Análisis curricular basado en competencias profesionales para la Licenciatura en Administración: caso FCAT
The present work was made like product of an investigation of field with supplies of originating data of managements of the main companies of the region (Tecomán, Colima and Manzanillo), which allowed us to know that Labor Competitions must have the Lawyers in Administration to contemplate them in curriculum of studies of the Degree in Administration. As one acquires knowledge in the document, single the Labor competitions of Control and Directive Abilities exceed 50% of the percentage average in the course of the Degree and the rest is smaller of 50% of the percentage average, reason why our hypothesis is not fulfilled in a 100% and this gives tools us to suggest to the authorities some changes in the curriculum, so that it is due to put emphasis in a series of capacities and competitions (Brunner, 2002), that today weakly are represented in the curriculum.
Structural insights into the IgE mediated responses induced by the allergens Hev b 8 and Zea m 12 in their dimeric forms
"Oligomerization of allergens plays an important role in IgE-mediated reactions, as effective crosslinking of IgE-Fc epsilon RI complexes on the cell membrane is dependent on the number of exposed B-cell epitopes in a single allergen molecule or on the occurrence of identical epitopes in a symmetrical arrangement. Few studies have attempted to experimentally demonstrate the connection between allergen dimerization and the ability to trigger allergic reactions. Here we studied plant allergenic profilins rHev b 8 (rubber tree) and rZea m 12 (maize) because they represent an important example of cross-reactivity in the latex-pollen-food syndrome. Both allergens in their monomeric and dimeric states were isolated and characterized by exclusion chromatography and mass spectrometry and were used in immunological in vitro experiments. Their crystal structures were solved, and for Hev b 8 a disulfide-linked homodimer was found. Comparing the structures we established that the longest loop is relevant for recognition by IgE antibodies, whereas the conserved regions are important for cross-reactivity. We produced a novel monoclonal murine IgE (mAb 2F5), specific for rHev b 8, which was useful to provide evidence that profilin dimerization considerably increases the IgE-mediated degranulation in rat basophilic leukemia cells.
Structural insights into chaperone addiction of toxin-antitoxin systems
International audienceSecB chaperones assist protein export by binding both unfolded proteins and the SecA motor. Certain SecB homologs can also control toxin-antitoxin (TA) systems known to modulate bacterial growth in response to stress. In such TA-chaperone (TAC) systems, SecB assists the folding and prevents degradation of the antitoxin, thus facilitating toxin inhibition. Chaperone dependency is conferred by a C-terminal extension in the antitoxin known as chaperone addiction (ChAD) sequence, which makes the antitoxin aggregation-prone and prevents toxin inhibition. Using TAC of Mycobacterium tuberculosis, we present the structure of a SecB-like chaperone bound to its ChAD peptide. We find differences in the binding interfaces when compared to SecB–SecA or SecB-preprotein complexes, and show that the antitoxin can reach a functional form while bound to the chaperone. This work reveals how chaperones can use discrete surface binding regions to accommodate different clients or partners and thereby expand their substrate repertoire and functions
Interplay between Affinity and Valency in Effector Cell Degranulation: A Model System with Polcalcin Allergens and Human Patient-Derived IgE Antibodies.

J Immunol. 2019;203(7):1693-1700. doi:10.4049/jimmunol.1900509 The American Association of Immunologists, Inc.An allergic reaction is rapidly generated when allergens bind and cross-link IgE bound to its receptor FcεRI on effector cells, resulting in cell degranulation and release of proinflammatory mediators. The extent of effector cell activation is linked to allergen affinity, oligomeric state, valency, and spacing of IgE-binding epitopes on the allergen. Whereas most of these observations come from studies using synthetic allergens, in this study we have used Timothy grass pollen allergen Phl p 7 and birch pollen allergen Bet v 4 to study these effects. Despite the high homology of these polcalcin family allergens, Phl p 7 and Bet v 4 display different binding characteristics toward two human patient-derived polcalcin-specific IgE Abs. We have used native polcalcin dimers and engineered multimeric allergens to test the effects of affinity and oligomeric state on IgE binding and effector cell activation. Our results indicate that polcalcin multimers are required to stimulate high levels of effector cell degranulation when using the humanized RBL-SX38 cell model and that multivalency can overcome the need for high-affinity interactions. This work was supported by Medical Research Council Grant G1100090. HI SEL Latin America: Adaptation and Initial Validation of an Instrument to Evaluate Social and Emotional Learning Outcomes
Character virtues (CV) and social and emotional learning (SEL) are often used to refer to a broad range of strengths and capacities that help young people thrive. Although we know much about how school and community programs can impact CV and SEL in the Global North, we know little about this in Latin America. Measurement instruments for CV and SEL in Latin America are designed for large-scale studies that give little guidance to small programs. This article, divided in two studies, describes the adaptation and initial validation processes of the United States SEL instrument in the Colombian and Peruvian contexts. While Study 1 describes the cross- cultural adaptation process of the United States SEL instrument to Colombian and Peruvian settings, Study 2 presents the initial evidence of internal structure, reliability, and measurement invariance of the adapted instrument on a sample of 995 adolescents ages 11 to 16. Study 1 resulted in an instrument with seven SEL capacities that fit the context necessities. Study 2 results indicate that a model with six first-order capacities and a second-order overall SEL capacity has an adequate fit and suggests country and gender invariance. Implications for the Latin America context SEL measurement and limitations are discussed
