effect of various of time reaction and HCl concentration towards both of calcium concentration reduction and demineralization kinetic model with approach to shrinking core model (SCM). There are 3 stage of model which be able to use: Film layer diffusion, Diffusion through the outcome layer and Chemical reaction. It was began with deproteination at first with NaOH 3,5 % and continued with demineralization using HCl at concentration 0,3 N; 0,6 N; 0,9 N and 1,2 N with variation of reaction time at 15, 30 and 15 minute. The specimen had dried in the oven before the calcium analyzed. The results showed calcium concentration decrease along with increasing of HCl concentration. Analisis Kinerja Ruas-ruas Jalan Lingkungan Dengan Model Pembebanan Lalu Lintas Menggunakan Emme 3.4.1 (Studi Kasus : Kabupaten Sukamara, Kalimantan Tengah)

Kabupaten Sukamara is a currently growing Kabupaten, especially Kecamatan Balai Riam and Kecamatan Permata Kecubung, but the location is difficult to reach and can be said isolated. One of the aspect that can improve and develop Kabupaten Sukamara is transportation, because the transportation facilities and infrastructure that exist currently is very low in Kabupaten Sukamara, in this case, especially the road which connects the villages because the lack of road development as a rural access. The methodology used for analyze the performance of the road is by calculate the number of trip generation based on the population of study area based on method developed by the Ministry of Public Works for planning transportation of urban road which belong to the small town category. The next step is to analyze the amount of trip that generates Origin Destination Matrice (OD) by using Double Constrain Gravity method (DCGR), assign OD matrice to the road network by using EMME 3.4.1 and calculate the road capacity,then calculate and analyze volume capacity ratio (VCR) based on the assignment result and the road capacity calculation. By determining the 20 year plan, the prediction of trip generation of Kabupaten Sukamara is 235.023 people/day. Based on OD matrice, can be known that the closer the distance trip, the greater the trip that occur and vice versa. From the calculation, the capacity of the collector road is 1.197 smp/hour, local road is 856 smp/hour and small road is 838 smp/hour. From the assignment result, the largest trip volume is 314 smp/hour and the smallest is 1 smp/hour, so the largest VCR value is 0,279 which means VCR < 0,8 for every road that connects the villages. Therefore, the performance condition of the entire road that connects the villages can be concluded stable/safe

The use of software such as online learning platforms, education-related mobile applications, and various e-learning platforms have enabled distance learning and supported self-directed learning approaches. However, there are challenges that need to be addressed including unequal access to technology, the abundance of online materials that can confuse children, and privacy and data security concerns. Meeting Diverse Learning Needs: Exploring Effective Sociology Teacher Strategies in Differentiated Learning

A major challenge for sociology teachers is to teach students the complex sociology subject matter based on their learning needs. The purpose of this study is to explore the strategies used by sociology teachers in applying differentiated learning at the high school level in Makassar City. This research is a qualitative research that uses teachers and students as research informants. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was done through the stages of data collection, data reduction, and data presentation. Results show that sociology teachers in Makassar City have implemented effective strategies for differentiated learning. These include the use of diverse learning resources other than textbooks, namely audiovisual materials in the form of videos and presentation slides; visual materials in the form of infographics, images, and maps; utilizing relevant articles from blogs and research articles; and initial assessments to identify students’ individual needs in the form of questionnaire filling, diagnostic tests, and pretests. Group formation is flexible based on the student’s ability and group members are rotated in each meeting, applying various learning methods and models, such as problem-based learning, and combining it with cooperative learning models. The teachers also provide additional support in the form of having discussions with students, answering their questions, assigning different assignments, and providing additional material. Trash and water until now has always been a problem, trash seen as something dirty and should be discarded. When carelessly discarded will be a source of environmental contamination and human resources for the disease, even when disposed in place does not mean the problem was solved, a new problem arises because landfills. Therefore, to change the perception of waste, which must be disposed of into something that can be exploited. This condition occurs in Cangkring Village district. Cantigi Kab. Indramayu, some people have a bad habit cangkring village is throwing garbage on the banks of rivers, and the surrounding environment, lack of information and lack of facilities resulted in low awareness of the hedge on the health problems they are experiencing a skin disease that is 3.23%, 1.35% deworming, 1.25 cholera, dengue fever 0.4%, 13.3% diarrhea, hepatitis 0.3%, and 0.07% of malaria. (Health Research Indramayu: 2007). The method is performed in the execution of the program begins with early socialization, training cadre includes technical debriefing program, composting training, training and training craft manufacture water treatment. Once equipped with the next activity is the dissemination and implementation of public hygiene MAS program which was facilitated by a team from making garbage sorting, water and waste management and marketing. All stages aims to encourage people to improve clean lifestyle with community development activities through the management and utilization of waste and clean water. Results that have been achieved from this activity is the production of handicraft products from packaging waste and water and can be sold for cash as well as increasing awareness of the organization and the quality of public health
