VJEŠTINE INTERPERSONALNE KOMUNIKACIJE U KONTEKSTU RADNE EFIKASNOSTI NA PRIMJERU OBITELJSKOG PODUZEĆA VINA PILAČ d.o.o. : Završni rad

Suvremeno doba karakterizira brzi razvoj informacija, kapitala, proizvoda/usluga i ljudi. Pritom se globalizacija poistovjećuje sa svijetom bez granica, a u takvim se okolnostima suvremeni menadžment nalazi pred novim izazovima koji u fokus stavljaju suvremenog menadžera. Kako bi menadžeri efikasnije obavljali svoj posao, moraju posjedovati određene vještine, i to tehničke, socijalne i konceptualne. U okviru socijalnih vještina izdvajaju se i interpersonalne vještine. Cilj ovog rada bio je ispitati u kojoj mjeri vještine interpersonalne komunikacije utječu na radnu efikasnost obiteljskog poduzeća Vina Pilač d.o.o. Istraživanje je pomoglo otkriti jake i slabe strane poslovnih voditelja, ali i pružiti poticaj za daljnje usavršavanje vještina.The modern era is characterized by the rapid development of information, capital, products/services and people. EDUKACIJA IZ GRUPNE ANALIZE KAO DIO TRANSFORMACIJE I HUMANIZACIJE PSIHIJATRIJSKE BOLNICE „SVETI IVAN“

Edukacija iz grupne analitičke psihoterapije i grupne psihoterapije psihijatara, specijalizanata psihijatrije, svih stručnih profila medicinskih sestara, odnosno tehničara i ostalih visokoobrazovanih stručnjaka mijenja međuljudske odnose, stajališta, povećava empatiju i odgovornost prema pacijentu te stručno i organizacijski preobražava i humanizira klasičnu psihijatrijsku bolnicu u interaktivnu preventivnu, terapijsku i rehabilitacijsku zajednicu osoblja, pacijenata i članova njihovih obitelji. Grupna psihoterapija programska je sastavnica integralnog i učinkovitog terapijskog pristupa pacijentima i psihičkim poremećajima, a edukacija članova obitelji u grupnoj analitičkoj psihoterapiji mijenja shvaćanje psihičkih poremećaja i pacijenata, podupire i održava optimizam u vezi sa svrhovitošću programa prevencije, liječenja i psihosocijalne rehabilitacije pacijenata te empatije i svekolike potpore.The impact of comprehensive education in psychoanalytic group psychotherapy of the staff (psychatrists, psychologistst, nurses, work therapists etc) in a large psychiatric hospital is described. The education changed the interpersonal relationships in the hospital for the better, as well as enhanced empathy, understanding and the overall responsibility towards the patients. The education in psychoanalytic group psychotherapy was a humanizing and transforming factor of a classic psychiatric hospital into an interactive, preventice therapeutic and rehabiliatative community of staff, patients and their family members

INFECTION OR IDIOSYNCRATIC REACTION TO ANTIEPILEPTIC DRUGS?

Idiosyncratic reactions are serious, unpredicted adverse effects of antiepileptic drugs which are in use in psychiatry as mood stabilizers. Severe idiosyncratic reactions can manifest as systemic symptoms or Dress syndrome clinically manifested with increased body temperature, peripheral lymphadenopathy and potential one or multiple organ failure. We present a 36 years old patient, who was hospitalized for the first time in our hospital after he attempted suicide by hanging. Patient was diagnosed as Bipolar affective disorder, current episode depressive with psychotic features and high suicidal risk. At the time of admission he was taking olanzapine and venlafaxine. Psychopharmacs were cross titrated to clozapine, valproic acid and lamotrigine. Two weeks later, patient’s mood was stabilized but his somatic status worsened dramatically. He was forwarded to Clinic for Infective Diseases where he was diagnosed with severe sepsis. Dress syndrome, although initially suspected was not verified, but has to be taken into consideration in each patient prescribed with antiepileptic drugs
