    The high demand for clothes causes the development of the clothing industry in Indonesia continues to increase. Increasing the number of competitors among apparel traders is also unavoidable. This is also experienced by clothing traders with an online concept. Therefore the right sales strategy is needed to be able to survive or even win the competition. One thing that can be done is to apply technology to promote to obtain and maintain potential customers. However, promotions that are carried out without a clear and measurable concept can cause harm if carried out on target. The same thing happened in the Mustika Gerai online clothing store which was the location of observation, so far the concept of promotion was carried out by lowering prices and discounts for all customers. As a result, what happens is that sales turnover decreases dramatically while new customers who expect it may not necessarily be achieved. The purpose of this study is to research by applying data mining technology in the Gerai Mustika customer data warehouse to map potential customers as targeted promotional strategies. The data mining technique used is the k-Means Clustering method. The process of extracting information in the form of pattern discovery/mapping is then integrated using the Rapidminer software. From the results of the analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that the application of the k-means method can map potential customers based on regions or sub-districts, namely cluster 1 has 3 districts, cluster 2 has 7 districts and cluster 3 has 13 districts.     Sheep are one of the livestock that can provide benefits such as meat, milk, and skin which are used as a source of income for the community, especially in the Asahan regency area.  However, still, the farmer's knowledge in terms of care and knowledge of sheep diseases can result in the sheep being able to die.  The purpose of this study was to create an expert system to diagnose sheep disease using the theory of Bayes. The waterfall is used as a model in this study with stages, analysis, design, implementation, and testing.  analysis was carried out to find the required data using observations and interviews.  The design of this system consists of Unified Modeling Language (use case ), diagram classes, flowcharts, and interfaces. Testing the system uses a black box which aims to find out the functionality of the system that has been implemented, and data analysis using the theory of Bayes.  Our findings resulted in bayes having an expert system for the diagnosis of diseases in sheep.  The results of Bayes analysis with the theory of Bayes showed that the disease experienced in sheep is deworming with a probability level of 60.71%.  The results of the black box test show that the functionality of this system is already running wel

    Penerapan Metode Forward Chaining pada Sistem Pakar Pendeteksi Awal Omicron

    Omicron is a type of virus that is again spreading in Asahan Regency, especially at the Sidodadi Health Center due to. Many people do not pay attention to the disorder and the causes and symptoms that occur in the virus. To overcome this, it is necessary to have the technology to detect the initial symptoms of this virus. The purpose of this study was to create an expert system to detect the initial symptoms of omicron using the forward chaining method. This stage of research consists of analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The data collection techniques used are observations and interviews. Meanwhile, this system uses six cases as a reference to detect omicron symptoms, namely confirmed, probable, severe category, moderate category, mild category, and asymptomatic. Before this system is used, system testing of all functions on components using a black box is carried out. Our findings resulted in an expert system of early symptom detection of omicron that can display the results of patient diagnoses such as symptoms, cases, and solutions. The test results show that all components such as buttons, text inputs, and outputs are working properly according to the procedure. So that this system can be used by the health Center to help detect the initial symptoms of omicron that occur in patients, and can provide the best solution for patients treated at this health center

    Kurangnya pengetahuan siswa SMA Panti Budaya Kisaran dalam memahami perkembangan teknologi informasi khususnya sistem informasi berbasis SMS Gateway, menjadi alasan bagi Tim PKM STMIK Royal Kisaran melakukan kegiatan abdimas dengan tema “Merancang Aplikasi SMS Gateway Menggunakan Gammu dan Modem ZTE 190 Pada Siswa SMA Panti Budaya Kisaran”. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dengan 2 cara, yaitu ceramah dan pelatihan. Dalam kegiatan tersebut siswa diberikan penjelasan tentang sistem informasi berbasis SMS Gateway kemudian setelah itu siswa dilatih bagaimana merancang aplikasi SMS Gateway. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah membekali siswa dengan kemampuan (skill) dalam merancang aplikasi SMS Gateway, lalu dengan skill tersebut siswa dapat menerapkannya pada dunia pekerjaan pada masa yang akan datang. Setelah melalui menjelasan dan pelatihan oleh Tim PKM STMIK Royal Kisaran, siswa telah berhasil membangun aplikasi SMS Gateway dengan baik dan benar

    Expert systems are the process of adopting human knowledge to computers, so that computers can provide solutions like doctors can. The high cost and takes a long time to consult with a skin specialist at the hospital and skin diseases are classified as complaints that can be treated alone. So we need an expert system that makes it easier for experts to diagnose this fungal disease. This research uses qualitative research methods and is included in descriptive research. The method used in this study is the forward chaining method and the search method used is forward data tracing to find conclusions. Data collection techniques through interviews and literature study. This research uses PHP programming language with MySQL database. Based on the results of the comparison between literature studies and interviews, it was found that 4 skin diseases were infected due to fungi so that early symptoms of the disease were diagnosed along with their causes and solutions

    Komputer telah menjadi alat bantu utama dalam tiap kegiatan manusia. Tidak hanya untuk aplikasi bisnis, namun juga dalam kegiatan sehari-hari. Hal ini menunjukkan bagaimana komputer telah menjadi bagian dari evolusi manusia. Tujuan skripsi ini adalah mengembangkan point of sale system pada Toko Rafadel yang berbasis desktop. System informasi ini dapat mempermudah, mempercepat dan mengurangi tingkat kesalahan dalam pengelolaan baik data penjualan, pembelian, stok, dan laporan. Adapun permasalahan pada Toko Rafadel adalah bagian penjualan yang masih sulit dalam mengelola transaksi dan informasi data stok barang yang tidak akurat. Dalam mengembangkan point of sale system digunakan metodologi Iterasi (Iterative). Dalam metodologi ini terdapat enam tahapan, yaitu: survei sistem, pada tahapan ini dilakukan pengumpulan data terkait dengan poin of sale system yang ada dengan cara melihat secara langsung cara kerja (observasi) dan wawancara guna mengetahui permasalahan yang dihadapi. Tahapan kedua, yaitu tahapan analisis pada tahapan ini hasil identifikasi masalah selanjutnya di klasifikasikan menggunakan kerangka dan untuk menjelaskan kebutuhan sistem yang akan dikembangkan menggunakan aliran sistem informasi. Tahap yang ketiga yaitu desain sistem menggunakan ERD dan DFD. Selanjutnya tahap keempat pembuatan sistem, penulis menggunakan Microsoft Visual Basic.Net 2013 dan Microsoft Sql Server 2012 sebagai database dan pada tahap kelima yaitu implementasi sistem, Tahapan yang terakhir yaitu pemeliharan.
