Perbedaan Bantal Pasir Dan Cold-Pack Dalam Mencegah Komplikasi Pasca Kateterisasi Jantung
Kateterisasi jantung dapat menimbulkan komplikasi vaskuler lokal dan neuropati femoral. Perawatan bertujuan mempertahankan hemostasis melalui penekanan mekanik bantal pasir dan cold-pack. Saat ini, durasi penekanan lebih dari dua jam menimbulkan rasa tidak nyaman. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan kejadian kedua komplikasi menggunakan bantal pasir 1 jam dengan cold-pack 20 menit setelah pencabutan femoral sheaths. Rancangan penelitian randomized posttest-only control group design. Pemilihan sampel dengan consecutive sampling. Jumlah sampel adalah 40 pasien. Uji statistik menggunakan Fisher\u27s Exact Test. Hasil penelitian pada kelompok kontrol terdapat kejadian komplikasi vaskuler lokal 5,5 % dan neuropati femoral 11,1 %. Pada kelompok intervensi tidak ada kejadian komplikasi. Uji statistik menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan yang bermakna antara kejadian komplikasi vaskuler lokal dan neuropati femoral pada kedua kelompok dengan p value 0, 450 dan 0,196 (p > 0,05). Penekanan mekanik bantal pasir 1 jam dan cold-pack 20 menit membantu pencapaian hemostasis sehingga dapat digunakan dalam perawatan pasca kateterisasi jantung
A complementary relation between classical bits and randomness in local part in simulating singlet state
Recently Leggett's proposal of non-local model generates new interest in
simulating the statistics of singlet state. Singlet state statistics can be
simulated by 1 bit of classical communication without using any further
nonlocal correlation. But, interestingly, singlet state statistics can also be
simulated with no classical cost if a non-local box is used. In the first case,
the output is completely unbiased whereas in second case outputs are completely
random. We suggest a new (possibly) signaling correlation resource which
successfully simulates singlet statistics and this result suggests a new
complementary relation between required classical bits and randomness in local
output when the classical communication is limited by 1 cbit. This result
reproduces the above two models of simulation as extreme cases. This also
explains why Leggett's non-local model and the model presented by Branciard

Suicide Among South Asians in the United States: A Growing Public Health Problem
This research study quantifies and describes suicide among South Asian Americans (SAAs), an emerging population that are underrepresented group in suicide research. The purpose of this study was to examine key characteristics of suicide deaths among SAAs. Data were employed from DuPage County, IL, a county with a large SAA population. Following federal recommendations for disaggregating Asian American data at a granular level, four SAA researchers used name recognition to identify all SAA cases classified as suicide in the DuPage County coroner’s database from 2001 to 2017 (N = 38). Coroner’s reports were analyzed for contextual details and correlating factors specific to each suicide. Overall, 76.3% of victims were male and 45.0% were married. An analysis of the coroner reports established that 71.1% of decedents showed behavioral disorders that were predisposing risk factors for suicide including mental health diagnoses (57.9%), and a reported prior suicide attempt (21.1%). Among these decedents only 34.2% had received any prior psychiatric care. Significant errors in racial classification of SAAs, lead to a gross undercount of SAA deaths by suicide with 55% of South Asian suicides assigned to a different race or ethnic group. Future studies must increase the scope of this research to other geographic locations with high concentrations of SAAs and examine the risk factors for suicide among SAAs, one of the fastest growing ethnic populations in the U.S
MICROWAVE RADIATIONS FOR HEAT-SETTING OF POLYESTER FIBERS
The use of radio and microwave frequency is gainingimportance for industrial applications such asheating, drying, and other processing. The mostimportant advantage of using microwave is that it isnon-contact or localized heating and the heat isproduced within the material. This can be much moreeffective than indirect heating where the heatpropagation is by heat conduction through thematerial. We have been investigating the influence ofmicrowave radiation on different fibers for the lastfew years. In the present investigation we usedmicrowave frequency of 2450 MHz to investigate itseffect on polyester fibers. The polyester fibers wereheat set in air as well as a liquid, which acted as alossy substances. The liquid was chosen on the basisof earlier experiments, which showed the maximumeffect. A comparative study was also carried outusing conventional heating in silicone oil.Using the method of X-ray Diffraction (XRD) wecalculated the changes in % crystallinity andorientation. It was found that as the time of treatmentunder microwave radiation increased from 15 sec. to120 sec. the order factor was found to increase from0.32 to 0.71.The crystalline orientation as determinedfrom the azimuthal scan was also found to increase.Such structural changes can be highly beneficial forthe processing of fabric in industry. Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dalam Pengambilan Keputusan Penggunaan Jasa Layanan Taksi Kosti melalui Kepuasan Konsumen sebagai Variabel Intervening (Studi pada Konsumen Taksi Kosti Semarang)
