    Determination of the Best Nonlinear Function in order to Estimate Brahman Female Cattle Growth

    Growth can be described by using a mathematical model. The appropriate mathematical model which is biologically and analytically easy to interpret is the nonlinear model. This research aimed to evaluate the nonlinear mathematical model in predicting Brahman female cattle growth. Data used in this research were the body weight recording of 738 Brahman female cattle, with age ranging from early birth (< 1 mo) to mature (60 mo), collected by Balai Pembibitan Ternak Unggul dan Hijauan Pakan Ternak (BPTU-HPT) [Breeding Center for Good Livestock and Animal Feed] Sembawa from 2012 to 2015. Data were analyzed using four nonlinear mathematical model: Brody, Bertalanffy, Logistic, and Gompertz. Results showed that the degree of goodness fit of the four models classifies high in the category (R 2 > 0.84). Brody model was most appropriate in describing the Brahman female cattle growth curve.     This research discusses about development of LKS multirepresentation based problem solving that is used as an alternative physics learning in the classroom. The research's purpose is to determine the logic validity of LKS, the problem solving skills of students after using LKS, and the student responses after using LKS. Design of this research use 4-D development models, then simple random sampling technique to choose the using class. The results of this research indicates that the logic validity of LKS multirepresentation based problem solving obtain a value 3,98 and included in quite valid category. The problem solving skills of students after use LKS multirepresentation based problem solving with average achieved 85% that included in good category. Meanwhile, the student responses after use LKS multirepresentation based problem solving divided six indicators, there are: the pleasure of learning with a value 97% that included in very good category, the newness of the learning components with a value 90% that included in very good category, the easiness of learning materials with a value 95% that included in very good category, the readability of learning process with a value 97% that included in very good category, the easiness of language with a value 92% that included in very good category, the pleasure of writing and drawing with a value 97% that included in very good category

    This research is aimed to know the total costs, income, efficiencyand the added value of tofu agroindustry. This research was conducted on March until April 2016. Then, This research used case-study method. From a research had been conductedto Agroindustry, it can be summarized that: (1) The Total costs incurred by businessman is Rp. 40.275.252 per month. The acceptance obtained by businessman is Rp. 71.200.000 per month. The Benefits obtained by them is of Rp 30.924.747,96 per month. (2) It can be concluded that the Tofu business gets the RCR value >1,00that is1.77. It means that each Rp1,00 incurred will provide gross revenues as much as Rp1,77 and a net income as much as Rp.77. This shows that the business is lucrative/ beneficialto be continued. RCR is obtained from gross income divided by the total cost of production. For BEP analysis, it can be seen that the Tofu agroindustry business get capital turning point at the cost of Rp1.214.474,3 with total production as much as 3.279,08 sliced tofu. This means that at the time of this condition, the running business does not get benefits but also do not experience loss (balance). (3) added value obtained from the business is Rp 8.184,04 /kg. While the ratio of the addedvalue known is 51,15 percent, this means that every Rp100,00 from the output value consistof Rp51,15 of the added value

    The purpose of this study to analyze the right combination of products for tofu agroindustry businesses in order to achieve optimal conditions and analyze the allocation of resources owned by tofu agro-businesses to achieve optimal conditions. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. This research method using a sensus method. The analytical method used are the optimization analysis and sensitivity analysis using the model of Linear Programming. These results indicate that in order to achieve optimal conditions, tofu agroindustry businesses in Pekanbaru City must produce the large tofu and the little tofu as much 339,242.1 units and 0 unit. From that total production is obtained profit per month of IDR 77,971,390. Resources that become active resource that is tofu acid resource, while other resources are passive or excess resources

    Genetic Analysis Using Partial Sequencing of Melanocortin 4 Receptor (MC4R) Gene in Bligon Goat

