This article aims to present school inclusion and assistive technology to assist in special education and even at home. This study was compiled through literature review, investigations from literature analysis and evidence from educational experts who reported how difficult it is to use a mixed system to propose activities to students with certain disabilities, but they are proposed activities that used websites. that will help with daily tasks. Assistive technologies are tools that support the student, so the teacher needs to be prepared to use this technology in the classroom and make the school accessible, so it is important to invest in teacher training. As well as the use of assistive technology, schools promoted accessibility for students with special needs in classrooms, so it was important to promote inclusion in schools.Este artigo tem como objetivo apresentar a inclusão escolar e a tecnologia assistivas para auxiliar na educação especial e até mesmo em casa. Este estudo foi compilado por meio de revisão de literatura, investigações a partir de análise de literatura e evidências de especialistas educacionais que relataram o quão difícil é usar um sistema misto para propor atividades a alunos com determinadas deficiências, mas são propostas a eles atividades que utilizaram sites que vai ajudar nas tarefas diárias. As tecnologias assistivas são ferramentas que dão suporte ao aluno, por isso o professor precisa estar preparado para utilizar essa tecnologia em sala de aula e tornar a escola acessível, por isso é importante investir na formação docente. A formação do Professor de Geografia na modalidade de educação aberta e a distância

O Sistema Universidade Aberta do Brasil é integrado por universidades públicas que tem por objetivo oferecer cursos de nível superior por meio da Educação Aberta e a Distância. O presente artigo tem por objetivo tecer algumas considerações sobre os desafios da EAD no ensino da Geografia da UAB/UNIMONTES. Entrevistamos os professores que atuam no curso de Geografia nessa modalidade de ensino. Constatamos que as dificuldades encontradas pela maioria dos profissionais estão relacionadas ao processo de construção de uma nova modalidade de ensino. Educação Física escolar e multimídias: novos contextos de implementação da BNCC

This article presents a theoretical discussion, from bibliographical of excerpts, which addresses the problematization of Physical Education (PE) content, along with the Common National Curriculum Base, in the virtual learning environment using technological resources on the platform digital, while emphasizing the scenario of social confinement. The objective is to present cutout methods, as a reference for a systematized planning for Physical Education classes, based on bibliographic research on the methodological approach of participant observation and the didactic guidelines of the Federal Council of Physical Education. The study of this research covers the possibilities of interaction with teaching tools in the context of multiple learning, cooperation of family members and colleagues in activities, objectives of Physical Education in remote learning in the BNCC proposal, government actions in social confinement in distance learning (EAD), profile of the digital student at BNCC, the importance of the contribution of the didactic sequence in Physical Education and the results and discussions of LDB in physical education. The conclusion that teachings on digital platforms encompass strategic resources, in order to guarantee qualitative teaching, BNCC includede in the scope of basic training a great focus on technology, considering the growing need to train citizens with digital literacy, in the content of Physical Education.Este artigo apresenta uma discussão teórica, de recortes bibliográficas, que aborda a problematização dos conteúdos da Educação Física (EF), junto com a base nacional comum curricular (BNCC), no ambiente virtual de aprendizagem (AVA) com uso de recursos tecnológicos na plataforma digital, ao mesmo tempo enfatizando o cenário de confinamento social. O objetivo, é apresentar métodos   de recortes, como referência para o um planejamento sistematizado para as aulas de Educação Física, tendo como base as pesquisas recortes bibliográficas da abordagem metodológica da observação participantes e as orientações didáticas do Conselho Federal de Educação Física (CONFEF). O estudo dessa pesquisa abranger as possibilidades de interação com as ferramentas de ensino em âmbito de múltiplas aprendizagens, cooperação dos familiares e dos colegas nas atividades, objetivos da Educação Física no ensino remoto na proposta da BNCC, ações governamentais no confinamento social no ensino a distância (EAD), perfil do aluno digital na (BNCC), a importância da contribuição da sequência didática na Educação Física e os resultados e discussões da (LDB) na Educação Física. A conclusão que os ensinamentos nas plataformas digitais abrangem recursos estratégicos, de forma que garantir um ensino qualitativo, a BNCC incluiu no escopo da formação básica um grande enfoque em tecnologia, considerando a necessidade cada vez maior de formar cidadãos com letramento digital no conteúdo da Educação Física

