    The goal of the present paper is to defend against a certain line of attack the view that conscious experience of color is no more fine-grained that the repertoire of non- demonstrative concepts that a perceiver is able to bring to bear in perception. The line of attack in question is an alleged empirical argument - the Diachronic Indistinguishability Argument - based on pairs of colors so similar that they can be discriminated when simultaneously presented but not when presented across a memory delay.     Many so-called problems in contemporary philosophy of mind depend for their expression on a collection of inter-defined technical terms, a few of which are qualia, phenomenal property, and what-it’s-like-ness. I express my scepticism about Keith Frankish’s illusionism, the view that people are generally subject to a systematic illusion that any properties are phenomenal, and scout the relative merits of two alternatives to Frankish’s illusionism. The first is phenomenal meta-illusionism, the view that illusionists such as Frankish, in holding their view, are themselves thereby under an illusion. The second is qualia quietism, the view that nothing worth saying is said by employing any of the aforementioned inter-defined technical terms

    Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar matematika materi  Volume Bangun Ruang Sisi Lengkung Siswa Kelas IX B SMP Don Bosco Kota Sorong melalui model pembelajaran Discovery Learning. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research) yang dilakukan secara kolaboratif antara peneliti dengan guru. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, masing-masing siklus terdiri dari empat komponen yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan tes. Analisis yang data dilakukan dalam 3 tahap yaitu reduksi, penyajian data serta menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (a) penggunaan pendekatan saintifik dapat meningkatkan partisipasi belajar siswa. (b) Pemanfaatan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I sebesar 69,06  meningkat menjadi 79,06  pada siklus II

    The Idea for Production of a Novel Narrow Spectrum Covid-19 Drug

    Most drugs used in current medication for Covid-19 patient indicate several side effects due to the broad-spectrum drugs that affect the whole cells of human body (infected and healthy cells). Antiviral such as enzyme inhibitors, dideoxy, nucleoside/nucleotide analogs, amino acid analogs, even single chemical compound such as chloroquine phosphate, carboxylic acid type drugs and similar drugs may suppress some key molecules and changed pH not only in reactions which related to virus but also inevitably in the whole cells of human body. Based on all facts, then I designed the less cells destroying method to inhibit specifically SARS-CoV-2 replication in human cells.  Since the sequence of single strand positive sense of SARS-CoV-2 has determined, the mechanism of its replication inside human lung cells was also well understood, the transport membrane (endocytosis) of oligonucleotides are well known and the supportive biotechnological methods are adequate to produce this type of drug then I proposed this methods and design respectively: 1) Study the specific sequence of SARS-CoV-2 RNA.  2) Synthesize the oligonucleotide using nucleotides analogs (to produce fake primers) that can specifically attach to the specific sequence of SARS-CoV-2 RNA. 3) Conduct in vitro experiments using the fake primers produced and the infected cells, study the efficiency of endocytosis of fake primers through cell membrane and to know the best dosage that can inhibit the SARS-CoV-2 replication.  4) Conduct clinical tests to the Covid-19 patients based on the in vitro test results (after passing the ethics protocol). So, the proposed novel narrow spectrum drug is the fake primer produced

    Investigasi Beberapa Parameter Penentu dalam Proses Flokulasi Mikroalga Laut Chlorella sp.

    Skrining untuk mendapatkan metode yang memiliki efisiensi tinggi dalam pemanenan mikroalga merupakan langkah penting menuju proses produksi biodiesel skala besar. Konsentrasi akhir yang rendah dari biomassa mikroalga dan ukuran mikroalga yang kecil menjadi tantangan dalam penelitiaan ini. Flokulasi kutur mikroalga dengan penambahan senyawaan anorganik dalam kondisi asam atau basa dikenal sebagai metode pemanenan biomassa mikroalga yang sangat menjanjikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi beberapa parameter penentu dalam proses flokulasi mikroalga laut Chlorella sp. Garam magnesium (MgSO4×7H2O) dengan konsentrasi 0,0083 g/L kultur Chlorella sp. kultur dengan konsentrasi biomassa 3,78 g/L menunjukkan efisiensi flokulasi (FE) tertinggi sebesar 94,63% pada pH 11 setelah 10 menit waktu flokulasi. Tidak ada perbedaan FE antara dua volume kultur yang berbeda, setelah 10 menit flokulasi. Oleh karena itu, untuk memflokulasi 1000 L kultur Chlorella sp. dengan konsentrasi 3,78 g/L pada pH 11 hanya dibutuhkan waktu 10 menit dengan penambahan 8,3 gram MgSO4×7H2O untuk mencapai efisiensi flokulasi 94,63%
