Projects of university extension in arts at UERGS

O presente artigo trata dos cursos de extensão oferecidos pela Universidade Estadual do Rio Grande do Sul – UERGS, em seu convênio com a Fundação Municipal de Artes de Montenegro – FUNDARTE, nas áreas de artes visuais, dança, música e teatro. Enfoca principalmente o projeto Rede de Mediadores, ligado à Galeria de Arte Loide Schwambach da FUNDARTE, que tem como pressuposto elaborar e realizar ações educativas que instiguem e orientem o conhecimento e a apreciação da produção artística contemporânea. É um relato sucinto do que é feito na Unidade de Montenegro, através do convênio UERGS/FUNDARTE, no sentido de oportunizar o contato entre a produção acadêmica e artística e a comunidade onde está inserida.This paper deals with the courses of extension offered by the State University of Rio Grande do Sul – UERGS - in its accord with the Municipal Foundation of Arts of Montenegro – FUNDARTE - in the areas of visual arts, dance, music and theater. It focuses specially the project Mediators Net of the Loide Schwambach of FUNDARTE Art Gallery, which has as assumption to elaborate and to carry out educative actions that instigate and guide the knowledge and the appreciation of the contemporary production. It is a brief report of what is made in this university in order to link the academy with the community where it is inserted
