    Strategie des interaktiven Lernens von Informatik im Netzumfeld

    Jedan od osnovnih zadataka u koncepciji promjena odgojno-obrazovnog sustava odnosi se na primjenu informacijskih tehnologija u odgojno-obrazovnom procesu. Međutim, nedostaje sustavno i metodoloÅ”ko utemeljenje strategije za institucionaliziranu primjenu interaktivnog učenja informatičke nastave. Stoga se u ovome radu donose smjernice za transformaciju tog važnog elementa u sklopu integralne strategije obrazovno-odgojnog sustava u BiH. Cilj provedenog istraživanja je analiza postojećeg stanja u provođenju informatičke pismenosti viÅ”ih razreda osnovnih Å”kola, te uloga računalnih mreža u ostvarivanju interaktivnog učenja informatike ā€“ kao raspoložive platforme u svim županijama (kantonima). Istraživanje je provedeno na cijelom području Bosne i Hercegovine i obuhvatilo je 4253 učenika iz 180 različitih razreda osnovnih Å”kola (od petoga do devetoga razreda). U empirijskom dijelu su metodom ispitivanja ā€“ anketiranjem nastavnika i učenika ā€“ prikupljeni relevantni podaci. U dijelu interpretacije rezultata istraživanja primijenjena je deskriptivna statistička analiza. S ciljem konvertiranja prikupljenih podataka iz informacije u znanje rabljen je data mining g proces primjene računalno utemeljene metodologije, uključujući nove tehnike za otkrivanje znanja (knowledge discovery). Postavljena hipoteza istraživanja, koja je donekle očekivana, na ovaj je način egzaktno potvrđena. Utvrđeno je da u okviru provođenja informatičke nastave broj učenika u odjeljenju koji rabe internet, e-mail, web i računalo za učenje utječe na broj učenika koji podržavaju uvođenje sustava za učenje na daljinu (UND). Može se zaključiti da će se primjenom strategije interaktivnog učenja u računalnim mrežama ostvariti brža primjena znanstvenih postignuća na području informacijsko-komunikacijskih tehnologija u obrazovno-odgojnom sustavu.One of the main tasks within the framework of changing the educational system relates to the application of information technologies in the educational process. However, there is a lack of systematic and methodological basis for a strategy of institutionalised application of the interactive learning of informatics. This paper therefore proposes guidelines for the transformation of this important element within the integral strategy of the educational system in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The aim of the conducted research is the analysis of the present situation in the application of information science literacy in higher grades of primary schools, as well as the analysis of computer networksā€™ role in providing the interactive learning of informatics, used as an existing basis in all counties (cantons). The research has been conducted across Bosnia and Herzegovina and it included 4,253 pupils from 180 different primary school grades (from 5th to 9th grade). The practical segment of the research was based on surveying ā€“ teachers and students were interviewed in order to collect relevant information. The analytical segment of the research was based on descriptive statistical analysis. In order to transform the collected information into knowledge, Data Mining method was used, a process of the application of computer based technology, including new knowledge discovery techniques. The proposed research hypothesis, which has been partly expected, has thus been confirmed in an exact way. Within the framework of teaching informatics, it has been confirmed that the number of pupils in one grade whose learning is aided by the Internet, e-mail, WEB and computers influences the number of students who support the introduction of UND. Finally, we can conclude that the implementation of interactive learning strategy in the computer networks will provide faster dissemination of scientific achievements in the area of ICT application within the educational system.Eine der grundlegenden Aufgaben in der Konzeption der VerƤnderungen des Erziehungs - und Bildungssystems bezieht sich auf die Anwendung der Informationstechnologie im Erziehungs-und Bildungsprozess. Es fehlt uns jedoch eine systematische und methodologische BegrĆ¼ndung der Strategie fĆ¼r die institutionalisierte Anwendung des interaktiven Lernens im Informatikunterricht. Deswegen werden in dieser Arbeit Richtlinien fĆ¼r die Transformation dieses wichtigen Elements im Rahmen einer integralen Strategie des Erziehungs-und Bildungssystems in Bosnien-Herzegowina gegeben. Die durchgefĆ¼hrte Untersuchung hatte zum Ziel, den gegenwƤrtigen Zustand in der Informatik-Alphabetisierung in den hƶheren Grundschulklassen sowie die Rolle von Computernetzen beim interaktiven Lernen von Informatik zu analysieren ā€“ als verfĆ¼gbarer Plattform in allen Kantonen. Die Untersuchung wurde auf dem gesamten Gebiet von Bosnien-Herzegowina durchgefĆ¼hrt und umfasste 4253 SchĆ¼ler aus 180 verschiedenen Grundschulklassen (von der fĆ¼nften bis zur neunten Klasse). Im empirischen Teil wurde die Befragungsmethode angewandt, indem SchĆ¼ler und Lehrer zwecks Sammlung relevanter Daten befragt wurden. Bei der Auswertung von Untersuchungsergebnissen wurde deskriptive statistische Analyse angewandt. Zwecks Konvertierung gesammelter Daten aus der Information zum Wissen wurde das data mining ā€“ Verfahren angewandt: Es handelt sich um einen Prozess der Anwendung computer-unterstĆ¼tzter Methodologie, einschlieƟlich neuer Techniken zur Entdeckung von Wissen (knowledge discovery). ErwartungsgemƤƟ wurde die Ausgangshypothese der Untersuchung auf diese Weise exakt bestƤtigt. Es wurde festgestellt, dass im Rahmen des Informatikunterrichts die Zahl von SchĆ¼lern, die in einzelnen Klassen beim Lernen das Internet, e-Mail, Web und den Computer benutzen, einen sehr starken Einfluss auf die Zahl von SchĆ¼lern hat, die die EinfĆ¼hrung von UND-Systemen unterstĆ¼tzen. Daraus kann geschlossen werden, dass durch die Anwendung von der Strategie des interaktiven Lernens in den Computernetzen eine schnellere Anwendung der wissenschaftlichen Errungenschaften auf dem ICT-Gebiet im Erziehungs-und Bildungssystem gewƤhrleistet wird
