    Kendala Dalam Membangun Pemahaman Literasi Media Televisi dan Cara Mengatasinya (Studi Kasus di Kota Kupang)

    This research was motivated by the habit of Kupang middle school adolescents in watching television without the ability in media literacy. This research aimed to discover the problems faced in establishing the adolescents’ understanding of television literacy and the ways forward to overcome the issues. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study as a method. The results found five primary obstacles, namely the character of the parents and the teenagers in treating television literacy, the uneven distribution of media literacy socialization, the ineffective controlling function of KPID NTT, budget constraints, and broadcasting institutions. The solutions were NTT`s KPID collaborates with universities, schools, youth organizations, and creates critical media communities. The BP3A inserted relevant materials on media assistance and worked with the children's forum of Kupang City. AFB TV introduces the making process of television programs, and Kupang Christian Junior High School 1 invites NTT`s KPID to school.This research was motivated by the habit of junior high school teenagers in Kupang City on watching television without the media literacy ability.     Political Communication Practice of Cipayung Student Organization Kupang- NTT Province

    This study aimed to determine the practice of political communication carried out by the Cipayung student organization in the city of Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara Province. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques in this study were in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Interviews were conducted with five key informants who are representatives of five organizations. The results of the study show that the practice of political communication carried out by the Cipayung student organization in the city of Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara Province, is implied through rhetorical messages in the nuances of a Political campaign that aims to build mutual understanding/agreement which will be strengthened through formal talks in meetings/political assembly in order to produce certain political decisions/attitudes. A number of things took place during the use and development of political communication strategies practiced by the various student organizations in their capacity as pressure groups. The various aspects include the construction of political messages, the choice and use of political communication media, the implementation of the political communication function, the obstacles faced in political communication, and the adoption of Information and Communication Technology innovations in the implementation of political communication

    Hotel Kristal is the first hotel in Kota Kupang with the first 3-star standard. The increasing development of the hotel business made the owner of Kristal Hotel switch management to Swiss-Belhotel International. Changes in hotel management include the creation of a new corporate identity and require a promotion to be known, recognized and can be a reference when wanting to use hotel services, with a promotional strategy to promote a new corporate identity to the public through media relations. This study aims to find out what media relations are used in promotions and obstacles and solutions. The type of research used is qualitative research with descriptive methods. The data in this study were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation study techniques. The results of the study show that the press luncheon and press gathering are media relations activities which are one of the promotional strategies used in promoting the identity of Swiss-Belinn Kristal Kupang. In promoting a new corporate identity, the company encounters obstacles, namely the high-budget advertising budget, through this obstacle, the company can overcome it by utilizing the company's social media as a forum for promotion, without reducing relations with local media. It is hoped that through this research Swiss-Belinn Kristal Kupang Hotel can maintain its existence by expanding the reach of relations with the media, and can make identity as an asset to maintain and increase business value

    Pengaruh Tipe Make A Match terhadap Hasil Belajar PKn

    The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of cooperative learning model of the type about make a match on student learning outcomes V grade student of SD Negeri 1 Sidokerto Subdistrict of Bumiratu Nuban. The type of this research is experimental research. Design research used non equivalent control group design. The data collection technique by using test.Analysis data using independent sample t test with the program Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The results showed that there was significant influence on the implementation of cooperative learning model of the type about make a match of the learning outcomes of PKn at the fifth gradestudents of SD Negeri 1 Sidokerto, Bumiratu Nuban District.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match terhadap hasil belajar PKn siswa kelas V SD Negeri 1 Sidokerto Kecamatan Bumiratu Nuban. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian eksperimen. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu non equivalent control group design. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik tes. Analisis data menggunakan menggunakan independent sampel t-test dengan program Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match terhadap hasil belajar PKn siswa kelas V SD Negeri 1 Sidokerto Kecamatan Bumiratu Nuban.Kata kunci: make a match, hasil belajar

    MAKSIMALISASI FITUR APLIKASI KULIAH ONLINE BAGI MAHASISWA

    Abstrak Pandemi Covid – 19 yang masih terus berlangsung hingga kini membuat pertemuan secara online menjadi pilihan untuk berbagai aktifitas termasuk perkuliahan. Untuk mempermudah tatap maya maka beberapa aplikasi pun digunakan agar bisa memperlancar proses pembelajaran. Aplikasi online yang paling sering digunakan adalah Zoom, Google Meet dan E-Learning. Aplikasi – aplikasi ini juga digunakan oleh kedua mitra kegiatan PkM ini yakni mahasiswa baru prodi ilmu komunikasi dan prodi ilmu politik. Peserta yang terlibat dalam kegiatan ini berjumlah 30 orang yang berasal dari tujuh kelas semester satu pada kedua prodi diatas. Adapun materi yang disampaikan oleh para narasumber berfokus fitur – fitur yang paling sering dipakai mahasiswa saat kuliah online berlangsung, disertai dengan contoh menu dan tujuan penggunaannya. Para peserta yang terlibat diharapkan bisa memperoleh pengetahuan dan memanfaatkannya saat perkuliahan online. Para dosen tentunya akan terbantu jika teknis pemanfaatan fitur aplikasi bisa di kuasai oleh mahasiswa. Para peserta pun nantinya bisa menjadi katalisator teknis dalam kelas untuk membantu mahasiswa lain saat penggunaan aplikasi – aplikasi tersebut   Abstract The pandemic of Covid-19, which is still ongoing until now, has made online meetings become an option for various activities, including lectures. In order to facilitate virtual face-to-face, several applications were being used to facilitate the learning process. The most frequently online applications for lectures that have been applied are Zoom, Google Meet and E-Learning. These applications are also used by the two community dedication partners, namely new students from the communication science and the political science study programs. The participants involved in this activity were 30 people from seven first semester classes in the two study programs above. The materials presented by the speakers were focused on the features that most often used by the students when online lectures, completed by the examples of the menus and their intended use. The participants involved were expected to be able to gain knowledge and finally use it for the online lectures. The lecturers will certainly be helped if the technical use of application features can be mastered by students. The participants can later become technical catalysts in the classroom to help other students when using these applicatio

    ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi komunikasi pemasaran tentang citra merek BRIZZI sebagai uang elektronik PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk. Cabang Kupang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori marketing mix, yang memiliki 4 unsur P : Product, Price, Place dan Promotion. Informan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 6 orang yang terdiri dari Asisten Menejer Pemasaran Dana BRI Cabang Kupang, Relationship Manajer BRI Cabang Kupang, Costumer Service BRI Cabang Kupang, Konsumen yang menggunakan BRIZZI dan  masyarakat yang tidak menggunakan BRIZZI. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa PT. Bank Rakayat Indonesia, Tbk Cabang Kupang telah berupaya dalam memperkenalkan produk BRIZZI agar dapat dikenal oleh masyarakat Kota Kupang, dengan kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah menjadi sponshorship dalam turnamen Developmental Basketball League (DBL), program sosialisasi BRIZZI di instansi-instansi, bekerja sama dengan SPBU dan Pemerintah Kota Kupang, memuat iklan pada majalah, koran, radio, media sosial khususnya facebook dan instagram milik Bank BRI, dan mengedukasi masyarakat melalui media-media yang telah bekerja sama dengan Bank BRI Cabang Kupang. Penelitian ini juga menemukan faktor yang menghambat dalam pengenalan kartu BRIZZI kepada masyarakat Kota Kupang adalah kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang kegunaan dan fungsi dari BRIZZI dan juga BRIZZI tidak dilengkapi dengan PIN keamanan.   Kata Kunci : Komunikasi Pemasaran, BRIZZI, Branding, Brand Image   Implementation of Marketing Communication About BRIZZI Brand Image as Electronic Money PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk. Kupang Branch. This type of research is a qualitative study using qualitative descriptive methods. The theory used is the marketing mix theory, which has 4 elements of P: Product, Price, Place and Promotion. Informants in this study amounted to 6 people consisting of Assistant Manager of BRI Branch Fund Marketing, BRI Branch Relationship Manager BRI Branch, Customer Service BRI Branch Kupang, , Consumers who use BRIZZI and people who do not use BRIZZI. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk Kupang Branch has made an effort to introduce BRIZZI products to be known by the people of Kupang City, the activities carried out were to become sponsorships in the Developmental Basketball League (DBL) tournament, the BRIZZI socialization program in agencies, in collaboration with the SPBU and the Kupang City Government, placing advertisements on magazines, newspapers, radio, social media especially facebook and instagram owned by the Bank BRI, and educating the public through the media that has been working with BRI Bank Kupang Branch. This study also found that the inhibiting factor in the introduction of the BRIZZI card to the people of Kupang City was the lack of public knowledge about the use and function of BRIZZI and also that BRIZZI was not equipped with a security PIN.     Mathematics is a very important subject. Various schools show that the importance of mathematics lessons is not matched by students' absorption of the material, so that the results of learning mathematics for most students in Indonesia are not optimal, as happened at SMP Negeri 17 Kota Kupang. Limited facilities and infrastructure in schools have an impact on the learning process and student perceptions of the quality of service in schools, especially student perceptions on the service quality of mathematics teachers at SMP Negeri 17 Kota Kupang. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of perception factors, situational factors, and internal factors on the quality of education services by mathematics teachers at SMP Negeri 17 Kota Kupang. The population in this study were all 8th and 9th grade students at SMP Negeri 17 Kota Kupang, totaling 126 students. Number of samples in this study amounted to 56 students who were taken using a stratified random sampling technique. This research includes the type of associative research using a quantitative approach (positivistic). The research instrument used was a questionnaire with 25 statement items. Based on the data analysis of the results of the study, the perception factor (X1), situation factor (X2), factor in the object (X3) on the quality of teacher service (Y), shows an Adjusted R 2 (Adjusted R Square) value of 0.266 (26.6%) ) implies that the influence of perceiving factors (X1), situational factors (X2), factors in objects (X3) on the quality of teacher service (Y), is 26.6

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing terhadap hasil belajar fisika siswa MTs.N 3 Pondok Pinang, Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret-April 2008 yang bertempat di MTs.N 3 Pondok Pinang Jakarta Selatan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen yang sampelnya masing-masing 40 orang siswa baik untuk kelas ekperimen maupun kelas control Instrument yang digunakan adalah tes objektif dalam bentuk pilihan ganda, berdasarkan perhitungan menggunakan rumus uji-t terdapat pengaruh positif di penerapan pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing terhadap hasil belajar fisika siswa.
