「父親の子育て」をメディアはどう伝えたか : インターネットと新聞を比較して
For a society background; for example, the campaign for Father\u27s Parental leave by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, it is told in many cases about the father who participates in housekeeping and child-rearing. Although various opinions are flying about, what has it become in fact about a father\u27s child-care? In order to explore present-day "participates in child-care of father" image, the report was investigated the image, opinion and view of "participates in child-care of father" is written on the internet and on the newspaper article. In contrasts with the number of newspaper articles about "father\u27s childrearing", the result for the number and the updating frequency of the homepage on the web are as follows. 1) When it entered in 2004, the number of homepages increased explosively by the prosperity of blog (moblog). 2) In response to the fact that the child-care leave acquisition numerical target was improved in 2004 and the voice of childcare participating promotion of a father became large, the newspaper article about child-rearing of a father also increased. 3) In 2002 and afterwards, signs that the report about "child-rearing of a father" is alternating between Internet and newspaper. 4) In 2004 and afterwards especially 2005, the homepage which existed for many years renewed and was revitalized. And also the homepage which had already existed was improved and was introduced anew now in the 1990s. In order to have to perform more precisely search and its contents analysis of the newspaper article using the Internet, we have to require the more detailed investigation about a newspaper article
保育者養成短期大学における情報教育カリキュラム(4)
It is necessary to train the child-care personne1 (or kindergartner) with compulsory subjects such as Operation of Information Communication Technology and Information Education. Researcher tried to develop an advanced curriculum Educational Method and Technology for the learners who trained to be the kindergartner and got credit for Operation of Information Technology and Information Education. The aim of this advanced curriculum Educational Method and Technology are: 1) to study the educational materials (made not only old media such as paper, and also new media such as computer software), 2) to change learners\u27 view about thinking care of children from their firm idea about "Computer has not need for children" into a more flexible attitude and mind about children with computer. To attain their aim, learners study in Collaborative Learning environment. This curriculum was assessed by learners\u27 opinion in questionnaire and teacher\u27s opinion from contents in interview. The result for the curriculum are as follows. 1) Learners in the curriculum thought what is important to make educational material through the production an original educational material with computer and the presentation their material to audience. 2) Curriculum included learners\u27 interest and useful activities for kindergartner. 3) Learners can recognize deeply and greatly the relation between information society and early education of today like a kindergarten or a nursery school. 4) Learners became aware of an importance of Collaborative Learning. The problem for the curriculum are as follows. 1) To achieve an aim of this curriculum, it\u27s in need of time. 2) Many learners can\u27t feel their own ability in word-processing. 3) To study with joyful in this curriculum for learners, is affected by their own ability for communication. 4) Learners own ability for communication and communicative atmosphere in the classroom are necessary for consistence in Collaborative Learning

In contrasts with the number of newspaper articles about "father\u27s child-rearing", the result for the number and the updating frequency of the homepage on the web are as follows. 1) The contents of the homepage which was the most active from 1998 to 2000 is almost "how to take parental leave" and/or "the account of experience or diary which are actually engaging or participating in child-care". 2) The contents of the most active homepage at present (it results now from the second half of 2002) is becoming in use an ordinary father\u27s own description which expressed an opinion and comment about "child-care of a father" freely using a system of weblog and taking "photo album or diary", "short essay". From 1998 to 1999, description on the internet was effected and interacted with the contents of mass-media : newspaper or TV-show. In 2004, measure against the declining birthrate "Plus one" is adopted. For a built future better society, it is necessary to reconstruct a father\u27s real opinion or figure about child-care participation by an analysis of description of father\u27s real image on the web
High-Throughput Identification and Screening of Novel Methylobacterium Species Using Whole-Cell MALDI-TOF/MS Analysis
Methylobacterium species are ubiquitous α-proteobacteria that reside in the phyllosphere and are fed by methanol that is emitted from plants. In this study, we applied whole-cell matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry analysis (WC-MS) to evaluate the diversity of Methylobacterium species collected from a variety of plants. The WC-MS spectrum was reproducible through two weeks of cultivation on different media. WC-MS spectrum peaks of M. extorquens strain AM1 cells were attributed to ribosomal proteins, but those were not were also found. We developed a simple method for rapid identification based on spectra similarity. Using all available type strains of Methylobacterium species, the method provided a certain threshold similarity value for species-level discrimination, although the genus contains some type strains that could not be easily discriminated solely by 16S rRNA gene sequence similarity. Next, we evaluated the WC-MS data of approximately 200 methylotrophs isolated from various plants with MALDI Biotyper software (Bruker Daltonics). Isolates representing each cluster were further identified by 16S rRNA gene sequencing. In most cases, the identification by WC-MS matched that by sequencing, and isolates with unique spectra represented possible novel species. The strains belonging to M. extorquens, M. adhaesivum, M. marchantiae, M. komagatae, M. brachiatum, M. radiotolerans, and novel lineages close to M. adhaesivum, many of which were isolated from bryophytes, were found to be the most frequent phyllospheric colonizers. The WC-MS technique provides emerging high-throughputness in the identification of known/novel species of bacteria, enabling the selection of novel species in a library and identification without 16S rRNA gene sequencing
対話的な手法によるふれあい遊びの実践 ―幼稚園2 歳児クラスの表現遊びを通して―
This study sought to implement imaginary play for a class of 2-year-olds in preschool. A teacher was asked to describe her views on guidance and her specific considerations while looking at video recordings on the implementation of that play. This study also sought to examine the considerations made by and guidance provided by that teacher during implementation of interactive play through dialogue. Taking into account the level of development of 2-year-olds, Teacher A emphasized the association between creation of a play environment in which young children feel at ease and a feeling of normalcy. Teacher A also implemented play as a way to foster a sense of ease by starting with simple movements. Moreover, Teacher A also took into account the process of play in order to encourage children to fully engage in free play. Individual connections with children were taken into account, and even when the teacher held a child’ s hand the teacher provided assistance in her estimate so that the child would naturally hold other child’s hand and thus maintain their relationship. Such steps were found to create a comfortable environment. Play was found to develop through dialogue. The teacher would frequently look at a child and modify her behavior, talking to the child so that the child gradually grew accustomed to the interaction. The teacher also predicted the child’s actions and talked to the child at the appropriate time
