    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui 1). Hubungan kecepatan reaksi terhadap Akselerasi 30m, 2) Hubungan daya ledak otot tungkai otot tungkai terhadap Akselerasi 30m, 3) Hubungan kecepatan reaksi dan daya ledak otot tungkai otot tungkai terhadap aksselerasi 30m pada lari cepat 100m. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan mulai dari bulan agustus 2012 sampai dengan bulan januari 2013. Pengambilan data dilaksanakan tanggal 14 16 November 2012 yang bertempat di Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Jakarta dan Gelanggang Olahraga Mahasiswa Soemantri Brojonegoro Kuningan Jakarta Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan study korelasi. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa yang tergabung pada Kuliah Olahraga Prestasi (KOP) Atletik berjumlah 51 orang. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 51 orang dengan menggunakan teknik sampling yaitu total sampling. Adapun instrumen tes kecepatan reaksi menggunakan Whole Body Reaction Tester. Untuk tes daya ledak otot tungkai otot tungkai menggunakan Standing Long Jump dan untuk tes akselerasi menggunakan Leight gate. Teknik analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah menggunakan uji t. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa 1) Terdapat hubungan yang positif antara kecepatan reaksi (X1) terhadap akselerasi 30m pada lari cepat 100m (Y) yang ditunjukan dalam persamaan regresi Ŷ = -100,59 + 62,69 X1 dengan koefisien korelasi nilai rx1y sebesar 0,53. 2) Terdapat hubungan yang positif anatar daya ledak otot tungkai otot tungkai (X2) dengan akselerasi 30m (Y) yang ditunjukkan dalam persamaan Ŷ = 55,11 + 0,51X₂ dengan koefisien korelasi nilai rx2y sebesar 0,54. 3) Terdapat hubungan yang positif antara kecepatan reaksi (X1) dan daya ledak otot tungkai otot tungkai (X2) terhadap akselerasi 30m (Y) yang ditunjukkan dalam persamaan Ŷ = 92,05 – 20,15 X1 + 0,94 X2 dengan koefisien korelasi Ry12 sebesar 0,46

    This study aims to reveal the direct and indirect effects, as well as the simultaneous effect of exogenous variables on endogenous variables. The sample in this study were 37 archers from all clubs in the West Jakarta area. The research approach used in this study is an associative quantitative approach with test techniques. The data analysis technique uses a path analysis approach (path analysis). The results showed that: 1) there was a direct effect of eye-hand coordination on the archery scores of U-12 archery athletes in West Jakarta amounted to 6.7%, 2) there was a direct influence of kinesthetic perception on the results of archery scoring results for U-12 archery athletes in West Jakarta. is 1.69%, 3) there is a direct and significant effect of anxiety on the archery scores of U-12 archery athletes in West Jakarta, which is 15.8%, 4) there is a direct and significant effect of eye-hand coordination on the anxiety of U-12 archery athletes. West Jakarta by 43.96%, 5) there is a direct and significant effect of kinesthetic perception on the anxiety of West Jakarta U-12 archery athletes by 44.76%, 6) there is an indirect effect of eye-hand coordination through anxiety on archery scoring results are of 27.35%, 7) there is an indirect effect of kinesthetic perception through anxiety on the archery scoring results of 18.9%

    MAKING SERVICE LEVEL MEASURING EQUIPMENT (SERVICE DETECTOR) IN BADMINTON SPORTS

    This study aims to determine how to manufacture a service height measuring device in badminton. The research method used in this research was the Sugiyono model of research and development (R & D) with 5 stages from the nee analysis until field test. The research subjects for the tool trial were 25 referees and 50 men's doubles players who competed using a service height measuring device in badminton. The validation test used in this study is to use the expert justification test which consists of 1 expert lecturer in badminton and 2 referees who have BA certified. After the expert validation test was carried out, then the tool was tested and distributed a questionnaire about the attractiveness and convenience of the service level measuring device at the badminton branch. The result of this research is that measuring service stroke height using ultrasonic sensors is suitable for use in badminton matches to assist service judges in making decisions whether the service stroke is a fault or not. And based on the results of field trials, shows that measuring service stroke height using ultrasonic sensors is attractive and easy to use. The suggestion for this research is to find a tool that is more sensitive to distance and human motion or by using an application