    Melanocortin 4 Receptor gene is involved in sympathetic nerve activity, adrenal and thyroid functions, and media for leptin in regulating energy balance and homeostasis. The aim of this research was to perform genetic analysis of MC4R gene sequences from Bligon goats. Fourty blood samples of Bligon does were used for DNA extraction. The primers were designed after alignment of 12 DNA sequences of MC4R gene from goat, sheep, and cattle. The primers were constructed on the Capra hircus MC4R gene sequence from GenBank (accession No. NM_001285591). Two DNA polymorphisms of MC4R were revealed in exon region (g.998 A/G and g.1079 C/T). The SNP g.998 A/G was a non-synonymous polymorphism i.e., changing of amino acid from methionine (Met) to isoleucine (Ile). The SNP g.1079 C/T was a synonymous polymorphism. Restriction enzyme mapping on Bligon goat MC4R gene revealed three restriction enzymes (RsaI (GT’AC), Acc651 (G’GTAC_C), and KpnI (G_GTAC’C), which can recognize the SNP at g.1079 C/T. The restriction enzymes may be used for genotyping of the gene target using PCR-RFLP method in the future research

    Pharmacy is one place of the pharmaceutical care with aims to practice pharmacy by pharmacists and pharmaceutical supply distribution to the public. One of the indicators use to evaluate the quality of care in pharmacies was to measure the level of customer satisfaction.This research is aimedto find out the impact of patient satisfaction towards the quality of prescription service in dispensary of pharmacy installation in Public Hospital of Luwuk, Banggai regency which is related with five dimension of quality service, which are; tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. This research was conducted used sampling method called accidental sampling using questioner with likert scale. The data was analyzed using doubled linear regression method with the total of 110 respondent. The result from these respondent showed tangible, reliability, responsiveness, Assurance and empathyvariablewhich significantly affected the satisfaction of patient, with significance score of 0,000 (P value< 0,05). Determination coefficient resulted is 0,482 which mean that the satisfaction level of patient towards the five variables is 48,2%

The development of today\u27s technology is more advanced, it is necessary to every company in the process of data processing by using computer technology. Existing data processing in health food stores Java Qu is still using manual systems that use the memorandum have not been using a computerized system. Such a process raises a lot of obstacles when performing data processing such as sales data, purchase data, and others.Looking at the existing problems in health food stores Java Qu, the authors aimed want to design a new system to be both processing and simplify the transaction process sales service, so that the author can develop a system to build software in Java Qu Healthy Food Stores Sleman Yogyakarta . The system is a system that handles the sales and service procedures with the method of application development using Visual Basic 6.0.The results showed that the system has made it evident to facilitate the sale of services to the healthy food store for Java Qu Sleman, Yogyakarta.     One of the government\u27s efforts to reduce poverty in Indonesia is giving health aid for poor citizens by giving Jamkesmas (Public Health Assurance) to them. Wonogiri Regency is one of poor regencies in Indonesia, shown by increasing number of people who receive Jamkesmas. There are some aspects that have to be improved in the data collection of Jamkesmas\u27 beneficiaries in Baturetno District. This is according to the incompleteness of the Jamkesma coverage. Based on this condition, this research is aimed at investigating how Jamkesmas can be enjoyed by poor people listed in Jamkesmas beneficiaries and investigating the achievements of the objectives of Jamkesmas towards poor people in Baturetno District. This research uses the criteria of policy evaluation by William N. Dunn: effectiveness, efficiensy, adequacy, responsiveness, dan accuracy. This research uses qualitative descriptive method. The data were obtained by interview, observation, documentation, and literary review. By using descriptive method, the researcher studied the problem faced by describing the situation of the subjects or the objects of the research based on facts found and based on the real condition. The sources of this research were authorities of Jamkesmas and the beneficieries of Jamkesmas in Baturetno\u27s Health Center (puskesmas)The results of this reserach were: (1) there is no annual verification or update of the data of Jamkesmas beneficiaries that caused the incompleteness of Jamkesmas beneficiaries, (2) the objectives of Jamkesmas were achieved well in Baturetno District, (3) the acces and quality of health service for poor community were improved, (4) poor neighbourhood had more understanding about the benefits of health service, (5) Jamkesmas program positively affected poorer community in Baturetno Distict, and (6) people felt it hard to complete the requirements of the referral and felt that the registration in the hospitals were convoluted.Based on the above results, it is recommended that the data of Jamkesmas beneficiaries are verified, authorities need to improve coordination so that any information obtained by society is true and complete. The weaknesses of Jamkesmas concluded in this research are expected to improve JKN (National Health Insurance) which is now being implemented by the government
