    This experiment aims to identify the effects of population sources and parent trees on the growth of Alstonia angustiloba of one year old. This experiment was arranged in randomized complete block design. The research used two factors, i.e. population sources (Carita-Banten, Pendopo-Muara Enim, Lubuk Linggau-Musi Rawas and Solok-West Sumatera), and parent trees (43 parent trees). In this experiment, parent trees factor was nested in the population sources. The result showed that population sources and parent trees significantly affected the parameters measured, i.e. height and stem diameter. Pendopo and Carita were the best two populations in terms of height (1,612 m and 1,597 m, respectively) and stem diameter (2,567 cm and 2,686 cm, respectively). The best ten parent trees for height were parent trees number 13 (1.884 m), 16 (1.808 m), 17 (1.773 m), 8 (1.688 m), 6 (1.684 m), 15 (1.682 m), 20 (1.677 m), 36 (1.652 m), 18 (1.652 m) and 14 (1.630 m). The best ten of parent trees for stem diameter were parent trees number 16 (3.171 cm), 7 (3.116 cm), 13 (3.105 cm), 8 (3.027 cm), 36 (3.022 cm), 27 (2.974 cm), 15 (2.925 cm), 30 (2.787 cm), 6 (2.766 cm) and 18 (2.757 cm)

    The aims of this study are to determine the influence of the economic literacy and socio-economic status of parents of students S1 consumption rationality FKIP Untan Economic Education. The Methode of the research using based on thedegree of naturalness is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The sample in this research are 81 students S1 Economic Education of FKIP Untan. The results showed that (1) partially is not significant between the economic literacy towards consumption rationality student, (2) partially a significant between the negative socio-economic status of parents of students rationality consumption, (3) simultaneously a significant between the economic literacy and socio-economic status of parents of students rationality consumption, (4) the percentage contribution of economic literacy of the influence and socio-economic status of parents of students rationality consumption amounted to 46.8%

    The problem in this research is the influence of students' motivation and background of socio-economic status of parents on the IPS learning outcomes economy class VIII student of SMP. This research was conducted at the District 1 Junior High School Lumar Bengkayang , using descriptive and quantitative approaches . Total population in this study were all eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Subdistrict Lumar Bengkayang numbering 70 students of the school year 2012/2013 , and the full study sample . Tools used for data collection are : Guidelines for the interview ; questionnaires and documentation . Based on the results of multiple regression statistical tests are positive and significant influence students' motivation and background of socio-economic status of parents on learning outcomes Economic IPS of students of class VIII SMP either simultaneously or partially with significance probabilities are all less than 0.05 ?

    This study aims to determine whether there is influence between the learning environment and socio-economic status of parents of student consumption behavior STI E ' Indonesia Pontianak . The method of approach used in this study is the quantitative approach . Her research is a form of association studies . Data collection techniques used are indirect communication techniques and the tools penelitiaan a documentary about the questionnaire , test questions and supporting documents . In the present study shows the influence of the learning environment and student consumption behavior by 0.413 or 4.13 % if compared with the r table at the 95 % significance level of 0.220 the count r greater than r table or 0.413 > 0.220 , there is influence between status socioeconomic consumption behaviors of parents of students at 0.561 or 5.16 % . When compared with the r table at the 95% significance level of 0.220 the count r greater than r table or 0.561 > 0.220 , while there is the influence of both the learning environment and socio-economic status of parents of students STIE consumption behavior ' Indonesia was at 0.629 with category strong . When compared with the r table at the 95% significance level of 0.220 the count r greater than r table or 0.629 > 0.22

    Penelitian ini dilakukan pada kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Bengkayang.Teknik pengumpul datanya adalah komunikasi tidak langsung dan dokumenter dengan menggunakan alat pengumpul data adalah angket dan dokumen dokumen dan teknik analisis data adalah menggunakan regresi sederhana dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah 1.Guru mata pelajaran ekonomi sudah memiliki kompetensi pedagogik dengan kategori baik; 2. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dengan uji t dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kemampuan pedagogik guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi.Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dengan uji t dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran. 4. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dengan uji t dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kemampuan pedagogik dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas X1 SMA Negeri 1 Bengkayang. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Pedagogik, Motivasi Kerja Guru dan Hasil Belajar Abstrack:This study was conducted in class XI SMA Negeri 1 Bengkayang.     The Effect of Protecting Lysine and Methionine with Condensed Tannin Added Into Total Mixed Ration on Efficiency of Microbial Protein Synthesis by Using an in Vitro Gas Production Approach

    An in vitro study investigating the effects of adding CT-protected Lysine (Lys) and Methionine (Met) on gas production and efficiency of microbial protein synthesis (EMPS) of total mixed ration (TMR) was conducted at Animal Nutrition Laboratory.  TMR were composed of concentrate and maize stover at 50:50 ratios in DM basis. The experiment used 4x4 factorial randomized design and 3 replications. The first factor  was level of Lys and Met (3 g Lys- 1 g Met; 5 g Lys- 1.67 g Met; 7 g Lys- 2.33 g Met; 9 g Lys- 3 g Met) and  the second factor  was level or percentage of  CT  (0%, 6%, 8% and 10%) of Lys and Met. Parameters measured were cumulative gas production recorded at 0, 2, 4, 8, 12, 16, 24, 36 and 48 h, DMD and OMD of residues, concentrations of NH3 and VFAs, and EMPS. The results showed that there was interaction effect between levels of Lys-Met and CT on cumulative gas production and b value, with treatment A1B3 (3g Lys + 1g Met) + 8% CT) being the lowest (106.2 ml 121.9 ml) and A4B1 (9g Lys + 3g Met) being the highest (121.9 ml and 136.8 ml). Increasing level of  Lys-Met alone significantly increased cumulative gas production, DMD, and ammonia-N, but did not increase c value, OMD , concentrations of acetic, propionic and butyric acids, total VFA, ratio of C2/C3, and EMPS. Increasing level of CT reduced cumulative gas production; b value, ammonia-N, C2, C3, C4, and total VFA, with 0% CT and 10% CT being associated with the highest and the lowest value of those parameters. The highest value of EMPS was found on treatment A1B4 (3g Lys + 1g Met+10% CT; 50.3 g N/kg DOM). It can be concluded that CT is able to protect Lys-Met from being fermented in the rumen, hence improving EMPS value. Keywords: lysine, methionine, CT, in vitro gas productio

    AbstractIndustrial Work Practices should provide sufficient provisions to prepare students to enter the business world and the industrial world. This effort was carried out in order to improve the quality of vocational high school graduates in creating education relevance to the demands of the workforce. This study uses a quantitative approach, the research method used is the relationship study method. The population in this study amounted to 98 people. The sample in this study amounted to 78 people. Collection techniques can be in the form of indirect communication techniques and documentary study techniques. Testing of the prerequisites used includes the Normality Test, Linearity Test, Multicollinearity test. Data Analysis The research used is Multiple Regression Analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that industrial work practices have an effect on the work readiness of students of the SMTI class XII Pontianak, work motivation of students can influence the work readiness of students of class XII SMTI Pontianak. industrial work practices and work motivation together (simultaneous) affect the work readiness of students of class XII of SMTI Pontianak. Keywords : Industrial Work Practices, Pontianak SMTI Vocational School, Work Motivation, Work Readiness.