    MODEL ALAT BANTU LATIHAN (HAND PADDLE) UNTUK PERENANG USIA DINI

    This study aims to develop a model of exercise aids (hand paddle) as a training medium to train finger density in early swimmers. The research method used is the Sugiyono’s model of research and development method. Hand paddle modification was developed through a small-scale trial of 29 early swimmers from 3 swimming associations in East Jakarta. Small-scale trials were conducted using the pre-posttest design experiment with 6 training sessions using paddle modification. The results of the research and product development showed that (1) the media of exercise aids (hand paddle) significantly increased the density of the fingers in early childhood (2) the validity of exercise aid media indicated by the results of 87% swimming expert validity with the category very feasible and the validity of 75% biomechanics experts with appropriate categories, (3) The effectiveness of hand paddle media indicated by the results of the pretest and posttest, obtained tcount = 6.71> t table - 2.06, with sig (2 tailed) and degrees of freedom) .05 Keyword: Hand paddle, swimming, early age Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengembangkan model alat bantu latihan (hand paddle) sebagai media latihan melatih kerapatan jari tangan pada perenang usia dini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R & D) model Sugiyono. Modifikasi hand paddle dikembangkan melalui uji coba skala kecil terhadap 29 perenang usia dini dari 3 perkumpulan renang di Jakarta Timur. Uji coba skala kecil dilakukan dengan menggunakan eksperimen pre-posttest design dengan 6 kali sesi latihan menggunakan paddle modifikasi. Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan produk yang dihasilkan menunjukkan bahwa (1) Media alat bantu latihan (hand paddle) signifikan meningkatkan kerapatan jari – jari tangan pada anak usia dini (2) Kevalidan media alat bantu latihan yang ditunjukkan oleh hasil validitas ahli renang 87% dengan kategori sangat layak dan validitas ahli biomekanika 75% dengan kategori layak, (3) Keefektifan media alat bantu (hand paddle) yang ditunjukkan oleh hasil pretest dan posttest, diperoleh thitung = 6.71 > ttabel – 2.06, dengan sig (2 tailed) dan derajat kebebasan 0.05.     Evaluation of the achievement development program of the dki jakarta province softball sports

    This research aims to obtain facts, data, and information about the results of the evaluation of the achievement coaching program for the women's softball sports of DKI Jakarta Province. This study used evaluative methods with the CIPP model. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, documentation, observations, and interviews. The subjects of this study are The Core Board, Coach, and Athlete. The results revealed that the context component of the Pengprov Perbasasi DKI Jakarta already has a long-term, medium, and short-term plan. However, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Women's Softball Team was only able to achieve the goal of the achievement coaching program at the 2018 Softball National Tournament. The input components, facilities, equipment, and equipment provided are enough to meet the needs of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Women's Softball Team. However, the need for supplements and vitamins for new athletes ahead of the implementation of PON. In the process component, the coaching staff implements a walking selection system and promotes and degrades athletes based on batting average data, left on base, running base in, accumulation of errors, & success in sacrifice. The training process was carried out face-to-face and virtually during the Covid-19 pandemic. In the product component, the results obtained by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Women's Softball Team during the period 2018 to 2022 were finalists in the 2018 Softball National Tournament.     The Influence of Learning Model and IQ on Knowledge of A Balanced Nutrition Healthy Eating