Conectivismo e os desafios da formação docente na era digital

This article aims to question and highlight significant aspects of the definition of the teaching role and its requirements for the education of citizens in the digital age, as well as to contextualize learning and the development of skills and abilities from a connectivist perspective. For this analysis, the bibliographic method, material survey and up-to-date research on the subject were used. We found that the most significant obstacles are more related to the requirements of continuing education, development and application of technologies in the classroom, due to the profile of students from a digital and connected society, as well as the scarcity of technological resources of institutions and the school community . For the real implementation of a connectivist model, we need structural and organizational changes in order to adapt to the information and knowledge society.O presente artigo objetiva questionar e destacar aspectos significativos de definição da função docente e suas exigências para a formação do cidadão da era digital, bem como realizar uma contextualização da aprendizagem e desenvolvimento de competências e habilidades partindo de uma perspectiva conectivista. Para essa análise foi utilizado o método bibliográfico, levantamento  de material e pesquisas atualizadas sobre o tema. Constatamos que os obstáculos mais significativos estão mais relacionados  às exigências de formação continuada, desenvolvimento e aplicação de tecnologias em sala de aula, devido ao perfil dos educandos oriundos de uma sociedade digital e conectada, como para a escassez de recursos tecnológicos das instituições e comunidade escolar . Práticas artísticas no ensino básico e secundário

Antioxidant activity, ascorbic acid and total phenol of exotic fruits occurring in Brazil

The antioxidant activity, ascorbic acid and phenolic content were studied in 10 exotic fruits from Brazil: abiu, acerola, wax jambu, cashew, mamey sapote, carambola or star fruit, Surinam cherry, longan, sapodilla and jaboticaba. The ascorbic acid was determined by 2,6-dichloroindophenol titrimetic methods and total phenols were measured colorimetrically using the Folin-Ciocalteu reagent. The antioxidant activity was investigated with three different methods: hypochlorous acid scavenging activity, 2,2-azinobis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) radical cation decolorization assay, and 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl radical scavenging method. The highest content of vitamin C (1,525.00 mg/100 g pulp) occurred in acerola. The total phenol content was higher in abiu, acerola, Surinam cherry and sapodilla. In relation to antioxidant activity, acerola has showed the great values in all three different methods tested. It was found that the fruits have a significant antioxidant effect when tested by each method, respectively, and these antioxidant capacities are promising. O objetivo foi a formação continuada dos professores através de cursos de especialização, em nível de pós-graduação, na modalidade a distância e com encontros presenciais. Os cursos estiveram voltados para educadores do Ensino Fundamental II e Ensino Médio, que pertencem ao quadro do Magistério da Seesp: supervisores, diretores, professores-coordenadores, professores. O projeto previu o envolvimento da equipe escolar como um todo e a finalidade foi contribuir na melhoria da aprendizagem dos alunos da rede pública estadual. Protein disulfide isomerase-mediated transcriptional upregulation of Nox1 contributes to vascular dysfunction in hypertension

Nox1 signaling is a causal key element in arterial hypertension. Recently, we identified protein disulfide isomerase A1 (PDI) as a novel regulatory protein that regulates Nox1 signaling in VSMCs. Spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) have increased levels of PDI in mesenteric resistance arteries compared with Wistar controls; however, its consequences remain unclear. Herein, we investigated the role of PDI in mediating Nox1 transcriptional upregulation and its effects on vascular dysfunction in hypertension. We demonstrate that PDI contributes to the development of hypertension via enhanced transcriptional upregulation of Nox1 in vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs). We show for the first time that PDI sulfenylation by hydrogen peroxide contributes to EGFR activation in hypertension via increased shedding of epidermal growth factor-like ligands. PDI also increases intracellular calcium levels, and contractile responses induced by ANG II. PDI silencing or pharmacological inhibition in VSMCs significantly decreases EGFR activation and Nox1 transcription. Overexpression of PDI in VSMCs enhances ANG II-induced EGFR activation and ATF1 translocation to the nucleus. Mechanistically, PDI increases ATF1-induced Nox1 transcription and enhances the contractile responses to ANG II. Herein we show that ATF1 binding to Nox1 transcription putative regulatory regions is augmented by PDI. Altogether, we provide evidence that HB-EGF in SHR resistance vessels promotes the nuclear translocation of ATF1, under the control of PDI, and thereby induces Nox1 gene expression and increases vascular reactivity. Thus, PDI acts as a thiol redox-dependent enhancer of vascular dysfunction in hypertension and could represent a novel therapeutic target for the treatment of this disease
