    A (in)sustentabilidade da qualidade e da gestão democrática na educação brasileira

    The quality and the democratization of the education are recurrent subjects in the speeches of educational the public politics. However, the content of the concerns and reflections regarding these subjects, always, are permeated by conceptions in agreement the point of view of the analysts, the social actors and the public managers. But, it must be related to the contexts of the debate and the place in which if it finds each actor in the conflict for defining its meanings. To give to a theoretical statute the reflection in the track of Henri Acselrad (2009) I refer to “the discussion to it on the social reproduction”, that is, to the “reproduction in the time of the material conditions of constitution of the social relations”. The sustainability of the cities/society directly is related to the maintenance of the various sociocultural identities of the human groups. Similar process occurs in relation to the definition of an education of quality and to its management. In the first part, present an interpretation of the “deep cloth” on which, the educational politics and the subjects if develop in the present time. In second, discuss the quality and the management related them it the projects, utopias and values in cited conflict the classes and to the projects of societ. Therefore, the content of the quality and the management should be related the sustainability of what, because and for who? Such question is developed to the end, followed of final comments.A qualidade e a democratização da educação são temas recorrentes nos discursos das políticas públicas educacionais. Porém, o conteúdo das preocupações e reflexões a respeito desses assuntos é, sempre, perpassado por concepções conforme o ponto de vista dos analistas, dos atores sociais e dos gestores públicos. Mas, deve ser relacionado aos contextos do debate e ao lugar nos quais se encontra cada ator no conflito por definir seus significados. Para dar um estatuto teórico a reflexão, na trilha de Henri Acselrad (2009) remeto-a “à discussão sobre a reprodução social”, ou seja, à “reprodução no tempo das condições materiais de constituição das relações sociais”. A sustentabilidade das cidades/sociedades está diretamente relacionada à manutenção das diversas identidades socioculturais dos grupos humanos. Semelhante processo ocorre em relação à definição de uma educação de qualidade e à sua gestão. Na primeira parte, apresento uma interpretação do “pano fundo” sobre o qual, as políticas educacionais e os temas se desenvolvem na atualidade. Na segunda, discuto a qualidade e a gestão relacionado-as aos projetos, utopias e valores em conflito, referido as classes e aos projetos de sociedade. Portanto, o conteúdo da qualidade e a gestão, deveria ser relacionado a sustentabilidade do que, porque e para quem? Tal questão é desenvolvida ao final, seguido de comentários finais

    Uma releitura a propósito da responsabilidade civil ambiental: de uma responsabilidade civil para além da figura do dano

    RESUMO: O presente artigo enfrenta a problemática da responsabilidade civil na área do direito ambiental.  Partindo de um direito fundamental a um meio ambiente equilibrado, enfrenta-se os aspectos mais controvertidos no âmbito da responsabilidade civil ambiental, dentre eles o princípio do poluidor-pagador, o princípio da precação, as figuras da prescrição e da solidariedade e a própria noção de responsabilização civil na matéria ambiental, ainda que ausente a figura do dano. Para tanto, adota-se o método dedutivo de pesquisa, estruturando o presente trabalho com base em uma análise crítica de doutrinas e legislações nacionais e estrangeiras que enfrentam a matéria, de forma a definir critérios da responsabilidade civil ambiental.PALAVRAS-CHAVE: dano ambiental; responsabilidade ambiental; princípio do poluidor pagador; responsabilidade civil ambiental;ABSTRACT: The present article faces the problematic of the civil responsibility on the environmental field. Starting from a fundamental right to balanced environment, it’s faced the most controverted aspects in the field of the civil environmental responsibility, between them the polluter pays principle, the precaution principle, the figures of prescription and solidarity and the notion itself of civil responsibility in environmental subject, even with the absence of the damage figure.     Hemodynamic responses of unfit healthy women at a training session with Nintendo wii: a possible Impact on the general well-being

    Aims: The purpose of this study was assess the effect of a training session with Nintendo Wii® on the hemody- namic responses of healthy women not involved in regular physical exercise. Method: Twenty-five healthy unfit women aged 28 ± 6 years played for 10 minutes the game Free Run (Wii Fit Plus). The resting heart rate (RHR), systolic and dia- stolic blood pressures (SBP and DBP), and double (rate-pressure) product (DP) were measured before and after activity. The HR during the activity (exercise heart rate, EHR) was measured every minute. Results: A statistically significant dif- ference was observed between the RHR (75 ± 9 bpm) and the mean EHR (176 ± 15 bpm) (P < 0.001). The EHR remained in the target zone for aerobic exercise until the fifth minute of activity, which coincided with the upper limit of the aerobic zone (80% heart rate reserve (HRR) + RHR) from the sixth to tenth minute. The initial (110 ± 8 mmHg) and final (145 ± 17 mmHg) SBP (P < 0.01) were significantly different, as were the initial (71 ± 8 mmHg) and final (79 ± 9 mmHg) DBP (P < 0.01). A statistically significant difference was observed between the pre- (8.233 ± 1.141 bpm-mmHg) and post- activity (25.590 ± 4.117 bpm-mmHg) DP (P < 0.01). Conclusion: Physical exercise while playing Free Run sufficed to trigger acute hemodynamic changes in healthy women who were not engaged in regular physical exercis
