    Shape Metrics in Geoinformatics

    Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na tvarové metriky v geoinformatice. V úvodu si představíme geoinformatiku a její souvislost s tvarovými metrikami. Představíme si způsoby využití a rozdělení tvarových metrik. Rozebereme si některé z existujících softwarových nástrojů vytvořených k výpočtům metrik. V praktické části si ukážeme implementaci knihovny metrik v programovacím jazyce C# a návrh vlastní metriky založené na želví grafice. Na závěr se budeme zabývat testováním knihovny a vyhodnocováním výsledků testování.This thesis focuses on Shape metrics in Geoinformatics. At first I will get you aquinated with geoinformatics and it's relationship with shape metrics. I will introduce to you variety of ways in which metrics are used and theirs classifications. Another part aims on introducing some of existing software created for metric calculating. In practical part I will show you implementation of newly created shape metrics library in C# programming language and new metric based on turtle graphics. Výstupem práce je provedení v rozsahu architektonické studie.The bachelor thesis aims to evaluate and dissolve about a suitable location for the construction of a multipurpose cultural hall in the city of Znojmo and will design its future appearance with respect urban, architectural, operational and technical requirements. The output of the work is an execution in the scope of an architectural study.

    Cílem diplomové práce je návrh nového a kvalitnějšího využití současné době neudržovaného areálu bývalé střední průmyslové školy v Rosicích u Brna. V návaznosti na územní studii a analýzy širších souvislostí ve městě Rosice bude navrženo nové funkční využití, nová architektonická koncepce areálu a jeho zapojení do navrhované zástavby v lokalitě Kamínky. Motivem návrhu bude zvážení kapacitního obchvatu Rosic dle platného územního plánu v kontextu celé lokality, jako dílčí části jádrového území Rosic. Lokalita má rozvojový potenciál se základní občanskou vybaveností a zástavbou kvalitativně i kvantitativně odpovídající vzestupnému zájmu o tzv. “satelitní města” v okolí Brna. V návrhu budou uplatněny principy SMART CITY v měřítku malého města a šetrný přístup k životnímu prostředí.The aim of the thesis is to design a new and better use of the currently unkempt area former secondary industrial school in Rosice near Brno.     Shape recognition through multi-level fusion of features and classifiers

    Shape recognition is a fundamental problem and a special type of image classification, where each shape is considered as a class. Current approaches to shape recognition mainly focus on designing low-level shape descriptors, and classify them using some machine learning approaches. In order to achieve effective learning of shape features, it is essential to ensure that a comprehensive set of high quality features can be extracted from the original shape data. Thus we have been motivated to develop methods of fusion of features and classifiers for advancing the classification performance. In this paper, we propose a multi-level framework for fusion of features and classifiers in the setting of gran-ular computing. The proposed framework involves creation of diversity among classifiers, through adopting feature selection and fusion to create diverse feature sets and to train diverse classifiers using different learn-Xinming Wang algorithms. The experimental results show that the proposed multi-level framework can effectively create diversity among classifiers leading to considerable advances in the classification performance

Following the territorial study and broader analyzes new functional use, a new architectural concept will be proposed in the context of Rosice area and its involvement in the proposed development in Kamínky. Consideration will be given to the proposal capacity bypass Rosic according to the valid zoning plan in the context of the whole site, as a partial part of the Rosic core. The site has development potential with basic civic amenities and development in terms of quality and quantity corresponding to the upward interest in so-called "satellite cities" in the vicinity Brna.
