Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh permasalahan pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris di MI Irsyadut Tholibin, Rejotangan Tulungagung. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal permasalahan tersebut disebabkan oleh penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang kurang bervariatif bagi peserta didik, sehingga peserta didik menjadi lebih cepat bosan dan kurang aktif selama proses pembelajaran. Tentu saja hal tersebut menyebabkan hasil belajar peserta didik yang rendah.
Rumusan masalah dalam penulisan skripsi ini adalah: 1) Bagaimana penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Make A Match yang dikembangkan dengan media Flash Card pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris pokok bahasan Shapes Kelas V MI Irsyadut Tholibin, Rejotangan Tulungagung? 2) Bagaimana peningkatan keaktifan pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris materi Shapes melalui penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Make A Match yang dikembangkan dengan media Flash Card pada peserta didik Kelas V MI Irsyadut Tholibin, Rejotangan Tulungagung? 3) Bagaimana peningkatan hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris materi Shapes melalui penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Make A Match yang dikembangkan dengan media Flash Card pada peserta didik Kelas V MI Irsyadut Tholibin, Rejotangan Tulungagung?
Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) sebanyak dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Adapun teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan tes, wawancara, observasi, catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Tes digunakan untuk menggali data tentang hasil belajar peserta didik. Sedangkan observasi, wawancara, dan catatan lapangan digunakan untuk menggali data tentang proses pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris, respon peserta didik, keadaan peserta didik dan guru serta keaktifan peserta didik. Analisis data yang digunakan mencakup reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Akhirnya dalam refleksi I dan II data yang terkumpul dianalisis untuk mengetahui apakah indikator yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya sudah dipenuhi apa tidak.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Make A Match yang dikembangkan dengan media Flash Card dengan langkah-langkahnya dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar peserta didik. Keaktifan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris meningkat dari Siklus I ke Siklus II yaitu pada Siklus I keaktifan peserta didik mencapai taraf keberhasilan 80% dengan kriteria baik dan pada Siklus II keaktifan peserta didik mencapai taraf keberhasilan 95% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Sedangkan hasil belajar Bahasa Inggris peserta didik meningkatkan, yaitu pada Pre Test rata-rata peserta didik yaitu 44,37 dengan ketuntasan belajar 4,17%, meningkat pada Siklus I rata- rata peserta didik 74,37 dengan ketuntasan belajar pada Siklus I 70,83%. Hasil belajar peserta didik meningkat pada Siklus II yaitu dengan rata-rata 96 dengan ketuntasan belajar 100%. Dari data tersebut terlihat bahwa penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Make A Match dengan media Flash Card dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Bahasa Inggris peserta didik Kelas V MI Irsyadut Tholibin, Tugu Rejotangan Tulungagung
Associations with health-related quality of life after intracerebral haemorrhage: pooled analysis of INTERACT studies
Background and purpose Limited data exist on health-related quality of life (HRQoL) after intracerebral haemorrhage (ICH). We aimed to determine baseline factors associated with HRQoL among participants of the pilot and main phases of the Intensive Blood Pressure Reduction in Acute Cerebral Haemorrhage Trials (INTERACT 1 and 2). Methods The INTERACT studies were randomised controlled trials of early intensive blood pressure (BP) lowering in patients with ICH (<6hours) and elevated systolic BP (150-220mmHg). HRQoL was determined using the European Quality of Life Scale (EQ-5D) at 90days, completed by patients or proxy responders. Binary logistic regression analyses were performed to identify factors associated with poor overall HRQoL. Results 2756 patients were included. Demographic, clinical and radiological factors associated with lower EQ-5D utility score were age, randomisation outside of China, antithrombotic use, high baseline National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score, larger ICH, presence of intraventricular extension and use of proxy responders. High (14) NIHSS score, larger ICH and proxy responders were associated with low scores in all five dimensions of the EQ-5D. The NIHSS score had a strong association with poor HRQoL (p<0.001). Female gender and antithrombotic use were associated with decreased scores in dimensions of pain/discomfort and usual activity, respectively. Conclusions Poor HRQoL was associated with age, comorbidities, proxy source of assessment, clinical severity and ICH characteristics. The strongest association was with initial clinical severity defined by high NIHSS score. Life expectancy (LE) depends on the wider determinants of health, many of which have gendered effects worldwide. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate whether gender equality was associated with LE for women and men and the gender gap in LE across the globe. Gender equality in 156 countries was estimated using a modified global gender gap index (mGGGI), based on the index developed by the World Economic Forum between 2010 and 2021. Linear regression was used to investigate the association between the mGGGI and its economic, political, and education subindices and the gender gap in LE and women and men’s LE. Overall, the mGGGI increased from 58% in 2010 to 62% in 2021. Globally, changes in the mGGGI and its economic and political subindexes were not associated with changes in the gender gap in LE or with LE for women and men between 2010 and 2020. Improvements in gender equality in education were associated with a longer LE for women and men and widening of the gender gap in LE. In 2021, each 10% increase in the mGGGI was associated with a 4.3-month increase in women’s LE and a 3.5-month increase in men’s LE, and thus with an 8-month wider gender gap. However, the direction and magnitude of these associations varied between regions. Each 10% increase in the mGGGI was associated with a 6-month narrower gender gap in high-income countries, and a 13- and 16-month wider gender gap in South and Southeast Asia and Oceania, and in Sub-Saharan Africa, respectively. Globally, greater gender equality is associated with longer LE for both women and men and a widening of the gender gap in LE. The variation in this association across world regions suggests that gender equality may change as countries progress towards socioeconomic development and gender equality.</div