    This study aims to determine the effect of learning models and IQ on knowledge of a healthy balanced nutritious diet. Used an experimental research method with a treatment design by level 2x2. The results of study (1) there is a difference in the increase in knowledge of students who are given a jigsaw type cooperative learning model and guided inquiry learning model based on the value of F(OA) = 50.109 and p-value = 0,000 < 0,05. (2) There is an interaction between the learning model (factor A) and IQ (factor B) towards increasing knowledge of a healthy, nutritious and balanced diet based on the value of F(OAB) = 18.12 and p-value = 0,000 < 0,05. (3) there are differences in the knowledge of students who have a high IQ with a balanced, healthy, nutritious diet using the jigsaw cooperative learning model and the guided inquiry learning model. Based on Qhitung = 3,10 > Qtabel (0,05;4:30) = 2,89.     ABSTRAK  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui 1) Hubungan Daya Tahan Otot lengan (X1) dengan Hasil Menembak Air Rifle 10 Meter (Y), 2) Hubungan Koordinasi Mata, Tangan (X2) dengan Hasil Menembak Air Rifle 10 Meter (Y). Hubungan Daya Tahan Otot Lengan (X1) Dan Koordinasi Mata Tangan (X2)  Dengan Hasil Menembak Air Rifle 10 Meter (YSampel penelitian berjumlah 35 orang dengan teknik pengambilan data total sampling. Instrumen tes daya tahan otot lengan menggunakan Dumbble Front Raise Test. Untuk tes koordinasi mata tangan menggunakan Speed Anticipation Reaction. Dan untuk tes hasil menembak air rifle 10 meter melakukan penembakan dengan sasaran berjarak 10 meter, teknik analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah teknik korelasi sederhana dan korelasi ganda dan dilanjutkan dengan uji t pada taraf signifikansi  = 0,05. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara daya tahan otot lengan (X1) dengan hasil menembak air rifle 10 meter (Y) yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien korelasi rX1Y = 0,875 dan koefisien determinasi = 0,766 yang berarti jumlah kontribusinya adalah 76%. (2) terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara koordinasi mata, tangan (X2) dengan hasil menembak air rifle 10 meter (Y) yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien korelasi rX2Y = 0,537 dan koefisien determinasi = 0,7259 yang berarti jumlah kontribusinya adalah 72,59%. (3) terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara daya tahan otot lengan (X1) dan koordinasi mata, tangan (X2) dengan hasil menembak air rifle 10 meter (Y) dengan koefisien korelasi rX1X2Y = 0,893 dan koefisien determinasi = 0,797 yang berarti jumlah sumbangannya adalah sebesar 79,7%.  Kata kunci: Daya Tahan Otot Lengan, Koordinasi Mata Tangan, Hasil Menembak Air Rifle 10 meter.  ABSTRACT  The purpose of this research are to discovert 1) The correlation of an arm muscles endurance (X1) with The result of an Air Rifle 10 Meters Shoot (Y),2) The correlation of eyes and hand coordination (X2) with the result of an Air Rifle 10 Meters Shoot (Y), 3) The correlation of an arm muscles endurance (X1) and eyes  also hand coordination (X2) With the result of an Air Rifle 10 Meters Shoot (Y). The 35 people was for research sample with data retrieval techniques of total sampling. The tests instrument of an arm muscles endurance is using Dumbble Front Raise Test, for the eyes and hand coordinations test is using Speed Anticipation Reaction. And for the result of an Air Rifle 10 meters shoot test was doing a shoots with a 10 meters target, the statistical analysis techniques was using a simple correlation techniques and double correlations following by a t test on significance level = 0,05. The result of the data analysis shows that 1) There is a meaningful correlation between an arm muscles endurance (X1) with the result of an Air Rifle 10 Meters shoot (Y) that  indicated by a coefficient of correlation rx1y = 0,875 and coefficient of determination = 0,766 which means the total of the contribution is 76%. (2) There is a meaningful correlations between an eyes and hand coordination (X2) with the result of an Air Rifle 10 meters shoot (Y) that indicated by a coefficient of correlation rx2y = 0,537 and coefficient of determination = 0,7259 which means the total of the contributions is 72,59%. (3) There is a meaningful correlation between an arm muscles endurance (X1) and eyes also hand coordination (X2) with the result of an Air Rifle 10 meters shoot (Y) with a coefficient of correlation rx1x2y = 0,893 and coefficient of determination = 0,797 which means the total of the contributions is 79,7%.     Sebagai mahluk individu, manusia mempunyai kemampuan berupa akal pikiran dan perasaan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dirinya. Sedangkan sebagai mahluk social, manusia memiliki dorongan kebutuhan untuk berinteraksi. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan untuk berinteraksi, manusia melakukan komunikasi untuk menyampaikan informasi. Begitu juga dalam olahraga, diperlukan penyampain informasi secara tatap muka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui komunikasi antar pribadi terhadap tingkat keberhasilan defense pada tim putri bola basket Universitas Negeri Jakarta pada kejuaraan mahasiswa campus league DKI Jakarta. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan tehnik yang digunakan survei. Adapun instrument yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 15 sampel dari jumlah populasi seluruh peserta campus league DKI Jakarta. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: dimensi keterbukaan memiliki persentase sebesar 46,67%, sedangkan dimensi empati sebesar 46,67%, dari dimensi suportif sebesar 40%. Sedangkan dari dimensi positif yang memperoleh nilai paling baik sebesar 40%, dari dimensi kesamaan sebesar 60%. Sedangkan tingkat keberhasilan defence tim putri Bola Basket UNJ sebesar 78,44%. Sehingga, dapat dikatakan bahwa komunikasi telah dilakukan dengan baik oleh tim bola basket putri Universitas Negeri Jakarta dengan menggunakan prinsip – prinsip dalam penyampian informasi

    ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Hubungan antara Frekuensi Langkah dengan Hasil Lari 60 Meter, Hubungan Antara Panjang Tungkai dengan Hasil Lari  60 Meter, dan secara bersama-sama Hubungan antara Frekuensi Langkah dan Panjang Tungkai dengan Hasil Lari 60 Meter Mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Olahraga 2018.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Stadion Atletik Velodrome Jakarta Timur. Metode yang digunakan ialah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan studi korelasi. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 30 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling dari populasi yang ada dari Mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Olahraga 2018. Hubungan panjang tungkai terhadap hasil lari 60 meter dinyatakan dalam persamaan regresi Y= 43,29 + 0,13 X₁, dengan koefisien korelasi = 0,134. Dalam proses uji keberartian koefisien korelasi tersebut didapati thitung= 0,715  < ttabel= 1,701 dengan demikian koefisien korelasi bernilai 0,134 tidak signifikan. Hubungan daya ledak otot tungkai terhadap hasil lari 60 meter dinyatakan dalam persamaan regresi Y= 18,34 + 0,63 X2, dengan koefisien korelasi = 0,633. Dalam proses uji keberartian koefisien korelasi tersebut didapati thitung= 4,328 > ttabel= 1,701 dengan demikian koefisien korelasi bernilai 0,633 signifikan. Hubungan frekuensi langkah dan panjang tungkai secara bersama sama dengan hasil lari 60 meter dinyatakan dalam persamaan regresi Y = 7,5 + 0,20 X₁ + 0,65 X₂ dengan koefisien korelasi = 0,915. Dalam proses uji keberartian koefisien korelasi tersebut didapati Fhitung= 70,29 > Ftabel= 3,35 yang menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis nihil (Ho) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (H1) diterima. Maka didapat kesimpulan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara frekuensi langkah dan panjang tungkai secara bersama-sama dengan hasil lari 60 meter mahasiswa fakultas ilmu olahraga 2018. The sample used amounted to 30 people, with a sampling technique that is purposive sampling from the existing population of 2018 Faculty of Sport Sciences Students. The relationship of leg length to the 60 meter running result is expressed in the regression equation Y = 43.29 + 0.13 X₁, with the correlation coefficient y ry〗 _1 = 0.134. In the process of testing the significance of the correlation coefficient found t = 0.715 <t table = 1.701 thus the correlation coefficient is 0.134 is not significant. The relationship of leg muscle explosive power to the 60 meter running results is expressed in the regression equation Y = 18.34 + 0.63 X2, with a correlation coefficient y ry〗 _2 = 0.633. In the process of testing the significance of the correlation coefficient found tcount = 4.328> ttable = 1.701 thus the correlation coefficient is 0.633 significant. The relationship between stride frequency and leg length together with the 60 meter run result is expressed in the regression equation Y = 7.5 + 0.20 X₁ + 0.65 X₂ with a correlation coefficient y ry〗 _ (1-2) = 0.915. In the process of testing the significance of the correlation coefficient found Fcount = 70.29> Ftable = 3.35 which indicates that the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted. Then it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the frequency of steps and leg length together with the 60 meter running results of the 2018 faculty of sports students.  Keywords: Step Frequency, Leg Length, Running 60 Meter
