Detecting cells with low RNA content colonizing artworks non-invasively: RNA-FISH

Various non-invasive RNA-FISH methodologies were tested in this work. AS MARCAS HETERONORMATIVAS DA FESTA DE SÃO JOÃO:: UMA ANÁLISE AUTOETNOGRÁFICA

Este artigo analisou os aspectos heteronormativos presentes nas festas de São João, a partir denarrativas autoetnográficas desenvolvidas através de memórias, sensações, sentimentos, elaborações à luz de teorias da cosmosensação, vistas em autoras africanas como Oyèrónké Oyěwùmí e Sobonfu Somé, além de tratar a autoetnografia como um método de pesquisa antropológica já validadas emautores como Walter Goldschmidt, e Silvio Matheus Alves Santos. Também, ao narrar as minhas experiências como um corpo homossexual em construção sofrendo as dores do maior festejo junino do Nordeste brasileiro, me utilizei da teoria de performatividade em Judith Butler, e fiz um percurso autoetnográfico trazendo para o centro das minhas discussões as marcas da heteronormatividade do São João na minha construção como pessoa da infância até o presente momento, explorando algumas teorias, mas, ainda mais sensações, sentimentos e escrituras sobre mim, as quais fizeram-medesenvolver a minha subjetividade de homem homossexual no mundo

Dilemas na construção de escalas Tipo Likert: o número de itens e a disposição influenciam nos resultados?

No presente estudo, inicialmente buscou-se avaliar a influência do número de itens na escala tipo Likert e o efeito da disposição da escala nos resultados de uma mensuração. Juntamente, avaliou-se qual a escala preferida pelos respondentes quanto à facilidade, velocidade e precisão de resposta. Para isto, foram construídos quatro questionários, todos com as mesmas questões, mas com escalas distintas. Os três primeiros questionários apresentavam respectivamente escala tipo Likert de três, cinco e sete pontos. O quarto questionário apresentava a escala tipo Likert de cinco pontos, mas com a disposição invertida. Foram entrevistadas 211 pessoas, as quais responderam a questionários de maneira subseqüente. Os resultados revelaram que a escala de três pontos é menos confiável e tem menor capacidade de demonstrar com precisão a opinião do entrevistado, mas foi considerada a escala mais fácil e veloz. A escala de cinco pontos teve, em média, a mesma precisão e mostrou-se mais fácil e mais rápida que a escala de sete pontos. Portanto, para este estudo a escala que se mostrou mais adequada foi a de cinco pontos. A inversão do formato da escala mostrou que alguns entrevistados mudaram de posição, apesar do efeito médio não ser significativo. Por fim, os resultados suportam algumas reflexões relevantes no processo de construção de escalas tipo Likert

Detecting cells with low RNA content colonizing artworks non-invasively: RNA-FISH.

Detection and identification of the microorganisms involved in biodeterioration of cultural heritage materials is vital. Since some artworks have an incalculable value, the use of nondestructive sampling methods is preferred. In this study, the possibility of using RNA-FISH technique for detecting microbial cells with low RNA content, isolated from biodegraded cultural heritage materials, was investigated. So, the possibility of the RNA-FISH protocol implementation as a noninvasive approach was studied. Wood and stone slabs artificially inoculated with yeast and bacteria cells were prepared and different sampling methods were applied to evaluate their performance regarding: i) the number of cells extracted and ii) the signals obtained by the RNA-FISH technique. Autômatos Finitos com Saída: Um Ambiente de Criação e Manipulação das Máquinas de Moore e Mealy no AFLAB

O presente artigo apresenta uma pesquisa sobre autômatos finitos comsaída, máquinas de Mealy e Moore com sua respectiva implementação no AFLAB.Pelo fato do AFLAB não possuir os módulos de Mealy e Moore foramdesenvolvidos, neste trabalho, os presentes módulos, que permitem utilizarautômatos finitos determinísticos e transformá-los em um autômato finito comsaída, para simulação de saídas em Textos, Imagens ou Sons, por meio de umasentença válida. Como resultado, obteve-se uma versão do AFLAB com essasmáquinas, onde a partir de um autômato finito determinístico consegue-se simulara saída na forma escolhida

