MERCADO DE TRABALHO NO BRASIL. ALGUMAS CONSIDERAÇÕES SOBRE A INCLUSÃO PRODUTIVA, ATRAVÉS DOS CURSOS PRONATEC.

Resumo Este trabalho é parte da pesquisa em andamento no curso de Pós-Graduação2, cujo interesse está nas transformações do mundo do trabalho, a partir da inclusão produtiva, tendo como base os cursos de qualificação- Pronatec. Apresentaremos o Programa Pronatec e seus objetivos. Verificaremos dados sobre o mercado de trabalho no Brasil em algumas regiões metropolitanas, apresentando índices de como o mercado tem se comportado nos últimos anos. Traremos índices do emprego e desemprego, com base nas informações do IBGE e DIEESE e apresentaremos, de forma simples, algumas transformações do mundo do trabalho. Apresentaremos o papel do Estado na dinâmica do capitalismo contemporâneo, que se incorpora como mediador da massa sobrante dos trabalhadores presentes na órbita do mercado de trabalho, imprimindo assim, várias refrações e exigências que desestruturam a classe trabalhadora

PREFACE

The thematic dossier of literary studies in the second issue of volume 23 of Diadorim: revista de estudos linguísticos e literários gathers a set of 11 articles that discuss the reflexive gesture of poetic writing that focuses on itself, in a process of self-reflection and articulation with other areas of knowledge. The dossier is organized by Mônica Genelhu Fagundes (Federal University of Rio de Janeiro), Viviane Vasconcelos (State University of Rio de Janeiro) and Alda Maria Lentina (Dalarna University).The thematic dossier on linguistic studies in the second issue of volume 23 of Diadorim: revista de estudos linguísticos e literários contains 28 texts - 27 articles and 1 interview - with reflections on the teaching of Portuguese as native, foreign and heritage language. The first issue of volume 24 of Diadorim: revista de estudos linguísticos e literários is published by the Postgraduate Program in Vernacular Letters of the Faculty of Letters of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. CONSTITUIÇÃO DO SUJEITO TRADUTOR E INTÉRPRETE DE LÍNGUA DE SINAIS

Neste trabalho, temos por objetivo analisar a constituição do sujeito “Tradutor e Intérprete de Língua de Sinais” (TILS) que emerge em documentos que legislam sobre a prática interpretativa, a saber, o “Código de Ética do Profissional Intérprete” e o “Programa Nacional de Educação de Surdo” (QUADROS, 2004). Para tanto, inscrevemo-nos no campo da Análise do Discurso francesa e mobilizamos autores como Pêcheux (2009), Foucault (1996, 2008) e Orlandi (2000). Problematizamos as noções de “imparcialidade”, “neutralidade” e “fidelidade” construídas nos documentos mencionados. Ao analisarmos o papel do intérprete, é preciso considerá-lo enquanto um sujeito afetado que, ao mesmo tempo em que afeta a história através da língua portuguesa e de sinais, o que evidencia, portanto, a necessidade de pensar uma prática interpretativa outra para o sujeito TILS que leve em considerações dimensões sócio-histórico-ideológicas
