Rapid Detection of Avian Eimeria Species Using Denaturing Gradient Gel Electrophoresis

    Get PDF
A denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE) assay was developed to rapidly discriminate species of avian Eimeria. Amplification by PCR of the small subunit ribosomal RNA gene (approximately 1,600 nucleotides) with Eimeria genus-specific primers followed by cloning and sequencing allowed us to carry out phylogenetic analyses and identify clone sequences to species level in most cases. Clones were subsequently used to amplify a smaller fragment (approximately 120 nucleotides) suitable for DGGE. The fragments were separated on denaturing gradient gel and bands with unique migration distances were mixed to obtain an identification ladder. The identification ladder and PCR products obtained from DNA extracted from fecal samples from several poultry farms were compared. Applying the DGGE method in this study allowed a rapid differentiation of Eimeria species present in fecal samples collected from poultry farms

A modern research for the Turkish ethnography

    Get PDF
The urgency of the problem under study is caused by the need to consider the achievements of field researchers of the XIXth century from the standpoint of modern science. The purpose of the article is to characterize the research method of the ethnographer and folklorist Nikolai Katanov (1862-1922). The historical-genetic method is the leading one to the study of this problem. The main results of the research consist in the systematization of the unrecognized intellectual heritage from N. Katanov to the end and its analysis in the context of contemporary Turkish studies. The article is of interest to the experts who are involved in Eurasian studies, the history of Russia, the history of Oriental studies, anthropology and ethnography of the Turkish people of Central Asia.peer-reviewe

Simulation of total brain ischemia in rats

    Get PDF
This paper deals with the study of the dependence of psycho neurological deficit in rats on the severity of brain damage, conducted on the four-vascular models of total cerebral ischemia. The obtained results demonstrate a tendency to deterioration of neuropsychiatric status of the animals with increasing severity of ischemic brain damage that allows suggesting the severity of ischemic brain damage and its correction by the degree of behavioral disorder

The article presents the main stages and directions of East education and science establishment and development in Kazan during the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. They showed the role of the Kazan Gymnasium in the environment development for the training of experts in Eastern languages and their relevance in the academic environment of Russia during the 18th - 19th centuries. An important reason for the authority of the Kazan school on Oriental studies was the attention to the classical component and the priority of Oriental language practical study. The activities of the First Kazan Men's Gymnasium, opened in 1758, became the most important for the training of oriental personnel for the needs of the Ministry of Education, the Asian Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other Russian educational and scientific centers of the empire. The origins of Russian oriental studies were represented by the educational programs of the First Kazan Gymnasium associated with the Eastern languages, which became the basis for the research and humanistic traditions of Russian Oriental studies.peer-reviewe

Thymosin β4 as basis for creation of a reparation preparation of new generation

    Get PDF
On the basis of its multipurpose activities during regeneration of fabrics in various experiments on animals, Thymosin β4 has the potential for new researches, in kidneys and a liver, and also recovery of a spinal cord, bones and injury of ligaments. Besides, it can be useful in case of treatment of a wide range of other diseases, including concerning consequences of old bacterial damages and viral infection

Vermicompost effect on the trace elements distribution in the luvic chernozem of the Krasnoyarsk forest-steppe

    Get PDF
n the field experiment (2016-2018) in the conditions of the Krasnoyarsk forest-steppe the number of trace elements mobile forms were determined and the effect of soil organic matter and increasing doses of vermicompost on their distribution in luvic chernozem was studied. It is established that the studied vermicompost does not pollute the soil, which allows its widespread use in agriculture. The correlation and regression analysis obtained linear regression equations that reflect the relationship of the chemical element and organic matter in the soil after using increasing doses of vermicompost adequately. Elements with positive correlation and high significance level include Mn, Cu, Co and Zn

Neuroprotective effects of the novel ethylthiadiazole derivatives (LHT 4-15) in male rats

    Get PDF
The study was performed on male rats of the Wistar line. The animals were simulated with total cerebral ischemia with preliminary administration of LHT 4-15 compounds in doses of 25 and 50 mg/kg for 60 min. The data obtained from the neurological deficit and in the behavioral tests of the experimental groups confirm the theory of the presence of ethylthiadiazole derivatives under the LHT code 4–15 neuroprotective properti

Correction of adma-induced preeclampsia with the use of phosphodiesterase 5 and selective inhibitor of arginase II ZB49-0010

    Get PDF
Simulation experimental ADMA-like preeclampsia was carried out by administering the rats with L-NAME during 14-20 days of pregnancy. In animals, there was an increase in blood pressure, proteinuria, impaired microcirculation in the placenta, the violation of the regulation of vascular tone and destructive changes in the ischemic placenta. The use of phosphodiesterase 5 and selective inhibitor of arginase II ZB49-0010 leads to the expression of morphological and functional correction of violations occurring in modeling of experimental preeclampsi