Fungicides alternatives for pre-flowering linseed

This work aims to reveal control alternatives for foliar diseases through different anti-fungal molecules applied in pre-flowering in the linseed crop. The experiment took place in the experimental area of Escola Fazenda, Universidade Regional do Noroeste do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul - UNIJUÍ, located in the municipality of Augusto Pestana – RS. The experimental design used randomized blocks, with ten fungicide treatments in foliar application and three replications, totaling 30 experimental units. In the useful area of ​​each experimental unit, the following characteristics were measured: plant height, plants per square meter, number of grains per plant, weight of grains per plant, grain yield, normalized green red difference index, green leaf index, spectral saturation index. The active ingredient Pyraclostrobin + Fluxapyroxad can contribute favorably to the maintenance of floral units, capsules and grains per plant. The correct positioning of the use of the molecule is decisive and requires further studies in linseed culture.Molecule rotation in the control of fungal diseases is essential to ensure sustainability and avoid the tolerance of pathogens to fungicides. Evidencing managements that promote greater efficiency in the control can contribute to increase the efficiency in the control of diseases.This work aims to reveal control alternatives for foliar diseases through different anti-fungal molecules applied in pre-flowering in the linseed crop. Afterwards, analysis of variance was carried out at 5% probability, with the significant variables, Tukey's test of multiple comparison of means was applied at the level of 5% of probability. In order to identify the tendency of association between the characters, Pearson's linear correlation was determined at 5% probability by t test. The active ingredient Pyraclostrobin + Fluxapyroxad can contribute favorably to the maintenance of floral units, capsules and grains per plant. ANÁLISE SOB A ÓTICA DA NEI/ECT DAS ESTRUTURAS DE GOVERNANÇA NA CADEIA PRODUTIVA DA OVINOCAPRINOCULTURA NO DISTRITO FEDERAL

A cadeia produtiva da ovinocaprinocultura vem passando por transformações em suas estruturas de governança e ainda é considerada uma cadeia relativamente desorganizada no setor agropecuário. As formas de governança adotadas nas transações dos produtores de ovinos e caprinos vêm sendo foco de estudiosos desse setor. Para identificar quais são os problemas de coordenação enfrentados nessa cadeia foi feito um estudo de caso com o a Associação dos Criadores de Caprinos e Ovinos de Brasília (ACCOB) e da SINCCO (Sindicato dos Criadores de Caprinos e Ovinos do Distrito Federal). A NEI/ECT dá um suporte bastante pragmático para analisar as formas de governança que dominam as transações entre os agentes das cadeias produtivas; no caso da ovinocaprinocultura constatou-se que as transações da associação pesquisada assumem uma forma mista de governança. A atual falta de organização entre os produtores e a adequação de uma aliança estratégica horizontal adotada pela Associação sugere que essa forma de governança ou formas similares possam representar o futuro do setor, contribuindo para que a assimetria de informação e o oportunismo que tanto é evidente diminuam.--------------------------The productive chain of the lamb and goat comes passing for transformations in its structures of governance and still a chain relatively disorganized in the farming sector is considered. The adopted forms of governance in the transactions of the producers of lamb and goat come being focus of studious of this sector. To identify which they are the faced problems of coordination in this chain was made a study of case with the Association of the Lamb and Goat of Brasilia (ACCOB) and of the SINCCO (Union of the Lamb and Goat Creators of the Distrito Federal). The NEI/ECT gives a sufficiently pragmatic support to analyze the forms of governance that dominate the transactions between the agents of the productive chains, in the case of the chain of lamb and goat evidenced that the transactions of the searched association assume a mixing form of governance.