The main problem is decreased decision making in using Kosti taxi service. The driving factors predicted are consumer satisfaction and service quality.The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of service quality in decision making on using kosti taxi services based on consumer satisfaction through intervening variable. Type of research is explanatory research. Samples used is 100 respondents who are taxi customers Kosti Semarang.The sampling technique used is accidental sampling and purposive sampling. Data collection techniques are interviews, questionnaire and literature study . The technique of data analysis is validity test, reliability test, crosstab analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, simple regression test, multiple regression test, significance test (t-test) and simultaneous test (f-test) using IMB SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) 16.0 version.Based on the analysis shows that consumer satisfaction and service quality have an effect on decision making of using services. Service quality's variable has bigger effect than consumer satisfaction on decision making on using services in the amount 61,6% than 45,4% Recommendations for taxi service company Kosti Semarang is to increase consumer satisfaction especially in terms of passenger safety and better service quality
FORMULASI SEDIAAN PERONA PIPI KOMBINASI EKSTRAK ETANOL UBI JALAR UNGU (Ipomoea batatas L.) DAN BUNGA KANA MERAH (Canna coccinea Mill.) DALAM BENTUK STICK
ABSTRACT Purple Sweet Potato (Ipomoea batatas L.) and Red Cana Flower (Canna coccinea Mill.) contain natural dyes (anthocyanins) which are used as an alternative natural dyes as well as natural antioxidants. This study aims to make and discover the physical evaluation of blusher preparations using natural dyes in a combination of Purple Sweet Potato extract and Red Cana Flower with a concentration of 15%: 15%, 15%: 20 %, 20%: 20%. This research used laboratory experimental methods. The results of the physical properties test showed that the resulting preparations gave a light purple to purplish pink color, had a distinctive odor of pafrum oleum rose, had a soft texture, all preparations had a homogeneous composition, the ph value of the preparations ranged from 6.00 – 6.45, the best polish at concentrations dye 20%: 20%, for 14 days of observation the color on all preparations did not change with light, and the most preferred preparations by researcher are those with dye concentrations of 20%: 20%. It shows that it can be concluded that a combination of ethanol extract of Purple Sweet Potato and Red Cana Flower. Can be used as a natural dye in blush preparations. Keywords: Ipomoea batatas L., Canna coccinea Mill., Blusher. ABSTRAK  Ubi Jalar Ungu (Ipomoea batatas L.) dan Bunga Kana Merah (Canna coccinea Mill.) mengadung pewarna alami (antosianin) yang digunakan sebagai zat pewarna alami alternatif mapun sebagai antioksidan alami. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat serta mengetahui evaluasi fisik sediaan perona pipi dengan memanfaatkan pewarna alami pada kombinasi ekstrak Ubi Jalar Ungu dan Bunga Kana Merah dengan konsentrasi 15%:15%, 15%:20% dan 20%:20%. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental laboratorium. Hasil pengujian sifat fisik menunjukan bahwa sediaan yang dihasilkan memberikan warna ungu muda hingga merah muda keunguan, bau khas parfum oleum rose, teksturnya lembut, semua sediaan memiliki susunan yang homogen, nilai pH sediaan berkisar 6,00 - 6,45, polesan terbaik pada konsentrasi zat warna 20%:20%, selama 14 hari pengamatan warna pada semua sediaan tidak mengalami perubahan terhadap cahaya, dan sediaan yang paling disukai oleh panelis adalah sediaan dengan konsentrasi zat warna 20%:20%. Analisis Reaksi Harga Saham Sebelum Dan Sesudah Tax Amnesty Periode Pertama (Studi Kasus Saham Sektor Properti Yang Tercatat Di Bursa Efek Indonesia)
Kebijakan tax amnesty diprediksi akan memberikan tambahan pendapatan negara melalui dana yang masuk melalui repatriasi maupun uang tebusan. Dana yang masuk diharuskan berada di Indonesia minimal 3(tiga) tahun untuk di investasikan. Kebijakan tax amnesty diyakini memiliki kandungan informasi terhadap pasar modal Indonesia sehingga akan memberikan reaksi terhadap harga saham. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi peristiwa (event study) dengan periode pengamatan selama 10 hari bursa mulai dari tanggal 11 Juli 2016 sampai dengan 15 Juli 2016 dan 19 Juli 2016 sampai dengan 25 Juli 2016, yaitu 5 hari sebelum dan 5 hari setelah pengumuman pemberlakuan tax amnesty periode pertama. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 Perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah ada perbedaan harga saham di sektor properti yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada saat sebelum dan sesudah peristiwa pengumuman tax amnesty periode pertama resmi diberlakukan. Pengujian dilakukan terhadap rata-rata abnormal return yang diuji secara simultan. Pengujian dilakukan dengan SPSS 23 dengan alat uji paired sample t test. Pengujian statistik paired sample t test menunjukkan nilai yang tidak signifikan yang dilihat dari t hitung < t tabel, yang artinya tidak terdapat perbedaan abnormal return pada saat sebelum dan sesudah pengumuman tax amnesty periode pertama resmi berlaku. Hasil penelitian tersebut didukung dengan data dari Bursa Efek Indonesia yang mengatakan bahwa dana tax amnesty masih mengendap di bank gateway dan dana yang masuk ke pasar modal masih minim. Pengaruh Tahanan Kaki Menara Type Gantry terhadap Terjadinya Back Flashover pada Isolator Saluran 115 Kv PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia
This study describes analysis of tower footing resistance effected backflash voltage across a transmission line 115 kV insulator at PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia. Back flashover analysis on insulator string provides ATP software for simulation. Analysis process is done by the entire transmission line parameter model such as a tower, lightning impulse, power line conductor and tower footing resistance. The factor of this study includes,front time of lightning stroke, and tower resistance. Simulations is done with lighting strike on the tower and mid-span with four types of impulse. To analysis of tower footing resistance effected back flashover across a transmission system insulator, Simulations are done by varying the tower footing resistance from 1Ω - 30Ω. Over Voltage on insulator for every tower footing resistance will be compare to critical flashover insulator (CFO) in order to obtain the maximum resistance is allowed to avoid the back flashover on insulator
