    Tofu factory in the district Dendang factory on an industrial scale is generally managed the household. In one day this factory uses raw materials such as soybeans (Grylin Spp) of 50 kg and the results obtained only marketed around the District Dendang. The volume of waste generated over 2.25 to 5 m³ / day. Mr. Ahmad Yamin's tofu factory is one of the largest factories in the district Dendang, Tanjung Jabung Timur has characteristics of pH wastewater, TSS, NH3-N, BOD, COD, NO3, NO2, sequence 5, 34, 329 mg / l, 03:49 mg / l, 581 mg / l, 1228 mg / l, 1.3629 mg / l, 1.3771 mg / l. Some wastewater parameters have been tested exceed the quality standards appropriate to KEPMENLH NO 51, 1995. Generally, the wastewater can pollute the environment out either physically, chemically and biologically. It is necessary to develop wastewater treatment technologies that are simple, low cost, easy operation and has a high processing efficiency of pollutants. One alternative biofilter wastewater using anaerobic aerobic reactor is developed with the principles of microbial growth and attached to the filter media and form a layer biofilm. Therefore we need a domestic sewerage system that carried by by pipeline form the tank to the building septic processing (small bore sewer).     This research was conducted at PT. Wahana Meta Riau, Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence, work experience and job placement on organizational commitment. The study population was 75 employees and is set with models census. Research variables used are the competencies, work experience and job placement as independent variables and organizational commitment as dependent variable. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis aided by SPSS version 21.The results of this study concluded that the variable competence, work experience, and job placement positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. In terms of competence, the company should improve the competence of employees through technical training related to the field of the employee's duties. Work experience can be enhanced by the company's employees through the implementation of tasks in accordance with the ability of employees so that employees will increasingly gain work experience. In the variable job placement for the implementation is effective and appropriate, where the company should have to look at the educational background, skills suitability, suitability of the attitude of the employees. Regarding the commitment needs to be improved is the attention of the employees of the various problems faced by the company, so that organizational goals can be achieved

    This study aims to analyze the effect of partial and simultaneous variables job satisfaction and organizational commitment on the turnover intention of employees of PT. Ganda Buanindo. The study was conducted January 12, 2014 until July 22, 2014. In this study consists of three variables: the dependent variable and two independent variables. These variables are Turnover Intention (Y), Job Satisfaction (X1) Organizational Commitment (X2). The study was conducted using a sample of 96 people. Research using census techniques by giving questionnaires to the respondents. In terms of data analysis, research using qualitative methods and quantitative methods with SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 20.0.Unknown variables of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on turnover intention of employees of PT. Ganda Buanindo simultaneously and negative partially. Variables are the dominant influence on the turnover intention of employees of PT. Ganda Buanindo is job satisfaction. Thus it can be interpreted that the variable job satisfaction and organizational commitment negatively affect employee turnover intention at PT. Ganda Buanindo. So by increasing job satisfaction and organizational commitment of the employees are able to reduce the level of employee turnover intention at PT.     This research aimed to analysze Brand Image and Product Quality to Brand Love and Branf Loyalty Honda Jazz users in Pekanbaru City. The object of this research was Honda Jazz users in Pekanbaru City. This research consists of four variables: two dependent variable and two independent variables. They are Brand Loyalty (Y2), Brand Love (Y1), Product Quality (X2), and Brand Image (X1). This research was conducted using a sample of 170 people. This research used purposive sampling, based on respondents who have Honda Jazz as personal car, aged 15 years and over. Data are taken by giving respondents structural questionaires. In terms of data analysis, this research used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS version 22. Based on the hypothesis test conducted, research shows that Brand Image has significant and positive effect toward Brand Love, Product Quality has significant and positive effect toward Brand Love. Brand Image has significant and positive effect toward Brand Loyalty, Product Quality has significant and positive effect toward Brand Loyalty and Brand Love has significant and positive effect toward Brand Loyalty

    This study aims to look at consumer attitudes on advertising creativity , attractiveness and quality advertising product advertising messages on brand mobile phone Iphone 5 in the city of Pekanbaru . Population in this research is that people wear and never watch brand mobile ad Iphone 4s in Pekanbaru . While the sample in this study using purposive sampling method with the criteria of Pekanbaru , adolescent or adult with the age of 15-25 years , and never wear watch mobile ad Iphone 4s brand . The data obtained will then be processed by Fishbein analysis model analysis .From the test results obtained by the consumer attitude ( Ao ) of the value of creativity in advertising has a negative gap . It means that consumer expectations are higher than the perceived during the advertising creativity . Further consumer attitudes ( Ao ) of the advertising appeal has a negative value gap . Artiya that consumer expectations are higher than for the perceived attractiveness of the ad . And consumer attitudes ( Ao ) on the quality of the advertising message has a negative value gap . It means that consumer expectations are higher than for the perceived quality of the advertising message

    This study aims to the influence of product quality and advertising on brand image and purchase decision Pond's brand beauty products in Adolescents in Pekanbaru. In this study consisted of four variables Product Quality(X1), Advertising (X2), brand image (Y1) and the purchase decision (Y2). The population of this research is all Youth Pond's product users in the city of Pekanbaru with a sample of 96 respondents were selected using the technique of purposive sampling method or sample conditional criteria, namely Youth aged 14-19 years old and lives in Pekanbaru. Analysis of the data in this study using Path Analysis (Path Analysis) using SPSS version 21.0. Based on hypothesis testing that has been done, the results showed that the quality product and advertisement positive and significant impact on brand image. The quality products and advertising positive and significant impact on the purchase decision. Then the brand image positive and significant impact on the purchase decision. While there is a very strong influence indirectly the quality of the products on purchase decisions through brand image or in other words the brand image is able to mediate the relationship between the quality of the products on purchasing decisions, and there is a very strong influence indirectly between advertising on purchasing decisions through brand images

    Jalan merupakan prasarana utama yang sangat berpengaruh dalam bidang perekonomian di suatu daerah. Ruas jalan Pambang – Teluk Lancar, Kecamatan Bantan, Provinsi Riau, merupakan jalan penghubung utama ke beberapa desa diujung pulau Bengkalis.Kondisi jalan saat ini dalam keadaan rusak dan kurang memadai untuk lalu lintas masyarakat. Oleh karena itu pemerintah daerah melalui dinas Pekerjaan Umum telah melakukan perencanaan jalan pada lokasi tersebut, yang rencananya akan di lanjutkan dengan pelaksanaan pekerjaan konstruksi pada tahun 2020.Dalam perancangan metode ini didapat tata cara pelaksanaan pekerjaan secara umum dari awal hingga akhir pekerjaan berdasarkan spesifikasi yang telah disyaratkan. Kemudian lokasi quarry yang digunakan adalah quarry yang sudah ada permanen di dekat lokasi pekerjaan dengan jarak ± 5 km dari lokasi pekerjaan. Untuk penempatan barak pekerja dan kantor lapangan juga memakai yang sudah ada atau permanen di sekitaran lokasi quarry
