This article briefly presents the trajectory of the institutional regulations that have made it possible to advance in the installation of the gender perspective in Education and the ethical, political and institutional consequences that challenge and stress the education system as a whole. The article is an excerpt from the not yet published document Analysis of the Chilean Educational System from the Gender Perspective. This document was prepared at the resquest of the Gender Equity Unit of the Ministry of Education (Mineduc) with the objective of having relevant and current information on Education and Gender in the context of the process of Reform of the education system carried out in the recent years.Este artículo presenta brevemente la trayectoria de la normativa institucional que ha permitido avanzar en la instalación de la perspectiva de género en Educación y las consecuencias éticas, políticas e institucionales que desafían y tensionan al sistema educacional en su conjunto. El artículo es un extracto del documento aún no publicado Análisis del Sistema Educativo Chileno desde la Perspectiva de Género (Mineduc, 2018). Masculinidades: más allá de los mandatos hegemónicos

El presente artículo tiene como propósito problematizar las masculinidades excediendo las hegemonías estereotipadas de la construcción encapsulada de la identidad de los hombres. Para ello, se recogerán algunos aportes sobre la comprensión de lo masculino para transitar hacia nuevos horizontes de pensamiento y así desplegar las masculinidades en perspectiva de derechos, fracturando el pensamiento clásico y binario. Para la discusión se utilizará la revisión documental de autores y autoras que han empujado el conocimiento hacia otros campos semánticos, discursivos y prácticos, en pos de visibilizar nuevas formas de construcción de masculinidades propositivas de identidades abiertas, más auténticas con enfoque en lo comunitario y en lo cultural.Palabras clave: masculinidades, identidades abiertas, hombres, interseccionalidad. Masculinities: beyond the hegemonic mandatesAbstractThe present article aims to problematize masculinities, exceeding the stereotyped hegemonies of the encapsulated construction of men's identity. For this, some contributions will be made on the understanding of the masculine to move towards new horizons of thought and thus unfold masculinities from a rights perspective, fracturing classical and binary thinking. For the discussion, the documentary review of authors who have pushed knowledge towards other semantic, discursive and practical fields will be used, in order to make visible new forms of construction of propositional masculinities of open identities, more authentic with a focus on the community and in the cultural.Keywords: masculinities, open identities, men, intersectionality
