Crystalloscopic analysis in detection of saliva metabolome specialties in elderly people
The purpose of this study was to assess the features of saliva crystallization in middle-aged and elderly people. The study included middle-aged (45-60 years old; n=63) and elderly (over 60 years old; n=78) men who signed an informed consent to participate. Crystalloscopic analysis of saliva in order to characterize the metabolic characteristics of the body and the composition of biological fluids. The intrinsic crystallization of mixed saliva was studied using the method of classical crystalloscopy. The structure index, crystallizability, facia destruction degree and the clearity of the marginal protein zone were determined. Each of the parameters was expressed on a 5-point scale. In general, the study made it possible to establish the presence of shifts in the crystallogenic properties of mixed saliva in the older age group (over 60 years old) relative to middle-aged people. Thus, the features of the crystalloscopic picture of biological fluid in elderly subjects included a decrease in the total crystallogenic potential of biological fluid, which was manifested in a decrease in crystallizability and the structural index of dehydrated saliva facies. In addition, the involutive shifts of the crystallograms were represented by an increase in the degree of destruction of facies and the expansion of the marginal zone of micropreparations. The revealed transformations of the crystallogenic properties of the biological medium allow us to speak about age-dependent characteristics of the component composition and physico-chemical parameters of saliva and, therefore, indirectly describe the involutive changes in the metabolome of this biological fluid

The culture of stromal stem cells was incubated under constant and dynamic conditions. The incubation period was lasting 48 h. Intracellular enzyme activity of stromal stem cells were carried out with cytochemical methods. The paper presents the results of the Osteoarthritis (OA) Expert Council held on September 8, 2019, which was attended by Russian and foreign specialists. The experts considered pharmacological treatment options for OA. The expert meeting resolution states that the treatment of patients with OA should be based on an individual assessment of the patient and on a modern evidence base of therapy efficacy.Treatment of patients with OA is based on the principles of evidence-based medicine that requires an integrated approach and the need of SYSADOAs prescription. Combined drugs with therapeutic dosages of chondroitin sulfate and glucosamine in the early stages of the disease are available as basic agents. The place of paracetamol in the anesthetic therapy algorithm in OA needs to be clarified. Cell technologies in the treatment of rheumatic diseases
Rheumatic diseases are caused by chronic autoimmune processes that require long-term therapy, which leads to the formation of resistance to the drugs used. The search for new approaches to their treatment in recent years has been enriched with the use of cell therapy methods. They are considered in this review of the literature and include the transplantation of hematopoietic stem cells, mesenchymal stem (stromal) cells, the induction or administration of T-regulatory cells, tolerogenic dendritic cells. The paper discusses methods of obtaining cell products, their safety and clinical use in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus, systemic sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, and other rheumatic diseases, and treatment complications. Based on the analysis, the authors give the comparative characteristics of various types of tolerogenic cell therapy for rheumatic diseases and point out their advantages, disadvantages, and the specific features of clinical application

Character of free and 0,9% sodium chloride solution initiated crystals yielding in saliva and blood serum of the 14 thermo-inhalation traumatized patients was studied. Spectrometric characteristics of the biofluids newgenied crystals at the 300-400 nm wave-lengths were estimated. Results of clinic-morphological studies of sclera after surgical diathermy (experimental study)
The inflammatory-reparative reactions of sclera after different injury were studied. In animals of the 1st group carried out conjunctivotomy and surgical diathermy. In animals of the 2nd group carried out conjunctivotomy. Biomicroscopy, histologic and morphometrical studies were carried out. The results demonstrate surgical diathermy of sclera leads to intensification of local inflammatory reaction and is a risk factor of excessive regeneration in glaucoma filtration surgery
