This paper discusses the economic analysis, its purpose and financial instruments. The selected tools of economic analysis are then applied to the company Alpiq Generation (CZ) s.r.o. Methodological part of this paper is focused on a description of the economic analysis and description of the individual tools, techniques and models. The application part of this paper is focused on the evaluation of financial health of the selected company on the basis of selected methods of economic analysis. The conclusion consists of assessment of the company's economic situation and the analytical tools

Tato práce pojednává o ekonomické analýze, jejím účelu a jednotlivých nástrojích. Zvolené nástroje ekonomické analýzy jsou následně aplikovány na energetickou společnost Alpiq Generation (CZ) s.r.o. První, metodická část této práce je zaměřena na popis problematiky ekonomické analýzy a deskripci jednotlivých nástrojů, postupů a modelů. Druhá, aplikační část této práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení finančního zdraví vybrané společnosti na základě zvolených metod ekonomické analýzy. V závěru práce je zhodnocena nejenom ekonomická situace vybrané společnosti, ale také použité analytické nástroje.This paper discusses the economic analysis, its purpose and financial instruments. Catalytic oxoesterification in gas phase

This paper has the aim to explain the machanism of oxoesterification of methanol over Mo -Sn -Ox oxide catalyst in the gas phase. Previous studies of similar oxide systems have already proposed a few mechanisms of this reaction. The acid-base, redox properties and catalytic activity in oxoesterification of methanol in the gas phase were investigated for Mo -Sn -Ox oxide catalyst with various Mo/Sn compositions. Reducibility of Mo and Sn species in Mo -Sn -Ox catalyst was studied by temperature-programmed reduction (TPR) in H2 atmosphere. The acidity of this catalyst was studied by means of pyridine absorption and infrared spectroscopic techniques (FTIR). The temperature dependence of conversion of methanol to methylformate was investigated in the integral flow reactor. The character of surface species resulting from methanol, formaldehyde and methyl formate absorption was studied by FTIR spectroscopy
