Children is eighty yearl old, it is mean still in womb. The protection child is everything activity to ensure and protection child and participants. His night to service, grow, and to participants as optimal with the harkat and dignity. The concept of theory is used according to van meter van horn (2008), state that, there are some variabel which given effect performance implementation the policy of public. This research is used qualitative method with the analyzeddata. As descriptive. Data collection technique was be done in observation, interview, and documentation. The parties muolved in this research as informen. The results of of research showed that implementation of policy about cchild protection (Study Case The children beggar in Mandau district) it is not correct and maximum appropriate because many obstruction was be done in implementation. The obstruction there are facilitaties, actor unity of service prosperity social is not maximal, than lack of communication with local officials, and lack of participant in public rights of the child in the family

    Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Siswa Melalui Metode Eksperimen Pada Materi Perubahan Wujud Benda Dalam Mata Pelajaran IPA Kelas VSDN Lenju

    Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Terdiri beberapa aspek tindakan dan pengamatan utama yaitu peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen. Bagaimana penggunaan metode eksperimen dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang Konsep Perubahan Wujud Benda di kelas V SDN Lenju. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SDN Lenju, melibatkan 41 orang siswa terdiri atas 21 orang laki-laki dan 20 orang perempuan yang terdaftar pada tahun ajaran 2013/2014. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dua kali pertemuan dan setiap siklus terdiri empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tindakan siklus I diperoleh siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 15 orang dengan ketuntasan belajar 36,5%, daya serap klasikal mencapai 40% dan hasil observasi guru mencapai 70%, aktivitas siswa 60%. Pada tindakan siklus II diperoleh siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 26 orang dengan ketuntasan belajar 63,4%, daya serap klasikal 60% dan observasi aktivitas guru mencapai 87,5%, observasi siswa mencapai 73,3%.dan Pada siklus III diperoleh siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 36 orang dengan ketuntasan belajar 87,8%, daya serap klasikal 91,3% dan observasi aktivitas guru 95%, sedangkan observasi siswa mencapai 91,1%. Hal ini berarti pembelajaran pada siklus III telah memenuhi indikator keberhasilan dengan nilai ketuntasan belajar klasikal minimal 85%. Berdasarkan nilai rata-rata daya serap klasikal dan ketuntasan belajar klasikal pada kegiatan pembelajaran siklus III, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa perbaikan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen dapat meningkatkan hasil pemahaman siswa kelas V pada materi konsep Perubahan wujud benda di SDN Lenju

    This research aimed to determine of the differences and the effect of Cooperative Problem Solving learning model to the learning outcomes of students of class XI SMAN 1 Sungai Pinyuh on the material solubility and solubility product. This research is a quasi-experimental research with the study design Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sample in this research were students of class XI IPA1 as an experimental class and class XI IPA3 as the control class obtained by simple random sampling technique. By using the U-Mann-Whitney test, obtained Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) = 0.000 <0.05 so that Ha accepted and Ho rejected, which means that there are differences in learning outcomes between the control class and experimental class students on the material solubility and solubility product. The results of the calculation of effect size, the value ES = 1,35, which means the implementation of cooperative problem solving learning model of influence by 41,15% against an increase in student learning outcomes

    Purposes of this research were to determine differences of participation and learning outcomes beetwen students were taught using TPS Cooperative learning model and conventional method and effect of applying TPS Cooperative learning model toward learning outcomes redox materials X Grade in High School of St. Francis of Assisi Pontianak. Quasi-experimental with nonequivalent control group design was used as research method. The sample were students X E as control class and X D as experimental class that were determined with purpossive sampling technique. Participation were analyzed using Independent Samples T-test and outcomes learning using U-Mann Whitney. The result of data analysis showed that there were differences participation and learning outcomes beetwen students were taught using cooperatif learning model TPS type and conventional method. TPS Cooperative learning model give effect in the amount of 26.11% on increasing students learning outcomes

    This research and development aims to produce product supplement biochemistry teaching material book in carbohydrate metabolism disorders submaterial based on local wisdom West Kalimantan's peoples . The development supplement biochemistry teaching material book in based on local wisdom West Kalimantan's peoples based on measures of research and development by Borg & Gall. Field test sample in this research was determined by purposive sampling. Data collected by using a feasibility product questionnaire and student response questionnaire to the USAbility level product. The suggestions of feasibility test results and USAbility test results as the basis for product improvement. Based on the analysis of the results of the feasibility questionnaire obtained the final total score of 82, which means that the supplement is included into the category of decent with a good rating. Preliminary field testing results for USAbility level product obtained a percentage of 75.94 % with a high criteria for use. Main field testing results for USAbility level product obtained a percentage of 73.22 % with a high criteria for use

    The purposes of this research were to determine differences of motivation and learning outcomes between students taught using TAI Cooperative learning model and conventional method and effect of applying TPS Cooperative learning model toward learning outcomes on chemical bond materials of X Grade of St. Francis of Assisi Pontianak students. Quasi-experimental with nonequivalent control group design was used as research method. The samples were X E students as control class and X D as experimental class. Those samples were determined with purpossive sampling technique. Motivations and learning outcome of students were analyzed using Independent Samples T-test and U-Mann Whitney test. The result of data analysis showed that there were differences of motivation and learning outcomes between students taught using TAI cooperatif learning model and conventional method. TAI Cooperative learning model gave 15,91% effect on increasing students learning outcomes

    . The pupose of study was to determine the motivation and student learning outcomes on the nomenclature of the compounds in class X SMA Negeri 2 Sambas, West Kalimantan Kab.Sambas. The method of this study is classroom action research study design which consist of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Instruments used in this study were the posttest question sheet, motivation questionnaire and observation sheet. Twenty nine students were participate in this study. Result showed that students learning completeness reached 75%. The achievement is high, while the students' motivation is high with a score of 85.7%.     Strategi React Dan Pengaruhnya Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Materi Larutan Penyangga

    The Purpose of this study was to determine the effect of REACT strategy toward learning outcome of SMA Negeri 5 Pontianak students on buffer solution material. The study was quasi-experimental with the study design was nonequivalent control group design. The study samples were the students of XI grade of IPA 3 as experimental class and XI grade of IPA 4 as control class that was determined by cluster random sampling technique. Data were collected by using learning outcome test. The results of the study showed that the average score of posttest control group was 38.52 and the average score of posttest experimental class was 52.78. According to U-Mann Whitney test, Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) was 0.000 which meant that there was a difference in learning outcome between the control class and experimental class students on buffer solution material. The result of the calculation of effect size was 1.3, which meant REACT strategy provided a major influence on improving student learning outcome
